Specification

Description:FIELD OF THE DISCLOSURE
[0001] This invention generally relates to a field of battery management systems and, more specifically, to a smart battery monitoring system designed to enhance battery health and performance by integrating sensor technologies, microcontrollers, and wireless communication modules.
BACKGROUND

[0002] The subject matter discussed in the background section should not be assumed to be prior art merely as a result of its mention in the background section. Similarly, a problem mentioned in the background section or associated with the subject matter of the background section should not be assumed to have been previously recognized in the prior art. The subject matter in the background section merely represents different approaches, which in and of themselves may also correspond to implementations of the claimed technology.
[0003] Traditional battery management systems (BMS) often rely on basic monitoring techniques that can lead to insufficient data collection and delayed responses to cr , Claims:1. A battery monitoring system (100), the system (100) comprising:
a central processing unit configured to coordinate communication between all other components and perform necessary calculations;
a plurality of sensors including a voltage sensor, a current sensor, and a thermal sensor, configured to detect different parameters associated with the battery's condition;
a relay controlled by the central processing unit to regulate charging modes based on sensor data;
a cooling fan activated by the central processing unit to maintain optimal battery temperature; and
a wireless communication module for real-time data transmission to a user interface.

2. The system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the voltage sensor is a high-precision voltage sensor, such as the MAX1117, connected directly to the battery terminals.
