Description:FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The present invention relates to a head wearable temperature control device that is capable of protecting face of a user from excessive sunlight while outing in excessive hot weather, thereby preventing the user from sunburn and many skin issues caused due to excessive heat.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] In hot environments, especially during outdoor activities or sports, the face is often exposed with the sunlight directly. Prolonged exposure to sunlight without protection may lead to sunburn, characterized by redness, pain, and sometimes blistering of the skin. UV radiation from the sun also accelerate the aging process of the skin, leading to wrinkles. Also the head gets hotter in summer which often cause heatstroke to many people in summer. Therefore, it is necessary to protect the face and keep the head cool during extreme summer.
[0003] Traditionally, people uses various methods to protect their face and keep their head cool during hot weather conditions. Breathable fabrics like cotton or linen are commonly worn to shield the face from direct sunlight and to provide shade. Many people wear caps or hats to keep their head cool and prevent direct sunlight from falling over eyes. While traditional methods offer many benefits, but they also pose several challenges and drawbacks. Traditional methods provide only partial protection from the sun and heat. Wearing heavy or thick headwear may become uncomfortable in high temperatures, as they may trap heat and restrict airflow. Also carrying wet towels or handheld fans might be cumbersome and impractical during traveling or outdoor activities.
[0004] US2019336330A1 discloses about an invention which includes a flexible, preferably adjustable cap-shaped main body with a plurality of inner cavities containing a cooling substance. The main body can be built in a three-dimensional cap shape or, alternatively, be deformable to adopt a three-dimensional cap shape. When the head-cooling cap is placed on a user's head, the cooling substance, which has been kept at an adequate cold temperature, will cool the head and control any swelling caused by a traumatic head injury. When not placed on a user's head, the head-cooling cap can be conveniently stored in a refrigerator or freezer to prepare it for further use.
[0005] CN215779056U discloses about an invention which includes a cap body, a fan, a surrounding transmission air duct and a battery, the fan, the surrounding transmission air duct and the battery are all arranged on the cap body, air output by the fan enters the surrounding transmission air duct, the surrounding transmission air duct is provided with a plurality of air outlets, and the air outlets are communicated with the surrounding transmission air duct. The air outlets are formed in the left side and the right side of the helmet body and/or the front portion of the helmet body, and the battery supplies power to the fan. The fan can be driven by the battery, air is transmitted to the face and the two sides of the face through the surrounding transmission air channel, the head cooling effect is achieved, the mode that in the prior art, a fan can only directly blow the face for local cooling is changed, and user experience is improved.
[0006] Conventionally, many devices have been developed that are capable of protecting face of a user from excessive sunburn. However, these devices are incapable of completely restricting falling of the sunlight on the user's face by monitoring it in an automated manner, and fails in providing optimum comfort and protection to the user's face. Additionally, these existing devices also lack in providing cooling sensation on the user's head while moving in extreme hot weather conditions.
[0007] In order to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks, there exists a need in the art to develop a device that is capable of protecting face of a user from excessive sunburn due to harsh sunlight while outing. In addition, the developed device should also provide cooling sensation on the user's head while moving in extreme hot weather in order to enhance comfort of the user.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
[0008] The principal object of the present invention is to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art.
[0009] An object of the present invention is to develop a device that is capable of providing a means to protect face of a user from excessive sunlight while outing, thereby preventing the user from excessive sunburn.
[0010] Another object of the present invention is to develop a device that is capable of providing cooling sensation on the user's head while moving in excessive hot weather in view of providing enhance comfort to the user.
