ABSTRACT A decentralized voting system (100), the system (100) comprising: a user interface (102) configured to enable a voter to create a profile to cast a vote; an authentication module (104) configured to validate the profile of the voter to detect authentication of the voter; a processor (106) communicatively coupled with the user interface (102), wherein the processor (106) is configured to: receive data from the user interface (102) regarding casted vote, store the data into a blockchain, analyse the data to calculate the casted vote for each candidate, and provide a result by evaluating the casted vote.
