Abstract

following steps
Step 1 (100) depicts a smart, multifunctional cutting board (100) that streamlines the cooking process by
integrating multiple functionalities in a single unit. The invention aims to address the common challenges in
cooking, such as managing multiple ingredients, ensuring precise measurements, and following recipe
instructions. , C , Claims:1. An Integrated Cutting Board System (100), comprising:
o A base cutting surface (103) constructed from food-grade materials;
o An integrated electronic weight scale (102) embedded within the cutting surface to measure the
weight of ingredients placed on it;
o A digital LED display (101) attached to the cutting board, configured to display recipe
instructions, quantities, and the status of collected ingredients;
o A software module to control the LED display (102) and track ingredient collection in real-time,
updating recipe status with a visual tick mark when the required quantity of an ingredient is met;
o A detachable ingredient collection bowl (104) positioned at one side of the cutting board to receive
and hold collected ingredients;
o A rechargeable battery (105) and communication interface to connect the cutting board to external
devices, allowing users to download or update recipes and synchronize data;
2. The cutting board (100) system of claim 1, wherein the electronic weight scale (102) is configured to,
measure the weight of individual ingredients as they are chopped and collected; Transmit the weight data
to the software module for real-time tracking and display on the LED (101) screen;
3. The cutting board system (100) of claim 1, wherein the LED display (101) is configured to, show recipe
instructions, ingredient lists, and corresponding quantities; Provide visual confirmation, such as a tick
mark or color change, once a specific ingredient has been collected in the desired quantity; Offer the
option for users to switch between recipes and cooking instructions via touch or voice commands;
4. The cutting board (100) system of claim 1, wherein the software module is configured to, automatically
update the recipe status based on weight data received from the scale; display progress in a visually
intuitive manner, such as a progress bar, ingredient completion ticks, or color changes for each ingredient
collected;
5. The cutting board (100) system of claim 1, wherein the detachable ingredient collection bowl (104) is
secured to the cutting board by a sliding mechanism for easy attachment and detachment; Composed of a
material that is dishwasher safe and easy to clean; Positioned in such a manner as to facilitate the direct
transfer of chopped ingredients from the cutting surface into the bowl (104);
6. The cutting board (100) system of claim 1, further comprising of a rechargeable battery (105) positioned
in the stand (105) of the board (100) with charging interface to power the cutting board system; An
application or mobile interface that allows users to download new recipes, update ingredient lists, and
track cooking progress remotely.
7. The cutting board (100) system of claim 1, wherein the communication interface is configured to
synchronize with external devices such as smartphones or tablets; allow users to receive recipe
suggestions, cooking tips, and ingredient substitutions based on the selected recipe.
8. The cutting board (100) system of claim 1, wherein the weight scale (102) is capable of automatically
resetting after the addition of each ingredient to facilitate cumulative weight tracking.F
