Abstract
ABSTRACT Envocups are biodegradable cups made from plant by-products. Biodegradable cups are essential as a nondegradable cups option for a sustainable eco-system. The eco-friendly goods are created to be biodegradable and functionally equivalent to traditional plastics, which has the potential to lessen reliance on petrochemical-based plastics and associated environmental issues. The Enocupsin this line is made from plant-based materials, making it more environmentally friendly when discarded. The remarkable strength of this compostable and biodegradable cutlery prevents it from breaking even under severe use. The utilisation of renewable resources as opposed to limited onesand the proliferation ofthes.e bio-based materials have various potential advantages for greenhousegas balances and other environmental implications during whole life cycles. It is hoped that usingbiodegradable materials will promote sustainability and lessen the environmental damage caused by the disposal of polymers made of oil

PREAMBLE TO THE DESCRPTION
1. TECHNICAL FIELD: BIODEGRADABLE CUTLERY
2. BACKGROUND:
The market today offers an enonnous variety of plastics made by many different makers. The primary use
of these throwaway things includes packing, receptacles, straws, bags, bottles, and other goods that can be
used again. But the use of these polymers over an extended period of timeand contact to high temperatures
can result in the leaching of toxic chemical components into food, beverages, and water. Hazardous
substances may leak from chlorinated plastic into the environment. Our product's importance is much higher
than that of other reusable containers maaefrom chemical substances because it is primarily made oT plant
products. The Envocups have all the advantages of plastic and break down in a recycling center in two to
three months. In contrastto petroleum-based polymers, which persist in the atmosphere for a very long time.
To create the foundation of our cups, we used rice bran, yam starch, and potato starch. In order todissolve
the bonds, we also used glycerol and vinegar. Glycerol was then used to join the moleculestogether and make
them stable. The finished product created from this mixture enabled our productto contain liquids that were
put into it, both hot and cool.
3. OBJECTIVE OF THE INVENTION:
This product aims to provide several financial and environmental advantages over conventional plastic
containers. Our product's importance is much higher than that of other reusable containers
made from chemical compounds and fiber because it is primarily made of plant products.Envocups can be
composted, incinerated or recycled.
4. SUMMARY:
Envocups could take the place of throwaway plastic items. The material is naturally food safe anddevoid of
dangerous substances like BP A. The throwaway containers can be used for yogurt, soups, smoothies, juices,
wine, beer, and soft drinks. Cups and receptacles with the "biodegradable" label WILL decompose over
time into simpler parts. A biodegradable substance deteriorates as a result of naturally existing fungi and
microbes. The substance undergoes chemical alterations during that degradation process.

Specifications
Envocups could take the place of throwaway plastic items. The material is naturally food safe and devoid of
dangerous substances like BPA. The throwaway containers can be used for yogurt, soups, smoothies, juices,
wine, beer, and soft drinks. Cups and receptacles with the "biodegradable" label WILL decompose over
time into simpler parts. A biodegradable substance deteriorates as a result of naturally existing fungi and
microbes. The substance undergoes chemicalalterations during that degradation process.
DESCRIPTION
The biodegradable materials might replace conventional plastics in a variety of applications, including
packaging, where the limited shelf life of packaging and the substantial quantity of post-consumer waste it
produces make its use problematic. Compared to other reusable containers madeof chemical substances,
Envocups are significantly more significant because they are primarily made of plant-based materials. This
product creates "Envocups" using organically friendly ingredients and safe compounds drawn from different
plant sources. All of the raw materials used to create our goods come from the culinary and starch sectors.
To create the foundation of our cups, we combined rice bran, yam starch, and cornstarch. Additionally, we
have broken the links with glycerol and vinegar before using glycerol to glue it all together and make it
solid. To createthe ideal cup form, we prepared this mixture and put it into the mold trays and allow it to
cure in the oven or on the air until it is firm, rigid, and unlikely to split readily. Glycerol is applied to the
interior to make it smooth from the inside out. The finished product created from this mixture allowed our
product to contain liquids that were put into it, both hot and cool. Our Envocups are made of elements that
can deteriorate.
Envocups
CLAIM
We Claim
Envocups are biodegradable cups made from plant byproducts
They are easily degradable once placed in soil
• They cause no harm to the environment
They can withstand both hot and cold liquids
There are no chemicals; they can be reused a couple of times
They are lightweight and ideal for travel
• They are made from natural materials, so they are biodegradable.
