Abstract

An environmentally beneficial way to meet the growing demand for sustainable farming technologies is to use solar energy into agricultural operations. In order to improve the efficiency of crop maintenance and post-harvest drying techniques, this research describes the invention of a Solar Agro Sprayer combined with a Ground Dryer. By delivering precise amounts of water, fertilizer, and pesticides, the Solar Agro Sprayer decreases demand on non-renewable energy sources. In parallel, the ground dryer accelerates the drying of harvested crops using solar energy, conserving product quality and reducing spoilage. This system, which uses solar panels, has become excellent for small and medium-sized farms since it provides an affordable and eco-friendly substitute for traditional equipment. This integrated system's design, prototype testing, and performance assessment demonstrate that it has the potential to raise agricultural output, lower operating expenses, and support sustainable farming method.

, C , Claims:The authors claimed that,
1. The sprayer operates primarily on solar energy, making it environmentally friendly and reducing dependence on non-renewable energy sources. The photovoltaic cells efficiently convert sunlight into electrical power, which drives the entire system.
2. The machine combines two essential agricultural operations-crop spraying and ground drying-into a single, portable device. This dual functionality improves efficiency, saving time and labor in farm management.
3. The device is lightweight and easily transportable, equipped with a sturdy handle for convenient movement across various terrains, making it practical for farmers to use in different environments.
4. Constructed from durable steel components, the device is designed to withstand harsh agricultural conditions, ensuring long-lasting performance and low maintenance costs.
5. The inclusion of a heating system powered by the same solar-charged battery allows the machine to dry wet ground, helping to improve soil conditions for planting and farm work.
6. By utilizing solar power, the device lowers operational costs for farmers, eliminating the need for fuel while providing a reliable, renewable energy source.
7. The use of solar power in the sprayer reduces carbon emissions and promotes a sustainable approach to farming, aligning with eco-friendly agricultural practices. These claims position the Solar Agro Sprayer with Ground Dryer as an innovative solution for improving farming efficiency while promoting sustainability.
