ABSTRACT A fitness goal tracking system (100), the system (100) comprising: an input module (102) comprising: a plurality of sensors configured to measure one or more parameters associated with a user’s health; a user interface (104) configured to enable the user to input a fitness goal; a processor (106) communicatively coupled with the input module (102) and the user interface (104), wherein the processor (106) is configured to: receive data from the input module (102) and the user interface (104), collate the data using at least one artificial intelligence (AI)/machine learning (ML) model, evaluate an exercise routine and diet modifications required by the user to achieve the provided fitness goal, and generate a graphical representation associated with the progress of the user.
