Abstract

ABSTRACT An collision detection system (100) for vehicle, the system (100) comprising: a plurality of sensors (102) configured to measure one or more parameters associated with the vehicle; a processor (104) communicatively coupled with the plurality of sensors (102), wherein the processor (104) is configured to: receive the one or more parameters, compare the one or more parameters with a threshold value, determine an accident event, based at least on the comparison, fetch location coordinates of the vehicle using a global position system (GPS) module (108), transmit an alert notification on a computing unit (106) accessed by a concerned authority for providing emergency services, along with location coordinates of the vehicle.

Specification

Description:FIELD OF THE DISCLOSURE
[0001] This invention generally relates to a field of collision detection system and in particular relates to a collision detection system for vehicles, designed to enhance safety and response capabilities in the event of potential accidents.
BACKGROUND

[0002] The subject matter discussed in the background section should not be assumed to be prior art merely as a result of its mention in the background section. Similarly, a problem mentioned in the background section or associated with the subject matter of the background section should not be assumed to have been previously recognized in the prior art. The subject matter in the background section merely represents different approaches, which in and of themselves may also correspond to implementations of the claimed technology.
[0003] Conventional accident detection systems have become crucial for ensuring safety and security across various sectors, including transportation, industrial facilities, and public spaces. These systems a , Claims:1. An collision detection system (100) for vehicle, the system (100) comprising:
a plurality of sensors (102) configured to measure one or more parameters associated with the vehicle;
a processor (104) communicatively coupled with the plurality of sensors (102), wherein the processor (104) is configured to:
receive the one or more parameters,
compare the one or more parameters with a threshold value,
determine an accident event, based at least on the comparison,
fetch location coordinates of the vehicle using a global position system (GPS) module (108),
transmit an alert notification on a computing unit (106) accessed by a concerned authority for providing emergency services, along with location coordinates of the vehicle.

2. The system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the one or more parameters includes but not limited to haptics of the vehicle, orientation of the vehicle, distance between the vehicle and any other object.
3. The system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plurality of sensors
