FIELD OF INVENTION
The present invention relates to the field of water dispenser accessories, and more particularly relates to the devices that aid in the lifting, tilting, and placement of heavy water cans onto dispensing units.
DESCRIPTION OF THE RELATED ART
Presently handling bubble top water dispenser cans is difficult due to their higher weight (approximately 20 kg when filled) and the lack of an integrated lifting and tilting mechanism. While holding clamps are available to lift the can through its neck, these clamps do not facilitate easy inversion and placement of the can onto the dispenser slot. This manual process can be physically difficult, inconvenient, and potentially hazardous, as it requires users to lift, tilt, and position the heavy can without adequate support.
The present invention overcomes these difficulties by introducing a multi-functional lifting and tilting device designed to securely grip, lift, and invert the water can with ease. The device is provided with secure grip which is a circular ring with a locking clamp ensures a tight fit around the water can's periphery, providing a stable and secure grip. Dual side rings and a radial clamp support a swinging clamp lock, which is connected to a swing handle clamp. This handle allows users to lift the water can effortlessly. The swing handle clamp's clearance, designed to be greater than the height of the water can, enables smooth and controlled tilting, making it easier to invert and place the can onto the dispenser slot. The device reduces the physical strain and inconvenience associated with handling heavy water cans, enhancing user safety and comfort.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is an easy lifting and tilting mechanism designed specifically for bubble top water dispenser cans. The device eases the process of handling heavy water cans, which generally weigh around 20 kg when filled, by providing a secure and efficient means to lift and invert the can for placement in the dispenser slot. The invention comprises a stainless steel circular ring with an opening that is secured using a locking clamp, ensuring a tight fit around the water can's periphery. Attached to the sides of the radial clamp are dual side rings, which support a swinging clamp lock. A swing handle clamp is connected to the swing clamp lock, facilitating easy lifting and tilting of the water can. The swing handle clamp is designed with a clearance greater than the height of the water can, allowing for smooth and effortless maneuvering. This design enhances the ease of use and safety when handling heavy water cans, making it an ideal solution for both residential and commercial settings.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION WITH REFERENCE TO DRAWING
1. CIRCULAR RING
Made of stainless steel with a thickness of 2mm in Circular shape with a single opening, resembling a "C" shape. Designed to be slightly smaller than the outer
diameter of the water can to ensure a snug fit and is the primary structure that encloses and grips the water can, providing a secure hold during lifting and tilting
2. LOCKING CLAMP
Positioned at the opening of the circular ring and consists of two interlocking parts that come together to close the gap in the circular ring. Secures the circular ring firmly around the water can, preventing it from slipping or moving during handling
3. LOCKING CLAMP KNOB
Integrated into the locking clamp mechanism with a protruding knob that is easy to grip and turn. Allows users to easily tighten and release the locking clamp, facilitating the attachment and detachment of the device from the water can
4. DUAL SIDE RINGS
Affixed to the outer sides of the radial clamp, perpendicular to the circular ring provides a stable support structure for the swinging clamp lock and helps distribute the weight of the water can evenly during lifting and tilting
5. RADIAL CLAMP
Connected to the outer sides of the circular ring, and is the base for the dual side rings designed with a short, straight clamp that bridges the circular ring u
and dual side rings. This clamp reinforces the connection between the circular ring and dual side rings, enhancing the stability of the device
6. SWING CLAMP LOCK
Mounted on the dual side rings is a pivoting mechanism that allows the swing handle clamp to move freely and enables the swing handle clamp to rotate and swing around the water can, facilitating easy lifting and tilting
7. SWING HANDLE CLAMP
Connected to the swing clamp lock, positioned between the dual side clamp . locks with an elongated, curved handle with a length greater than the height of the water can is the primary handle for users to grip, lift, and tilt the water can, providing leverage and control during maneuvering
8. DUAL SIDE CLAMP LOCK
Integrated into the dual side rings, adjacent to the swing clamp lock is a locking mechanism that secures the swing handle clamp in place when not in use This prevents the swing handle clamp from moving or swinging freely during storage or when not engaged, ensuring the device remains compact and secure
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a lifting and tilting device designed to facilitate the handling of bubble top water dispenser cans, particularly when placing them onto dispensing units.
The device comprises a circular ring (1) made of 2mm thick stainless steel, with an opening on one side.
The circular ring (1) has a diameter slightly smallerthan that of the water can, allowing it to fit securely around the can's periphery.
To fasten the circular ring (1) in place, a locking clamp (2) is provided at the opening, which can be tightened and released using a locking clamp knob (3).
This mechanism ensures a snug fit and prevents the water can from slipping during handling.
Affixed to the outer sides of the circular ring (1) are dual side rings (4), which are made of stainless steel.
These semi-circular rings are positioned perpendicular to the circular ring (1) and are supported by a radial clamp (5) that reinforces the connection between the circular ring (1) and the dual side rings (4).
The dual side rings (4) is a stable support structure for the swinging clamp lock (6), which is mounted upon them.
The swinging clamp lock (6) is a pivoting mechanism that allows the swing handle clamp (7) to move freely and rotate around the water can.
The swing handle clamp (7) is an elongated, curved handle made of stainless steel.
It is connected to the swing clamp lock (6) and positioned between the dual side clamp locks (8).
The swing handle clamp (7) has a length greater than the height of the water can, providing sufficient clearance for the can to be lifted and tilted easily.
The dual side clamp locks (8) secure the swing handle clamp (7) in place when it is not in use, preventing it from swinging freely and ensuring the device remains compact during storage.
Method of performing the invention
Placing the circular ring (1) of the device around the periphery of the water can, ensuring that the can is centered within the ring.
Tightening the locking clamp (2) using the locking clamp knob (3) to fasten the circular ring (1) securely around the water can.
Ensuring that the locking clamp (2) is firmly closed to prevent the can from slipping during handling.
Grasping the swing handle clamp (7) with one or both hands, ensuring a firm and comfortable grip.
If the swing handle clamp (7) is secured in the dual side clamp locks (8), releasing it by gently pulling it away from the locks.
With a firm grip on the swing handle clamp (7), lifting the water can vertically.
The dual side rings (4) and radial clamp (5) will distribute the weight evenly, providing stability during the lifting process.
While holding the swing handle clamp (7), slowly and steadily tilting the water can to the desired angle.
The swing clamp lock (6) will allow the swing handle clamp (7) to rotate and swing, facilitating smooth and controlled tilting.
With the water can tilted at the appropriate angle, carefully positioning it onto the disDenser slot.
Ensuring that the can is properly seated and secured in the dispenser before releasing the swing handle clamp (7).
Once the water can is securely placed on the dispenser, loosening the locking clamp (2) using the locking clamp knob (3). Carefully removing the circular ring (1) from the water can.
ADVANTAGES
> The device's swing handle clamp and secure grip mechanism allow users to lift heavy water cans effortlessly, reducing physical strain and making the task more manageable.
> The swinging clamp lock facilitates smooth and controlled tilting of the water can, enabling users to position the can onto the dispenser slot with ease and precision.
