Specification

Description:FIELD OF THE DISCLOSURE
[0001] This invention generally relates to a field of waste management systems and, in particular, to a smart and automatic dust heap separator system designed to efficiently separate and manage dust heaps generated in various industrial processes.
BACKGROUND

[0002] The subject matter discussed in the background section should not be assumed to be prior art merely as a result of its mention in the background section. Similarly, a problem mentioned in the background section or associated with the subject matter of the background section should not be assumed to have been previously recognized in the prior art. The subject matter in the background section merely represents different approaches, which in and of themselves may also correspond to implementations of the claimed technology.
[0003] Dust generation is a common challenge in numerous industries, including construction, mining, and manufacturing. Traditional methods of dust management often involve manual collection and dispos , Claims:1. A dust heap separator system (100) comprising:
a plurality of sensors configured to detect and classify dust particles;
a communication module coupled with the plurality of sensors, wherein the communication module is configured to transmit data to a central processing unit;
a processor communicatively coupled with the communication module, configured to:
receive data from the sensors,
analyze the data to determine dust characteristics, and
control a separation mechanism based on the analysis.

2. The dust heap separator system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plurality of sensors includes, but is not limited to, particulate matter sensors, moisture sensors, and temperature sensors.
