BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The main invention of the current research has been solved due to the Limited Access to Co-Working Spaces, inefficient booking processes, lack of Customization, Accessibility, and Flexibility. Cogninook aims to address these challenges by providing freelancers with a user-friendly, flexible, and secure co-working space booking platform that offers customizable options, efficient resource utilization, seamless communication channels, and enhanced accessibility features to cater to the unique needs of freelancers in today's dynamic work environment.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
Cogninook presents a comprehensive solution for managing co-working spaces, offering a user-friendly interface for booking and managing workspace reservations. With its array of features such as space booking, user authentication, admin management, and error handling, Cogninook aims to streamline the process of workspace management and enhance the overall user experience. With further enhancements and future implementations, Cogninook has the potential to become a leading platform in the realm of co-working space management.

Three-tier Architecture: Separates the application into three layers:
● Presentation Layer (Frontend): Handles user interface elements and interacts with the backend layer.
● Business Logic Layer (Backend): Implements functionalities like user authentication, booking management, report generation, and interacts with the database.
● Data Layer (Database): Stores all application data securely using PostgreSQL.

Cogninook mainly focused on the room booking system that executes the process on booking system as shown in Fig 1.2. This booking system will be the best platform sector for guest as well as external reservation system that confirms the booking in one go without any distraction and integrity issues. The payment validation system that we have included is strong and authentic compared to other booking system. The class diagram has been depicted in Fig 1.3. A class diagram is a type of structural diagram in the Unified Modelling Language (UML) that represents the structure and relationships of a system through classes, attributes, operations, and associations. In the context of Cogninook, a fictional workspace booking platform.
