ABSTRACT An autonomous food delivery system (100), the system (100) comprising: a body (102) having a plurality of wheels configured to manoeuvre within a restaurant; an audio module (104) comprising a microphone and a speaker (102) configured to interact with customers and take orders; a camera (106) operationally coupled with a motion sensor configured to capture one or more images of surroundings of the body (102) and detect obstacles in proximity to the body (102); a processor (108) configured to: receive data from the audio module and the camera (106), actuate the plurality of wheels to provide movement to the body (102) from kitchen of the restaurant to the customers, actuate a pair of robotic arms attached with the body (102) to take the food from the kitchen and deliver the food to the customers.

[0003] Conventional food delivery systems for restaurants have long served as a vital component of the food service industry, facilitating the transfer of meals from kitchens to consumers. The systems typically operate on a logistics framework tha , Claims:1. An autonomous food delivery system (100), the system (100) comprising:
a body (102) having a plurality of wheels configured to manoeuvre within a restaurant;
an audio module (104) comprising a microphone and a speaker installed on the body (102) configured to interact with customers and take orders;
a camera (106) operationally coupled with a motion sensor installed on the body (102) configured to capture one or more images of surroundings of the body (102) and detect obstacles in proximity to the body (102);
a processor (108) communicatively coupled with the plurality of wheels, the audio module, and the camera (106), wherein the processor (108) is configured to:
receive data from the audio module and the camera (106),
actuate the plurality of wheels to provide movement to the body (102) from kitchen of the restaurant to the customers, and
actuate a pair of robotic arms attached with the body (102) to take the food from the kitchen and deliver the food to the customers.
