A proper bleeding procedure leads to a better braking system.The current techniques available in the industries are manual, pressure,vacuum and gravity bleeding in these above methods the consumption of lime and labor are more. Our innovation is to reduce time and labor at the At the same time, it should be portable and cost-effective. In our project we have implemented a vacuum pump.air bubble sensor, 12V battery,Arduino Uno, ,pressure gauge, storage kit, vinyl tube. The purpose of the vacuum pump is to create a suction to suck the brake fluid from the master cylinder, the bubble sensor is placed in the vinyl tube, which detects the air bubble flowing in the tube, and once the fluid flows without any air bubble it sense and the bleeding is over ,the pressure gauge is place to check the amount of pressure needed for bleeding, the main power source is the battery. The calculation and designs are revised to achieve our goals. The innovation of our project is to bleed 2 wheels at the same time and for two-wheeler also, here we are concluding our project.

DOMESTIC AND ATV BLEEDER KIT
FIELD OF THE INVENTION:
Both automation and the product's intelligent architecture are innovative aspects of the current creation. The procedure is completed quickly, and the bleeder kit doesn't require human labor. The vacuum pump in the bleeder kit applies pressure and draws air bubbles out of the braking fluid in the brake master cylinder. We installed a sensor to identify the air bubble, and the product process is powered by a 12V battery. The sensor alerts the user with a beep when the procedure is finished and shows that the bleeding has finished. Once the procedure is finished, the user can quickly disconnect the bleeder kit's connection to the car. To operate the bleeder kit, a technical or experienced person is not required.We can carry and store the brake bleeder kit in a small space because it is lightweight and portable. The product's safety feature is to ensure that the bleeder kit doesn't cause discomfort to anyone using it. Since it's reasonably priced, everyone can purchase it. The project's innovation is for two wheeler, and the bleeder kit bleeds the brake fluid two at a time.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION:
The innovation came forth from the challenge for alternatives: manual brake bleeder, vacuum brake bleeder, pressure gauge brake bleeder, and gravitational brake bleeder. In the manual brake bleeding process, two people have to work together by pushing on the brake pedal and releasing air through the bleeders simultaneously. One person is to pour the brake fluid in the master cylinder continuously to avoid air in the storage box, and the other person is pushing the brake pedal to release air simultaneously. The pouring of brake fluid in the master cylinder is split in hands, and the brake fluid gives some mild heat and hitches to the person. The vacuum brake method also has two people. One person is to pour the brake fluid, and another person is to press the vacuum pump by hand continuously to remove air. The vacuum kit has a vinyl tube to fix in the brake bleeder screw that is mounted in the caliper. The other end of the vinyl tube is connected to the storage kit that collects the brake fluid, and we can reuse that. The continuous pressing of the hand vacuum pump to create pressure is causing hand pain to the vehicle user.The need for alternatives-manual brake bleeders, vacuum brake bleeders, pressure gauge brake bleeders, and gravitational brake bleeders-led to the invention. When bleeding brakes manually, two individuals must cooperate by simultaneously pressing the brake pedal and letting air out through the bleeders. To prevent air from building up in the storage box, one person must continuously pour brake fluid into the master cylinder while the other presses the brake pedal to remove air at the same time. The braking fluid provides the person some slight heat and hitches when it is over poured into the master cylinder, which is split in the hands. Two persons are also involved in the vacuum brake procedure. The brake fluid must be poured by one person, and another person manually presses the vacuum pump repeatedly to eliminate air. The vacuum kit includes a vinyl tube that has one end connected to the caliper's brake bleeder screw. The other end of the vinyl tube is attached to the storage kit that is used to collect the brake fluid, and we can reuse that. The vehicle user is experiencing hand pain as a result of repeatedly tapping the hand vacuum pump to generate pressure. Our team encountered a problem as a result of the brake bleeding process, which is the primary slogan of the project. Every registered ATV vehicle must pass the brake test to advance to the next phase of the tournament, which is well-known to the public. Our car failed the brake test
in that competition. The other teams are investigating the brake system issue while the vehicle's wheel is not locked. The brake's connections are all made correctly. Therefore, we assume that the brake bleeding process is the issue. In order to remove air, the bleeding procedure is repeated four or more times, which takes time and hurts the hands. In order to eliminate air, the bleeding procedure is repeated four or more times. This takes time, is painful for the hands and feet, and requires two workers. We developed the domestic arid ATV bleeder kit in order to resolve that issue. Compared to other approaches, it completes the procedure much faster and is totally automated.

COMPARISON OF ART WITH CURRENT EXISTING MODEL:
This innovative invention enables humans to use less energy and offers an efficient method for automatic brake bleeding.In old days, brake bleeding was performed manually, requiring significant investments of money, time, and physical effort. Although this method offered some benefits, such as not relying on electricity or batteries, being portable, and easy to store, its drawbacks were substantial. Manual brake bleeding was physically demanding, requiring manual strength and endurance, and demanded precise manual dexterity and coordination. Moreover,it was prone to human error,potentially leading to costly mistakes or even brake failure, agreement safety. The risk of human error was particularly concerning, as even minor mistakes could have severe consequences. This study employed a developmental research design approach to create a game changing device: a vacuum-type brake fluid bleeder and recovery machine. This innovative equipment aims to revolutionize the maintenance of vehicle brake systems, making it more efficient and cost-effective. The current hydraulic bleeding, fluid changing, and brake fluid cleansing equipment are expensive and complex, but our new device replicates their capacity with improved performance, offering a more streamlined maintenance process. The fabrication of the machine involved several key steps. First, precise measurements were taken, followed by cutting and joining of components. The machine's casing was shaped using a welding machine, fasteners, and boring tools. To protect against rust and corrosion, the casing was painted. Next, the electro mechanical vacuum pump assembly was externally assembled and attached to the machine casing for pre-testing. This ensured that each component functioned correctly. Additional components, including fluid control valves, purifying elements, and hoses, were installed using clips and adhesives. Finally, electrical

controls, such as switches, and auxiliary features like a fuse link, cooling fan, and water content indicator system, were attached. These features also included a bleeding alarm system and battery charging for the brake system. After connecting the proper electrical harness, the system and rechargeable battery functioned successfully. The hydraulic vacuum pump mechanism, secured with a back cover plate, was the final component integrated into the machine case. The external components included a line connecting the mechanical pump's outlet tube to either the vehicle's brake master cylinder or a separate recovery container, allowing for brake fluid flushing or replacement when indicated by a sensor. Additionally, a bleeder valve fitting was attached to the suction hose tip, and a high-pressure fluid return hose was installed. For situations requiring creative access to the vehicle's brake system, the machine could be securely attached to a bleeder nut, providing an alternative solution.

SUMMARY:
This machine boasts a unique feature: the ability to purify and reuse brake fluid after the recovery and bleeding process. Using the electrical resistance principle, the machine accurately detects water and air contamination in the fluid. Here's how it works: when water is present, the electrical resistance between two sensors decreases, allowing the machine to measure the water content or air bubbles in the brake fluid. This innovative feature ensures the brake fluid is clean and free from contaminants, guaranteeing optimal brake performance. When air enters the brake system, it can cause- a spongy pedal, as air is compressible and compresses during brake application. To prevent this, it's crucial to follow the proper sequence when bleeding brakes. There are four common bleeding mechanisms: vacuum brake bleeding, pressure bleeding, gravity bleeding, and manual bleeding. Each method has its advantages and disadvantages, and choosing the right one depends on the vehicle, brake system, and personal preference. By selecting the correct bleeding method, you can effectively remove air and old fluid from the brake system, ensuring optimal brake performance and safety. The machine was equipped with a 12V rechargeable battery, enabling autonomous operation, and a vacuum pump that generated a specific pressure for the bleeding process. A pressure gauge was integrated to display the pressure levels, and a sensor was installed to detect the flow of brake fluid, identifying the presence of water particles, air bubbles, or solid contaminants. The primary objective of this machine is to achieve a cost-efficient bleeding process, minimizing labor costs and saving time. This project introduces a groundbreaking innovation by creating a portable and user friendly brake bleeding machine that can be used anywhere, anytime, in the event of a brake failure or routine brake maintenance. Several brake bleeding methods exist, including manual and pressure vacuum bleeding. However, our focus is on eliminating manual bleeding due to its drawbacks, including significant time commitment, delayed bleeding process, and the need for a trained technician to perform the task every time. A brake bleeder kit is a specialized automotive maintenance tool used to remove trapped air or air bubbles from the braking system. Air bubbles in the brake lines can cause reduced braking performance and a spongy brake pedal sensation. A typical brake bleeder kit includes a hand pump or vacuum pump, a collection container, and various hoses or adapters to connect to the brake bleeder valves. To use a brake bleeder kit, start by locating the brake bleeder valves on each brake caliper or wheel cylinder. Next, attach the suitable adapter or hose from the kit to the bleeder valve. Finally, connect the collection bottle to the opposite end of the hose to capture the used brake fluid and air.

OBJECTIVE:
Cost-effective installation is the project's goal. Because utilizing a brake bleeder kit can be done manually, with a vacuum, or with pressure, it takes time. Because it is automated, the time required for the domestic and ATV bleeder kits is decreased. Two workers are required for the manual bleeder procedure to be finished. One person is required to finish the vacuum brake bleeder method. The manpower is eliminated by ATV and domestic bleeder kits.The completely automated bleeder kit is completed in a few minutes, increasing production in the manufacturing company. The bleeding procedure takes time, which causes the company's production to be slow. The brake bleeder kit for some automation systems is quite large. Thus, the ATV and home bleeder kit is portable.That can be put somewhere small. During that period, the vehicle's user employed the portable bleeder kit to fix the bleeding issue that had occurred in the braking system.Aluminum is the material utilized to make this product lighter. Because it is lightweight, it is convenient to carry around.

DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURE BELOW:
The upper portion of the domestic and ATV bleeder kit is depicted from above.The half-circle portion is a hydraulic pressure gauge, which measures the pressure between bleeding processes. The gauge's pressure is expressed in bars.The air bubble sensor is a rectangular component with a strip line that is used to find air bubbles in vinyl tubes. The domestic and ATV bleeder kit's structure is composed of aluminum. Inside the bottom of the frame is where the battery is located. 12V is the battery power, which is determined through computation. The component with the battery is backed up by a vacuum pump. Two knobs are on it. One knob is attached to the storage kit by a vinyl tube, while another knob is attached to the caliper bleeder nut via a vinyl tube. In order to eliminate the air bubble, the vacuum pump is supposed to generate pressure and draw the braking fluid into the brake master cylinder. It is positioned at the frame's lower part.

DETAILED EXPLANATION ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROJECT:

Project concept,objectives: The goal of this project is to automate the entire process while making it small and economical. A vacuum pump's job is to pressurize and draw air out of the brake fluid in the brake master cylinder. The braking mechanism is operating as intended once the air has been completely evacuated. The product runs automatically because of its battery- powered electrical component. Since it is lightweight, this product is convenient to bring with you wherever you go. The manufacturing company's production will be delayed since the bleeding process takes time, rather than utilizing the domestic and ATV bleeder kit. The bleeding process is completed very rapidly, and the manufacturing company's production is progressively enhanced, resulting in a profit.
2. Top element design: The Arduino Uno, hydraulic pressure gauge, and circular line power switch are shown in the top session. Hydraulic pressure gauge: When the brake bleeding started, the hydraulic pressure gauge component's job was to measure the pressure. The hydraulic pressure gauge displays the pressure level so we can keep an eye on it and make sure we don't go over the pressure limit. The bar unit is used to indicate the pressure. Arduino uno: The Arduino Uno is a multipurpose micro controller board that is perfect for do-it yourself robotics and electronics projects. When the Arduino detects no air bubble, it switches off the LED and outputs "bleeding process completed." Circular power line switch: An electrical switch that enables users to regulate the flow of power to different circuits or devices is the circular power line switch, sometimes referred to as a rotary switch or rotary selection switch. The circular power line switch in the automation bleeder kit acts as a control interface between the system and the user. Electrical current can either flow to the linked devices or be blocked by the switch's electrical contacts opening or closing. Air bubble sensor: The function of Air bubble sensors play a crucial role in automation brake bleeder kits by detecting air bubbles in brake fluid during the bleeding process. This prevents air from entering the brake system, ensuring accurate fluid pressure and flow. Integration with the kit involves in-line installation with brake fluid tubing and connection to a control unit or PLC for real-time monitoring. The sensor triggers alarms or shutdown upon air bubble detection, with adjustable sensitivity and threshold settings. Lower session design: A 12V battery and a vacuum pump are the parts that are located in the lowest part of the domestic and ATV bleeder kit. 12V vacuum pump: In order to expel the air bubble, the brake fluid in the brake master cylinder will be sucked under pressure by the 12V vacuum pump. The inlet and exit valves are the two valves on the 12V vacuum pump. A vinyl tube connects the calliper bleeding screw to the inlet valve. A vinyl tube connects the exit valve to the storage kit. Prototype Assembly and Testing Assembly: Assembling the prototype By design, the prototype is assembled precisely. The top and bottom sides of the rectangular frame are covered, and it has four columns. The circular power line switch, Arduino Uno, hydraulic pressure gauge, and air bubble sensor are positioned on top. Both a 12V battery and a 12V vacuum pump are installed in the bottom position. The storage kit is the part that is positioned in the edge of the column. The vinyl tube is attached to the caliper bleeder screw via the vacuum pump's inlet valve. The brake fluid storage kit's vinyl tubing is attached to the vacuum pump's outlet valves. Consequently, the domestic and ATV bleeder kit prototype assembly. Testing Asssembly: The brake bleeder kit has undergone thorough testing after prototype assembly, ensuring optimal performance. The 12V vacuum pump has provided continuous pressure to extract brake fluid from the master cylinder, while the air bubble sensor has detected air bubbles in the vinyl tube. Throughout the testing process, the vacuum pump has generated sufficient pressure for brake bleeding, allowing brake fluid to flow through the vinyl tube. The air bubble sensor has monitored fluid flow, indicating "Bleeding Completed" upon detecting no air bubbles. As a result, effective air bubble removal has ensured proper brake function, continuous pressure application has facilitated efficient brake bleeding, and sensor accuracy has confirmed completion of the bleeding process.
