Abstract

The present invention relates to a Fish Fries Rescue: An Automated Fry Protection System for Aquarium Breeding. Fish Fries Rescue is an automated fry protection system designed to improve the survival rates of newborn fish in aquarium breeding setups. The system utilizes an AI-powered camera to monitor the aquarium in real-time, detecting the presence of fry upon birth. Once fry are detected, a servo motor-driven net or partition is activated to gently transfer the parent fish to an adjacent compartment, ensuring the safety of the fry without requiring human intervention. With optional gestation tracking, the system offers proactive fry protection tailored to specific breeding needs. Fish Fries Rescue enhances aquarium health by providing a non-intrusive, stress-free solution for fry protection, supporting more successful breeding outcomes. Accompanied Drawing [FIG. 1]

Specification

Description:[001] This invention relates to aquarium breeding and automated systems for protecting live-bearing fish fry in aquarium environments. Specifically, it involves a system equipped with AI-powered camera detection and servo motor-driven mechanisms to automate the detection and separation of newborn fish fry from adult fish, ensuring the fry's immediate safety without manual intervention. This system is designed to increase fry survival rates, reduce stress for fish, and enhance overall aquarium ecosystem health.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[002] The following description provides the information that may be useful in understanding the present invention. It is not an admission that any of the information provided herein is prior art or relevant to the presently claimed invention, or that any publication specifically or implicitly referenced is prior art.
[003] Aquarium enthusiasts and breeders face a significant challenge in ensuring the survival of newborn fish fry, especially with live-bearing species like gup , Claims:1. An automated fry protection system for aquarium breeding, comprising:
• A camera sensor equipped with AI-based image recognition technology configured to detect the presence of newborn fry in real time.
• A servo motor connected to a net or partition mechanism, activated upon detection of fry, to gently separate adult fish from the newborns.
• A control unit that processes inputs from the camera sensor and manages the activation of the separation mechanism.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the AI-based image recognition technology is capable of distinguishing between adult fish and fry based on size, movement patterns, and visual characteristics.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the servo motor-driven net or partition operates with slow, precise movements to minimize stress and prevent injury to both adult fish and fry.
4. The system of claim 1, further comprising a time-based tracking feature that monitors gestation periods and adjusts the system's sensitivity during high-probability birth windows.
5. A
