Abstract
This describes a method and system of an automated system for efficiently producing floral garlands using robotic arms and a specialized knotting mechanism. This system enhances the traditional manual process by automating the arrangement and securing of flowers in predefined patterns, improving production speed and consistency. The system includes a thread dispensing mechanism that ensures secure wrapping around flower bunches, with a verification step to confirm complete coverage before transitioning to the knot-tying process. This innovation reduces labor costs and risks associated with manual assembly, offering a scalable solution for high-volume floral arrangements and transforming the floriculture industry.

Specification
Description:Automated Knotting Mechanism For Floral Garland Making Process involves an automated system designed for efficient floral garland making, utilizing advanced robotic technology and a thread knotting mechanism. The process begins with the system powered on (101), which initiates the entire workflow. Upon activation, the robotic arms are employed to place flowers in a predefined arrangement (102, 103, 104). This sequential action ensures that each flower is positioned accurately, resulting in a visually appealing garland. Once all flowers are arranged, the completed garland is ready for packaging (105). , C , Claims:1.An automated floral garland making system comprising:
(i)Robotic arms (102, 103, 104) for arranging flowers in a predefined configuration and a thread knotting mechanism (202, 205) for securing flower bunches with thread.
1. A Design of Automated floral garland making system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the system initiates operation when powered on (101), triggering the workflow for floral arrangement and knotting.
2. A Design of Automated floral garland making system as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a thread dispensing mechanism (202) that releases a controlled length of thread necessary for securely fastening the flower bunch.
3. A Design of Automated floral garland making system as claimed in claim 1, wherein a rotating mechanism (203) guides the thread around the flower bunch to ensure even distribution during the wrapping process.
4. A Design of Automated floral garland making system as claimed in claim 4, wherein the system checks (204) if the thread is fully wrapped around the flower bunch, continuing the wrapping process (209) until complete coverage is achieved.
5. A Design of Automated floral garland making system as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a thread cutting mechanism (208) that cuts the thread after knotting to complete the assembly of the garland.
