A garbage storage assistive device, comprising a circular plate 1 developed to be positioned by a user on ground surface, an imaging unit 2 is installed on the body to detect presence and exact location of garbage in proximity to the plate 1, a holographic projection unit 5 mapped on the plate 1, for projecting a holographic image in surroundings for guiding the user to scrap garbage from the surface and accommodate within the plate 1, plurality of rectangular flaps 3 arranged on peripheral portion of the plate 1 to create a closed boundary around the plate 1, a motorized roller 4 arranged on apex of one of the flaps 3 to unwind a sheet, multiple inverted U-shaped links attached with each of the hinges in order to deploy the sheet attached between the links.

[0001] The present invention relates to a garbage storage assistive device is to develop a device that is capable detecting a presence of garbage and accordingly assist a user to scrap garbage from the surface and accommodate within the storage in a precise and automated manner.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] The world's population has been increasing and the usage of resources are also touching daily new pinnacles. Thus the waste left from those resources is rapidly increasing from past years. In order to reduce the trash people collected liquid and solid waste in different bins. Most of the shop owners are also using dust bins to collect the trash. The whole trash is collected, accumulated and then transferred to a recycling plant. Since the dust beans are heavy and contains a lot of waste products. This makes the transfer of these beans is always a source of concern.

[0003] Conventionally, a team of worker lift all dustbins and then aggregate it in a bigger trash bin. However this process is not effective and always a challenge for workers. Nowadays side loader garbage truck is used to uplift the dust beans which makes the transferring of trash easier but this device is not able to detect the dimensions of trash bin. Rear load garbage truck is also used to uplift the trash bins. It is widely used because it is easy to operate however this device is not able to grip the trash bin in a secure manner and does not prevent the falling of trash on the road.

[0005] US5368436A discloses about a method for transforming a refuse vehicle into a combination refuse disposal and recycling vehicle, the refuse disposal vehicle having a cab portion and a rearward disposed container on a chassis, the rearward disposed container having a single compartment extending substantially the length thereof for holding and compacting refuse material, comprising the step of: movably attaching a bin to at least one side of the rearwardly disposed container, the bin being located beneath the rearwardly disposed container and for holding recyclable material. The combination vehicle that is transformed by the above method.

[0006] Conventionally, many devices are available in the market that are capable of transferring the trash from trash bin but these devices are unable to detect dimension of a trash bin placed by a user and does not grip the trash bin in a secured manner without requiring any physical efforts from user.

[0007] In order to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks, there exists a need in the art to develop a device that is capable of transferring the trash by detecting dimension of a trash bin placed by a user and grip the trash bin in a secured manner along with the device should be further potent enough of monitoring weight of the garbage storage and accordingly close the mouth portion of the garbage storage in view of preventing germination of mosquitoes and flies.

OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION

[0008] The principal object of the present invention is to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art.

[0009] An object of the present invention is to develop a device that is capable detecting a presence of garbage and accordingly assist a user to scrap garbage from the surface and accommodate within the storage in a precise and automated manner.

[0010] Another object of the present invention is to develop a device that is capable of monitoring weight of the garbage storage and accordingly close the mouth portion of the garbage storage in view of preventing germination of mosquitoes and flies.

[0011] Yet another object of the present invention is to develop a device that is reliable in nature.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0013] The present invention relates to a garbage storage assistive device is to develop a device that is capable detecting a presence of garbage and accordingly assist a user to scrap garbage from the surface and accommodate within the storage in a precise and automated manner.

[0014] According to an embodiment of the present invention, a garbage storage assistive device, comprising, a circular plate developed to be positioned by a user on ground surface from where the user desires to collect garbage, wherein an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit is installed on the body and integrated with a processor to detect presence and exact location of garbage in proximity to the plate, a holographic projection unit mapped on the plate that is activated by the microcontroller for projecting a holographic image in surroundings for guiding the user to scrap garbage from the surface and accommodate within the plate, wherein plurality of weight sensors are installed on the plate for monitoring accommodation of garbage over the plate, plurality of rectangular flaps arranged on peripheral portion of the plate.

[0015] According to another embodiment of the present invention, further comprises, a motorized hinge joint that are actuated by the microcontroller upon accommodation of the garbage, to provide rotation to the flaps in a manner to deploy the flaps around the plate in order to create a closed boundary around the plate and facilitate proper accommodation of the garbage, a motorized roller arranged on apex of one of the flaps for rotating on its to unwind a sheet, followed by actuation of multiple motorized hinge arranged on the flap for providing movement to multiple inverted U-shaped links attached with each of the hinges in order to deploy the sheet attached between the links, thereby closing mouth portion of the plate with the sheet, and preventing germination of mosquitoes and flies, only in case the detected weight of plate exceeds a threshold limit, wherein plurality of electromagnets are embedded on lateral sides of each of the flaps that are energized by the microcontroller for facilitating secure attachment in between two adjacent flaps, wherein a battery is associated with the device for powering up electrical and electronically operated components associated with the device.

[0022] Referring to Figure 1, an isometric view of a garbage storage assistive device is illustrative, comprising a circular plate 1 developed to be positioned by a user on ground surface, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 2 is installed on the body, a holographic projection unit 5 mapped on the plate 1, plurality of rectangular flaps 3 arranged on peripheral portion of the plate 1 via hinge joint 6, a motorized roller 4 arranged on apex of one of the flaps 3.

[0023] The proposed invention is comprises a circular plate 1 developed to be positioned by a user on ground surface from where the user desires to collect garbage. Further, an inbuilt microcontroller activate an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 2 is installed on the body to detect presence and exact location of garbage in proximity to the plate 1. The imaging unit 2 comprises of an image capturing arrangement including a set of lenses that captures multiple images in vicinity of the body and the captured images are stored within a memory of the imaging unit 2 in form of an optical data. The imaging unit 2 also comprises of a processor that is integrated with artificial intelligence protocols, such that the processor processes the optical data and extracts the required data from the captured images. The extracted data is further converted into digital pulses and bits and are further transmitted to the microcontroller. The microcontroller processes the received data and determines presence and exact location of garbage in proximity to the plate 1.

[0024] Upon determining exact location of garbage in proximity to the plate 1. The microcontroller activate a holographic projection unit 5 mapped on the plate 1 that is activated by the microcontroller for projecting a holographic image in surroundings for guiding the user to scrap garbage from the surface and accommodate within the plate 1. The holographic projection unit 5 works by creating and projecting holograms, which are three dimensional images formed by the interference of light waves. Firstly, the laser light from the holographic projection unit 5 is split into two beams, the object beam which interacts with the plate 1 and light waves are altered shape and features and the reference beam which remains unchanged.

[0025] The altered object beam and the reference beam intersect to create an interference pattern. This pattern is reordered on a photosensitive surface such as a holographic plate 1. The interference pattern contains information about the phase and amplitude of the light waves preserving the three-dimensional details of the scrap garbage from the surface and accommodate within the plate 1 during projection, a laser beam is directed onto the recorded interference pattern diffracting the laser light, reconstructing the original wave fronts from the plate 1 and the reference beams. The reconstructed wave fronts create a three-dimensional image that appears to float in space and guiding the user to scrap garbage from the surface and accommodate within the plate 1.

[0026] After then, the microcontroller activate plurality of weight sensors are installed on the plate 1 for monitoring accommodation of garbage over the plate 1. The weight sensor comprises of a convoluted diaphragm and a sensing module. Due to the weight of garbage over the plate 1, the size of the diaphragm changes which is detected by the sensing module. The sensing module detects the presence and on the basis of the changes in sizes of the diaphragm, the acquired data is forwarded to the microcontroller in the form of a signal to determine the presence of the garbage over the plate 1.

[0027] Upon accommodation of the garbage, the microcontroller actuate motorized hinge joint 6that is configured with the plurality of rectangular flaps 3 arranged on peripheral portion of the plate 1. The motorized hinge joint 6comprises of a pair of leaf that is screwed with the surfaces of the flap. The leaf are connected with each other by means of a cylindrical member integrated with a shaft coupled with a DC (Direct Current) motor to provide required movement to the hinge. The rotation of the shaft in clockwise and anti-clockwise aids in opening and closing of the hinge respectively. Hence the microcontroller actuates the hinge that in turn provides movement to the flaps 3 in a manner to deploy the flaps 3 around the plate 1 in order to create a closed boundary around the plate 1 and facilitate proper accommodation of the garbage.

[0028] After then, a motorized roller 4 arranged on apex of one of the flaps 3 for rotating on it's to unwind a sheet. The motorized roller 4 comprises a disc coupled with a motor via a shaft wherein upon receiving the command from the microcontroller by the motor, the motor starts to rotate in clockwise or anti-clockwise direction in order to provide movement to the roller 4 via the shaft. The roller 4 thus rotate and unwind a sheet.

[0029] Simultaneously, the microcontroller actuate multiple motorized hinge arranged on the flap for providing movement to multiple inverted U-shaped links attached with each of the hinges in order to deploy the sheet attached between the links. The hinge operates on the same principle as that of the hinge joint 6disclosed above, thus the hinge providing movement to multiple inverted U-shaped links, in order to deploy the sheet attached between the links, thereby closing mouth portion of the plate 1 with the sheet, and preventing germination of mosquitoes and flies, only in case the detected weight of plate 1 exceeds a threshold limit.

[0030] Additionally, plurality of electromagnets are embedded on lateral sides of each of the flaps 3 that are energized by the microcontroller for facilitating secure attachment in between two adjacent flaps 3 The electromagnet is a specialized type of magnet in which the magnetic field is produced by an electric current wherein the electromagnet consists of wire wound into a coil. When the current is passed through the wire, it creates a magnetic field which is concentrated in the hole in the center of the coil thus energizing the electromagnet that facilitating secure attachment in between two adjacent flaps 3.

[0031] A battery is associated with the device to supply power to electrically powered components which are employed herein. The battery is comprised of a pair of electrode named as a cathode and an anode. The battery use a chemical reaction of oxidation/reduction to do work on charge and produce a voltage between their anode and cathode and thus produces electrical energy that is used to do work in the device.

[0032] The present invention work best in the following manner, where the circular plate 1 as disclosed in the invention is developed to be positioned by the user on ground surface from where the user desires to collect garbage. Further, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 2 to detect presence and exact location of garbage in proximity to the plate 1. Then, the holographic projection unit 5 that is activated by the microcontroller for projecting the holographic image in surroundings for guiding the user to scrap garbage from the surface and accommodate within the plate 1, followed by plurality of weight sensors for monitoring accommodation of garbage over the plate 1. Then, the motorized hinge joint 6that are actuated by the microcontroller upon accommodation of the garbage to provide rotation to the flaps 3 in the manner to deploy the flaps 3 around the plate 1 in order to create the closed boundary around the plate 1 and facilitate proper accommodation of the garbage. Then, the motorized roller 4 for rotating on its to unwind the sheet, followed by actuation of multiple motorized hinge for providing movement to multiple inverted U-shaped links, in order to deploy the sheet attached between the links, thereby closing mouth portion of the plate 1 with the sheet, preventing germination of mosquitoes and flies, only in case the detected weight of plate 1 exceeds the threshold limit. After Then, plurality of electromagnets that are energized by the microcontroller for facilitating secure attachment in between two adjacent flaps 3.

Various modifications of the disclosed embodiments, as well as alternate embodiments of the invention, will become apparent to individuals skilled in the art upon reference to the description of the invention. , Claims:1) A garbage storage assistive device, comprising:

i) a circular plate 1 developed to be positioned by a user on ground surface from where said user desires to collect garbage, wherein an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 2 is installed on said body and integrated with a processor for capturing and processing multiple images in vicinity of said body, respectively to detect presence and exact location of garbage in proximity to said plate 1;
ii) a holographic projection unit 5 mapped on said plate 1 that is activated by said microcontroller for projecting a holographic image in surroundings for guiding said user to scrap garbage from said surface and accommodate within said plate 1, wherein plurality of weight sensors are installed on said plate 1 for monitoring accommodation of garbage over said plate 1;
iii) plurality of rectangular flaps 3 arranged on peripheral portion of said plate 1, each via a motorized hinge joint 6that are actuated by said microcontroller upon accommodation of said garbage, to provide rotation to said flaps 3 in a manner to deploy said flaps 3 around said plate 1 in order to create a closed boundary around said plate 1 and facilitate proper accommodation of said garbage; and
iv) a motorized roller 4 arranged on apex of one of said flaps 3 for rotating on its to unwind a sheet, followed by actuation of multiple motorized hinge arranged on said flap for providing movement to multiple inverted U-shaped links attached with each of said hinges in order to deploy said sheet attached between said links, thereby closing mouth portion of said plate 1 with said sheet, and preventing germination of mosquitoes and flies, only in case said detected weight of plate 1 exceeds a threshold limit.

2) The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein plurality of electromagnets are embedded on lateral sides of each of said flaps 3 that are energized by said microcontroller for facilitating secure attachment in between two adjacent flaps 3.

3) The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a battery is associated with said device for powering up electrical and electronically operated components associated with said device.
