Abstract
Disclosed is a catalyst regeneration method applicable to a fluidized catalytic cracker. The fluidized catalytic cracker comprises a catalytic cracking reactor and a catalyst regenerator. The regeneration method comprises the following steps: 1) providing a biomass-derived gas-phase fuel comprising hydrogen and/or methane; 2) directly feeding the gas-phase fuel into the catalyst regenerator without separation and purification; 3) introducing oxygen-containing gas into the catalyst regenerator, wherein the oxygen content of the oxygen-containing gas is 14-28% by volume; and 4) feeding a spent catalyst from the catalytic cracking reactor into the catalyst regenerator, enabling the spent catalyst therein to be in contact with the gas-phase fuel and the oxygen-containing gas, and performing coke-burning regeneration. According to the method in the present application, the biomass-derived gas-phase fuel for energy supply is introduced in a catalyst regeneration process, and a fossil fuel is replaced, so that an energy source of the catalytic cracker is fundamentally changed, carbon emission of a catalytic cracking unit can be greatly reduced, cyclic utilization of carbon elements is achieved, and energy can be provided for other process units.
