[0001] This invention generally relates to a field of welding technology and, in particular, to a system and method for an automated wall climbing welding system that enhances precision, efficiency, and safety in welding processes on vertical and overhead surfaces.
BACKGROUND

1. An automated wall climbing welding system (100) comprising:
a plurality of welding modules configured to perform welding operations;
a climbing module integrated with the welding modules to enhance mobility and precision on vertical and overhead surfaces;
a communication module within the welding modules, configured to upload welding parameters to a control module; and
a processor within the control module, configured to manage and optimize the welding process, ensuring precision and safety.
2. The automated wall climbing welding system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the welding modules include at least one of arc welders, MIG welders, and TIG welders.
3. The automated wall climbing welding system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the climbing module comprises mechanisms to facilitate movement and stabilization on vertical and overhead surfaces.
