Abstract

The two wheelers are used in our daily life . some places the roads conditions are very bad the bike had the normal suspension spring the bikes moves on this types of roads it gives so jerks to the rider . Due to this we get back pains and old persons can't travel on those roads so by using this dual suspension springs can.give more comfort and stability to the bike when the travelling on this roads. Dual suspension springs has the two springs one for the shock absorption of impact loads and another springs for the rebound of the load act upon the bike Reducing the uncomfortableness driving on the roads can be replace with the dual suspension springs will be very useful for the hill riders and village people.By the usage of this type of springs we can able to increase our vehicle life span.This type of suspension gives the comfort , stability and provides full control on the vehicle.

(001] The invention of the dual suspension springs in this we using additional two small springs
which is attached to the lower part of actual spring. while the usage of normal suspension springs
which gets jerks while driving on uneven surfaces ..
Background of Invention
The background of this invention is to provide more comfort to the humans by using this type
of suspension spring . This spring has the compressible nature which can accommodate the
over weight on the bike. •

[002) The Spring can be compressed and released when the load act upon the bike.
[003) Dual suspension spring has the primary spring and secondary springs.
[004) Dual suspension springs are mainly used in the two wheelers, The spring action will
takes place when vehicle moves on unconditional road.
[005) Due to secondary springs the height was increased as compared to normal suspension
spring.
[006) When the primary spring get compressed due to weight acted upon the vehicle it can be
moved up and down but the load acting on the primary springs is reduced, because of the
secondary springs also take part in load carrying
[007) The dual suspension springs provides more comfortable to the humans as compared to
normal suspension springs , while moving on the unconditional roads.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
,(008) The main objective of the invention is to provide stability and comfort to humans while
driving on the uneven surfaces.
[009) The load acts up on the primary spring can be minimised.
(010) When vehicle moves on unconditional roads or places some 'times shock or sudden
loads was acting on the suspension spring this sudden loads can be capable to observed by the
suspension springs . This type of loads can be handled easily be the dual suspension springs .
(0 II) The life of the vehicle can be increased because of this loads can be observed by the
suspension springs the shock absorption performance of the dual suspension springs can be
improved and capability are also increased.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[013] The dual suspension springs can be provide the stability and comfort compared to the
actual suspension springs
[014] Load acting on the actual suspension springs can be reduced and leads to more life
span.
[0 15] This suspension springs givens strength to the vehicle.
[016] This type of springs are used to get good riding experience on two wheeler.
[017] Due to unevenness of the surfaces normal suspensio!l springs can give jerks to the rider
but using dual suspension springs it provides more comfort and full control over the driving.
(018] The plate which is attached to the actual spring it gives the shock absorption of the
jerks on the road it can be absorbed by the secondary springs.

[020] The eyelet [1 00] is used for fixing the suspension spring to the bike by using bolts.
[021] The suspension washer [101] is made up of stainless steel or steel because it has the
wear resistance and distribute mechanical stresses. The washer in the shape of circular.
[022] Damper body [102] is in the shape of cylinder with hollow the shaft is inside of damper
when ever the damper body moves the shaft also moves.
[023] The spring [103(1)] is generally made up of steel it can absorbs the impact loads while
is acting on the spring. The spring has the ability of elasticity when the load acts on it spring
can be compressed.
The spring [1 03(2)] are in the helical shape. The spring coils is smaller as compared to
primary spring, This spring also made up of steel because of its affordable price.
[024] The plate [104(1)] is in the shape of Stadium with the thickness.Plate is made up of
high carbon steel because it has the great strength and mechanical properties. The plate which
is attached to the lower part of actual.
[104(2)] It is also .made up of high carbon steel. This plate is attached to the lower part of
secondary springs.
[025] The shaft [105] is in the shape of cylinder it is located in the inside of damper body.The
shaft can move up and down due to the acting of load.



WORKING PRINCIPLE:
[026] Our aim is to provide more comfort to the humans by the usage of this dual suspension
springs we can easily reach your objectives.
[027] Upper Eyelet is connected above the wheels· when the bikes moves on the road the
primary spring moves down and up.
[028] The damper body with the shaft also moves inside of the primary spring
[029] The primary spring moves down the load is transferred to the upper plate which is
attached to the lower part of primary spring.
[030] Secondary springs are attached to the bottom of the upper plate the load was absorbed . .
by the secondary springs.
[031] The secondary springs are rebounded by the lower plate.
[032] This secondary springs are useful for the shock absorption and provides some height as
compared to normal suspension springs.
[033] The lower Eyelet is attached to the suspension washer it can used for the connecting to
the wheels

WE CLAIMS:
We claim:
1. Dual suspension springs is the one of the main component of our
invention because it increases the suspension capacity and long
life span.
2. Dual suspension springs claimed in claim I ,the dual suspension
springs was made up of stainless steel it has the durability and
affordability.
3. The dual suspension springs as claimed in claim 2 the springs are
made up of steel wire coils .
4. As claimed in claims 2 and 3,the dual suspension springs are
Compressed by the load·acting up on it.
5. The dual suspension springs, as claimed in claim 3, the shape of
the springs are in the helical shape the no of coils can be adjusted
as per requirement.
6. As claimed in claim 1, depends upon the weight on the vehicle
should change the spring coil dimensions like pitch , no of coils.
7. As claimed in claim 6, the when the primary spring moves down
the secondary springs also moves downwards ,the moment of both
the springs are same.
8. The dual suspension springs claimed in claim 1, the shaft inside of
the damper body moves up and down with the primary spring the
shaft is passed into upper and lower plates and connected to the
lower Eyelet.
9. The dual suspension springs, as claimed in claim 1, this type of
suspension springs gives more strength and comfort
