Description:FIELD OF THE INVENTION
This invention relates to cc2500 rf-equipped innovation for controlling high-capacity truck-mounted chipper in forestry environments
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
One of the biggest challenges facing the forestry industry is effectively managing and supervising high-capacity truck-mounted chippers. The flexibility, remote accessibility, and real-time monitoring capabilities that are critical for efficient operations in dynamic forestry situations are often absent from current control systems.
US20230311132A1 A wood chipper comprising a chamber in which wood is chipped, at least one roller for feeding of the wood into the chamber, and an hydraulic motor. Hydraulic lines flow connect a hydrostatic pump to the hydraulic motor for effecting rotation of the at least one roller for driving the at least one roller. A member on the wood chipper has splined projections for engaging splined projections on a member on the tractor to effect rotation by the member on the tractor of the member on the wood chipper in order for the wood chipper to receive mechanical power from a power take-off of the tractor for operation of the hydrostatic pump.
CA2839609C A wood chipper comprising a chamber in which wood is chipped, a discharge of chipped wood from the chamber, and a pair of rollers at least one of which is driven. The rollers are positioned for feeding of wood between the rollers and into the chamber. One of the rollers is a smooth roller, and an other of the rollers is driven and has cutting elements thereon. The at least one roller is driven by a hydrostatic pump. A plurality of legs are height adjustable for supporting the wood chipper and for positioning a power receiving means at different heights for aligning with connection to a tractor power take-off.
RESEARCH GAP: CC2500 RF and Cloud based solution for automation of High-Capacity Truck-Mounted Chipper in Forestry Environments is the novelty of the system.

The CRFEI_TMCCNode and CRFEI_TMCRNode are the two nodes that make up the sophisticated network that powers this invention. The CC2500 RF Module, Relay Module, Power Supply, Indicator, and Customized TI MSP432 MCU Board are all included in the CRFEI_TMCCNode. Its main goal is to make communication and control possible inside the truck-mounted chipper's immediate surroundings. The RF module provides wireless communication between the CRFEI_TMCCNode and the chipper, implementing the CC2500 protocol. The chipper's on/off operations are probably controlled by the relay module, which provides a smooth and remotely operated solution. To further improve user situational awareness, the Indicator also offers visual input on the operational state. The CRFEI_TMCCNode's dependable and continuous operation is guaranteed by the power supply.
The CRFEI_TMCRNode, on the other hand, has a Touch TFT Display, ESP01 WiFi Modem, CC2500 RF Module, Customized TI MSP432 MCU Board, and Power Supply. By adding WiFi connectivity via the ESP01 Wifi Modem, this node improves the innovation. By acting as a user interface, the Touch TFT Display allows local operators to communicate directly with the system. The CRFEI_TMCRNode's continuous operation is guaranteed by the power supply. These nodes work together in concert to provide remote control of the chipper installed on the truck. Using the CRFEI_TMCCNode, operators and authorized workers can manage the chipper locally while taking advantage of relay and RF communication features.
