[0001] The present invention relates to garbage storing device for a car that is capable of storing garbage of the car in an automated manner by compacting the garbage to ensure that sufficient amount of garbage is stored in an appropriate manner.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] Garbage, trash, rubbish or refuse is waste material that is discarded by humans, usually due to a perceived lack of utility. Garbage is commonly sorted and classified into kinds of material suitable for specific kinds of disposal. In order to maintain hygiene and cleaning there is the need of storing garbage in an appropriate manner so problem which is arise due to garbage is eliminate . During garbage storing user face difficulties such as not ensure the sufficient amount of garbage , more manual and physical efforts require and time consumption during storing garbage is more.

[0003] Traditionally, the methods which are used in garbage storing are requiring more physical efforts from the user and not work in automated manner so the time taken is more. The existing traditional methods are lack in compacting the garbage to ensure that sufficient amount of garbage is stored in an appropriate manner. So there is the need of invention which is able to replace the traditional methods in order to stored garbage in an automated manner.

However, the devices are incapable of storing garbage of the car in an automated manner. Additionally, the device are insufficient in compacting the garbage to ensure that sufficient amount of garbage is stored in an appropriate manner.

[0007] In order to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks, there exists a need in the art to develop a device for a car that is capable of storing garbage of the car in an automated manner by compacting the garbage to ensure that sufficient amount of garbage is stored in an appropriate manner.

OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION

[0008] The principal object of the present invention is to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art.

[0009] An object of the present invention is to develop a device that is capable of storing garbage of the car in an automated manner through a means provided in proposed invention.

[0010] Another object of the present invention is to develop a device that is capable of compacting the garbage to ensure that sufficient amount of garbage is stored in an appropriate manner.

[0011] Another object of the present invention is to develop a device that is capable of detecting the position of the hand of the user and adjust position according to user's hand for storage of garbage.

[0012] Yet another objective is to develop a device that is durable and easy to operate.

[0013] The foregoing and other objects, features, and advantages of the present invention will become readily apparent upon further review of the following detailed description of the preferred embodiment as illustrated in the accompanying drawings.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0014] The present invention relates to garbage storing device for a car that is capable of storing garbage of the car in an automated manner through a means provided in proposed invention.

[0015] According to an embodiment of the present invention, garbage storing device for a car comprises of a rectangular base having plurality of suction cups at a rear surface of the base for attaching onto a vertical surface of the car, a cuboidal housing for a storing of garbage, the housing attached on a pair of sliders on the base, for adjusting a position of the container with respect to a hand of a user, a cover flap provided on top of the container attached by a hinge, for an opening or closing of the container, an ultrasonic sensor, provided on the base, detects a position of a hand of a user near the base, to trigger the pair of sliders to position the housing adjacent to the hand and the hinge to open the flap for a storing of the garbage.

[0016] According to another embodiment of the present invention, the proposed device further comprises of a plate provided within the container, attached to an inner surface by a pair of pneumatic pushers for compacting the garbage in the housing to create space for more garbage, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit installed in the base and integrated with a processor for recording and processing images in a vicinity of the base, to determine a compressible garbage to trigger the pneumatic pushers to compress the garbage within the container to create space for more garbage, a battery is associated with the device for powering up electrical and electronically operated components associated with the device.

offers a corrosion resistant, strength and durability to the device and is easy
to maintain. The microcontroller actuates multiple suction cups 2 at a rear surface of the base 1 to attach on vertical surface of car. The suction cup is made of elastic, flexible material and has a curved surface. When the centre of the suction cup is pressed against the surface. The volume of the space between the suction cup and the flat surface is reduced, that creates a negative pressure to adhere the surface crating a partial vacuum inside the cup. The pressure difference between the atmosphere on the outside of the cup and the low-pressure cavity on the inside of the cup keeps the cup adhered to vertical surface of car.

[0025] Herein, a cuboidal housing for a storing of garbage housing attached on a pair of sliders 4 on base 1 to adjust a position of the container 3 with respect to a hand of a user. Further, a cover flap 5 provided on top of container 3 attached by a hinge 6 for an opening or closing of the container 3. hinge 6 are mechanical bearings that are used to connect two swinging objects or points to one another and give them the freedom to move relative to each other. hinge 6s have limited movement, allowing the joint to move only at one angle and restrict the other movements of swinging parts thereby opening or closing of container 3.

[0026] Herein, the microcontroller actuates an ultrasonic sensor mapped on base 1 detects a position of a hand of a user near base 1. The ultrasonic sensor comprises of an ultrasonic emitter and a receiver. On actuation the ultrasonic emitter emits the ultrasonic waves towards the surface and the ultrasonic waves got reflected back after striking with the surface of the old oil filter which are received by the receiver. Now the receiver detects the reflected waves that bounce back from the surface and converts them back into electrical signals. The sensor measures the time it takes for the ultrasonic waves to travel from the sensor to the surface and back. It starts a timer when the waves are emitted and stops it when the reflected waves are detected. The elapsed time is known as the "time of flight" (TOF). Using the known speed of sound in the medium through which the waves are travelling thereby detecting a position of a hand of user near the base 1.

[0027] Thereafter, the microcontroller actuates the pair of sliders 4 to position housing adjacent to hand and hinge 6 to open flap 5 for a storing of garbage. The slider consists of a sliding-rail and multiple rolling members which are integrated with a step motor. On actuation the step motor rotates the rolling members in order to provide rolling motion to the members which results in sliding of the rod over the sliding-rail thereby positioning housing adjacent to hand and hinge 6 to open flap 5 for a storing of garbage.

[0028] Herein, a plate is mapped within the container 3, linked to an inner surface by a pair of pneumatic pushers for compacting garbage in housing to create space for more garbage. The pneumatic pushers including a pneumatic cylinder, air compressor, air valve, cylinder and piston. The valve is an air valve that allows entry/exit of compressed air from the compressor. Furthermore, the valve opens and the compressed air enters inside the cylinder thereby increasing the air pressure of the cylinder. The piston is connected to the cylinder and due to the increase in the air pressure, the piston extends. For the retraction of the piston, air is released from the cylinder to the air compressor via the valve. Thus providing the required extension to compact the garbage in housing to create space for more garbage.

[0029] Thereafter, the microcontroller actuates an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 7 mounted in base 1 to determine a compressible garbage. The artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 7 comprises of a processor and a camera which on actuation capture the multiple image in vicinity of base 1. The camera is comprised of a lens and a digital camera sensor, wherein the camera lens takes all the light rays rebounding around the user and utilizes the lenses to transmit them to a single point for creating a sharp image. When all of those light rays rebound back and meet together on a digital camera sensor, create a digital image of the user by performing various operations like pre-processing, feature extraction and classification which is transmitted to the processor. The processor further extracts all the required information from the digital images and transmit to an inbuilt microcontroller associated with the device, which further processes the information shared by the processor to determine a compressible garbage. Further, the microcontroller actuates pneumatic pushers to compress garbage within container 3 to create space for more garbage.

[0030] Herein, the microcontroller actuates a microphone mapped on base 1 for receiving an audio command from user regarding storing of garbage. The microphone is a type of transducer which converts the sound into electrical signal. The magnetic field created due to current in the voice coil interacts with the magnetic field of the microphone's magnet, which forces the coil to move back and forth, this movement of the coil is detected by the microcontroller in the form of electrical signal thereby receiving an audio command from user regarding storing of garbage. Further, the microcontroller actuates the pair of sliders 4 to position housing adjacent to hand and hinge 6 to open flap 5 for a storing of garbage.

[0031] Further, the microcontroller actuates a wireless communication module linked with microcontroller mounted on base 1 for allowing user to remotely trigger microcontroller by connecting with a computing unit. The computing unit is wirelessly linked with a microcontroller via a communication module which includes but not limited to Wi-Fi (Wireless Fidelity) module, Bluetooth module, GSM (Global System for Mobile Communication) module. The communication module employed herein acts as an intermediate between various electronic components, wherein it is used to establish the communication between the users computing unit and the microcontroller. Further, the microcontroller actuates pair of sliders 4 to position housing adjacent to hand and hinge 6 to open flap 5 for a storing of garbage.

[0032] A battery is associated with the device to supply power to electrically powered components which are employed herein. The battery is comprised of a pair of electrode named as a cathode and an anode. The battery uses a chemical reaction of oxidation/reduction to do work on charge and produce a voltage between their anode and cathode and thus produces electrical energy that is used to do work in the device

[0033] The proposed device works best in the following manner where a rectangular base 1 having multiple suction cups 2 at a rear surface of base 1 for attaching onto a vertical surface of car. Herein, the cuboidal housing for a storing of garbage housing attached on the pair of sliders 4 on base 1 for adjusting position of container 3 with respect to hand of a user. Further, the cover flap 5 provided on top of container 3 attached by the hinge 6 for an opening or closing of container 3. Thereafter, the microcontroller actuates the ultrasonic sensor to detects position of a hand of user near base 1 and also actuates the pair of sliders 4 to position housing adjacent to hand and hinge 6 to open flap 5 for storing of garbage. Herein, the plate having inner surface by the pair of pneumatic pushers for compacting garbage in housing to create space for more garbage. Thereafter, the microcontroller actuates the artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 7 to determine the compressible garbage and actuates pneumatic pushers to compress garbage within container 3 to create space for more garbage.

Various modifications of the disclosed embodiments, as well as alternate embodiments of the invention, will become apparent to persons skilled in the art upon reference to the description of the invention. , Claims:1) A garbage storing device for a car, comprising:

i) a rectangular base 1 having plurality of suction cups 2 at a rear surface of said base 1 for attaching onto a vertical surface of said car;
ii) a cuboidal housing for a storing of garbage, said housing attached on a pair of sliders 4 on said base 1, for adjusting a position of said container 3 with respect to a hand of a user;
iii) a cover flap 5 provided on top of said container 3 attached by a hinge 6, for an opening or closing of said container 3;
iv) an ultrasonic sensor, provided on said base 1, detects a position of a hand of a user near said base 1, to trigger a microcontroller to actuate said pair of sliders 4 to position said housing adjacent to said hand and said hinge 6 to open said flap 5 for a storing of said garbage;
v) a plate provided within said container 3, attached to an inner surface by a pair of pneumatic pushers for compacting said garbage in said housing to create space for more garbage; and
vi) an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 7 installed in said base 1 and integrated with a processor for recording and processing images in a vicinity of said base 1, to determine a compressible garbage to trigger said microcontroller to actuate said pneumatic pushers to compress said garbage within said container 3 to create space for more garbage.

2) The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a microphone, linked with said microcontroller, provided on said base 1 for receiving an audio command from said user regarding said storing of garbage to trigger said microcontroller to actuate said pair of sliders 4 to position said housing adjacent to said hand and said hinge 6 to open said flap 5 for a storing of said garbage.

3) The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a wireless communication module, linked with said microcontroller, is provided on said base 1 for enabling said user to remotely trigger said microcontroller, by connecting with a computing unit, to actuate said pair of sliders 4 to position said housing adjacent to said hand and said hinge 6 to open said flap 5 for a storing of said garbage, for said storing of said garbage.

4) The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a battery is associated with said device for powering up electrical and electronically operated components associated with said device.
