Abstract

ABSTRACT “COMMUNITY BASED ART OF GIVING TO SUPPORT EMERGENCY” The invention provides a community-based financial contribution system designed to support emergency welfare efforts. Individuals contribute based on a simple formula: monthly contribution = income ÷ 10,000. Those earning ₹10,000 or less contribute a small fixed amount, while higher earners contribute proportionally. The formula is derived from population metrics, offering an easy, time-saving calculation method. Contributions accumulate over time to create a financial reserve, used solely for humanitarian purposes in times of economic crisis, without any tax benefits or rebates. Only individuals with valid voter ID cards are eligible to participate. This system enhances community welfare, strengthens national financial resilience, and can support new government programs aimed at societal well-being. It fosters collective responsibility, allowing all income groups to contribute to a common emergency fund. No Figure
