Abstract

The objective of this project is to develop a variable speed coconut scraper that allows it secure and efficient for extracting meat from the shell of coconuts. For it ensures optimal scraping performance, the system strives to provide customizable speed control that supports varying coconut diameters and hardness levels. In order to minimize the risk of destruction during usage, the scraper should also be ergonomically constructed, user-friendly, and equipped with safety protections. Flexible to various individual requirements and coconut hardness, a variable speed coconut scraper provides a convenient and efficient method to cut up coconuts. The present work and development of a coconut scraper with variable speed that enables speed modifications that comply with the preferred roughness of the scraped coconut and the hardness of the coconut. Considering the scraper has a variable speed motor that is easily modified for soft or hard coconuts, users are capable of using it with comfort with an intuitive design. This development improves safety by minimizing power source overloading and improving control during operation, in addition to improving the user experience by conserving effort and time. The scraper's effectiveness is proven by testing results, indicating that its adjustable speed control extends motor life, improves coconut yield, and save time. This design achieves integration between performance, energy efficiency, and ease of use, making it particularly beneficial for home and business applications.
