Description:FIELD OF THE DISCLOSURE
[0001] This invention generally relates to a field of additive manufacturing and, in particular, to an electrohydrodynamic-based direct ink writing additive manufacturing system that enhances precision, efficiency, and material versatility in 3D printing processes.
BACKGROUND

[0003] Additive manufacturing, commonly known as 3D printing, has evolved significantly over recent years. Traditional 3D printing technologies, such as fused deposition modeling (FDM) , Claims:WE CLAIM:
1. An electrohydrodynamic-based direct ink writing additive manufacturing system (100), comprising:
a plurality of printing modules configured to perform various printing tasks;
an electrohydrodynamic (EHD)-based printing mechanism integrated with the printing modules to enhance precision and material versatility;
a communication module within the printing modules, configured to upload printing parameters to the EHD printing mechanism;
a processor within the EHD printing mechanism, configured to manage and optimize the printing process by applying real-time adjustments based on the uploaded printing parameters.

2. The system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the processor is configured to analyze the uploaded parameters, including material type, ink viscosity, and print resolution, to ensure precise and efficient printing.
