Abstract
Provided is a composition I containing a polymer B and a compound C. The polymer B is an aliphatic polyester polymer. The content of the compound C is 0.01-20 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the total of the polymer B and the compound C. The compound C satisfies the following condition 1. Condition 1: when MFR (B) is the melt flow-rate of the polymer B, measured at a temperature of 210? and a charge of 2,16 kg, and MFR (X) is the melt flow-rate of a mixture X containing 0.5 parts by mass of the compound C per 100 parts by mass of the total of the polymer B and the compound C, said melt-flow rate measured at a temperature of 210? and a charge of 2,16 kg, MFR (X) / MFR (B) is 2.0 or less.
