Description:FIELD OF THE DISCLOSURE
[0001] This invention generally relates to a field of laser-driven particle acceleration and, in particular, to a system for laser wakefield and direct laser acceleration of electrons in a plasma bubble regime using a radially polarized laser pulse.
BACKGROUND

1. An electron acceleration system (100) using laser wakefield and direct laser acceleration, comprising:
a laser source configured to generate a radially polarized laser pulse;
a plasma generation unit to produce a plasma medium; an interaction chamber where the laser pulse interacts with the plasma to create a plasma bubble; and
a control unit for managing the laser parameters and plasma conditions, ensuring efficient energy transfer and real-time monitoring of system performance.

2. The system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the radially polarized laser pulse is designed to enhance electron acceleration by directly interacting with the electrons.

3. The system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the control unit directs the accelerated electron beam to a target or application area.

4. The system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the interaction chamber optimizes the overlap between the laser pulse and the plasma bubble for stable and reproducible electron acceleration.
