Abstract
ABSTRACT A dairy product management system (100), comprising a user interface (102) for collecting one or more parameters of a milk sample, a milk analyser (104) to determine composition of the milk sample based at least on the one or more parameters of the milk sample, a database (106) coupled to the user interface and the milk analyser to store a dataset including the one or more parameters, composition and quality of the milk sample and at least one processor (108). The at least one processor (108) is configured to retrieve the one or more parameters, composition of the milk sample from the database, determine quality of the milk sample based at least on the one or more parameters, composition of the milk sample and determine suitability of the milk sample to convert the milk sample into one or more classes of dairy products based at least on the quality.
