Abstract
The present invention relates to a blockchain-based system for ensuring data integrity and authenticity. The system employs a cryptographic hash generator to create unique identifiers for data, which are then stored on a decentralized blockchain network. Each data transaction is recorded in a block containing the cryptographic hash, timestamp, and other metadata, ensuring that any tampering or alteration of the data is immediately detectable. The blockchain network is validated by multiple independent nodes, providing a transparent and immutable record of data changes. A smart contract automates the process of storing and verifying data integrity, enabling real-time, automated verification without the need for manual intervention. This system can be applied across various industries, including digital document management, supply chain management, and healthcare, ensuring that data remains secure, verifiable, and transparent throughout its lifecycle.
