Effective business travel administration has a direct financial influence on a company's bottom line. Therefore, this invention provides the business's travel planning and expense reporting that consists of a computerised reservation system, a database server computer that has been configured to connect to the reservation system. It further includes  travel planning and expense reporting that is installed on a personal computer and offers a graphical user interface for user-to-system and relational database server-to-personal computer communication. Travel expenses were viewed as an inevitable burden and accumulated until the company's balance statement revealed more issues than assets. Businesses have recently aggressively analysed every procedure and paradigm in an effort to re-engineer , Claims:We Claim
