Description:FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The present invention relates to an assistive vehicle ceiling cleaning device that is capable of providing a means for determining dimension of a user's feet and accordingly adjust to deploy and transform as a base under the user's feet for accommodating the user in a standing orientation thereby assisting the user in properly cleaning the vehicle's ceiling.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] Vehicle interiors, including the ceiling or headliner, accumulate dust, dirt, stains, and odors over time due to regular use, environmental factors, and human activities. Cleaning the ceiling is essential for maintaining a hygienic and comfortable environment inside the vehicle. The ceiling of a vehicle is challenging to clean due to its location, texture, and sensitivity to moisture and cleaning agents. Traditional cleaning methods, such as wiping or vacuuming, may not effectively remove embedded dirt or stains, risking damage to the fabric or upholstery.
[0003] Although the traditional method of cleaning vehicles using fabric clothes has proven effective to some extent, but it comes with inherent limitations. They may not be suitable for all types of vehicle interiors. Differences in ceiling materials, textures, and designs across vehicle models can affect the device's effectiveness and compatibility. Thus, there is a need to develop an innovative tool that provide a consistent way of cleaning vehicles where traditional methods may fall short and to meet the evolving demands of modern requirements.
[0004] WO2000071655A1 disclosed herein are chemical car wash cleaners. They contain ethylene oxide/propylene oxide block copolymers, anionic surfactants, and water. They clean vehicles without requiring hand drying of the vehicle to avoid spotting and without adversely affecting beading properties.
[0005] US5040485A discloses a simplified automatic car wash system is disclosed which comprises a linear trolley suspended from the upper structure of a car wash building and a cross trolley transversely mounted thereto. A spray arm is rotatably mounted to a glider plate on the cross trolley and the spray arm is used to deliver soap and water to an automobile. The spray arm is the only cleaning apparatus utilized, there being no need for rotating brushes and the like. As such, the only elements which come and in contact with the automobile during a car wash, are soap and water
[0006] Conventionally, many devices exist that are capable of washing vehicle ceiling however these devices fail in determining dimension of a user's feet and accordingly adjust to deploy and transform as a base under the user's feet for accommodating the user in a standing orientation thereby assisting the user in properly cleaning the vehicle's ceiling.
[0007] In order to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks, there exists a need in the art to develop a device that is capable of determining dimension of a user's feet and accordingly adjust to deploy and transform as a base under the user's feet for accommodating the user in a standing orientation thereby assisting the user in properly cleaning the vehicle's ceiling securely.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
[0008] The principal object of the present invention is to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art.
[0009] An object of the present invention is to develop a device that is capable of determining dimension of a user's feet and accordingly adjust to deploy and transform as a base under the user's feet for accommodating the user in a standing orientation thereby assisting the user in properly cleaning the vehicle's ceiling.
[0010] Another object of the present invention is to develop a device that is capable of affixing on any portion of the vehicle in order to securely clean the ceiling of the vehicle thereby preventing the user from falling down.
[0011] Yet another object of the present invention is to develop a device that is capable of assisting the user when on the vehicle's ceiling for cleaning out dust/dirt accumulated on the vehicle's ceiling.
[0012] The foregoing and other objects, features, and advantages of the present invention will become readily apparent upon further review of the following detailed description of the preferred embodiment as illustrated in the accompanying drawings.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0013] The present invention relates to an assistive vehicle ceiling cleaning device capable of providing a means for determining dimension of a user's feet and accordingly adjust to deploy and transform as a base under the user's feet for accommodating the user in a standing orientation thereby assisting the user in properly cleaning the vehicle's ceiling.
[0014] According to an embodiment of the present invention, an assistive vehicle ceiling cleaning device, comprising, a frame installed with an artificial intelligence enabled image capturing module integrated with a processor for capturing and processing multiple images of a feet portion of the user standing in close proximity of the frame in view of determining dimension of the feet, a platform installed with the frame integrated with multiple panels overlapped with each other via motorized hinges, wherein a microcontroller linked with the module , based on the determined dimension directs the motorized hinges to deploy the panels for transforming the platform based on dimension of the feet in view of accommodating the user on the platform in a standing orientation.
[0015] According to another embodiment of the present invention, further comprises, a L-shaped telescopically operated rod integrated with a slab attached with the platform , wherein the slab is configured with plurality of suction cups that are dedicated towards adherence of the frame on any portion of a vehicle whose ceiling needs to be cleaned, a vertical bar arranged on the platform that is integrated with a coiled spring mounted with a cloth, wherein soon after the user stands on the platform and reaches to the height of the vehicle's ceiling, then the user needs to grab the cloth and move the cloth on the ceiling in view of cleaning out dirt/dust accumulated on the vehicle ceiling, wherein a battery is associated with the device that powers all electrical and electronically operated components of the device.

[0022] Referring to Figure 1, an isometric view of an assistive vehicle ceiling cleaning device is illustrated, comprising a frame 1 installed with an artificial intelligence enabled image capturing module 2, platform 3 installed with the frame 1 integrated with multiple panels 4 overlapped with each other via motorized hinges 5, L-shaped telescopically operated rod 6 integrated with a slab 7 attached with the platform 3, slab 7 configured with plurality of suction cups 8 and vertical bar 9 arranged on the platform 3 that is integrated with a coiled spring 10 mounted with a cloth.
[0023] The proposed device includes a frame 1 installed with an artificial intelligence enabled image capturing module 2 actuated by an inbuilt microcontroller and integrated with a processor for capturing and processing multiple images of a feet portion of a user standing in close proximity of the frame 1in view of determining dimension of the feet.
[0024] The image capturing module 2 comprises of an image capturing arrangement including a set of lenses that captures multiple images of the feet portion of the user and the captured images are stored within memory of the image capturing module 2 in form of an optical data. The image capturing module 2 also comprises of a processor that is integrated with artificial intelligence protocols, such that the processor processes the optical data and extracts the required data from the captured images. The extracted data is further converted into digital pulses and bits and are further transmitted to the microcontroller. The microcontroller processes the received data and determines dimensions of the feet.
[0025] Moreover, a platform 3 installed with the frame 1integrated with multiple panels 4 overlapped with each other via motorized hinges 5, wherein the microcontroller linked with the module 2, based on the determined dimension directs the motorized hinges 5 to deploy the panels 4 for transforming the platform 3 based on dimension of the feet in view of accommodating the user on the platform 3 in a standing orientation. The motorized hinges 5 comprises of a pair of leaf that is screwed with the surfaces of the panels 4. The leaf are connected with each other by means of a cylindrical member integrated with a shaft coupled with a DC (Direct Current) motor to deploy the panels 4 for transforming the platform 3 based on dimension of the feet in view of accommodating the user on the platform 3 in a standing orientation.
[0026] Further, the microcontroller actuates an L-shaped telescopically operated rod 6 integrated with a slab 7 attached with the platform 3 for properly positioning slab 7 on any portion of the vehicle chassis. The L-shaped telescopically operated rod 6 is powered by a pneumatic unit. The pneumatic unit includes air valves and piston attached with the telescopic rods. The piston is coupled to the telescopic rods penetrating the compressed air released from the compressor over the telescopic rods. The valves used herein, are air valves installed between the compressor and piston that upon actuation enables release of the compressed air through the piston for properly positioning the slab 7 on any portion of the vehicle chassis. Wherein the slab 7 is configured with plurality of suction cups 8 that are dedicated towards adherence of the frame 1on any portion of a vehicle whose ceiling needs to be cleaned. The plurality of suction cups 8 used herein ranges from (2 to 4).
[0027] The suction cups 8 works by atmospheric pressure, creating a partial vacuum, atmospheric pressure outside forces air into the cylinder, whence it is permitted to escape by an outlet valve for adherence of the frame 1on any portion of a vehicle whose ceiling needs to be cleaned. Moreover, a vertical bar 9 arranged on the platform 3 that is integrated with a coiled spring 10 mounted with a cloth, wherein soon after the user stands on the platform 3 and reaches to the height of the vehicle's ceiling, then the user needs to grab the cloth and move the cloth on the ceiling in view of cleaning out dirt/dust accumulated on the vehicle ceiling.
[0028] Furthermore, the battery (not shown in fig.) is installed with the device to power all electrical and electronic component necessary for their operation. The battery is linked to the microcontroller and provides (DC) Direct Current to the microcontroller. And then, based on the order of operations, the microcontroller sends that current to those specific electrical or electronic components so they effectively carry out their appropriate function.
[0029] The proposed device works best in the following manner, the proposed device includes the frame 1 installed with an artificial intelligence enabled image capturing module 2 for capturing multiple images of a feet portion of a user standing in close proximity of the frame 1 in view of determining dimension of the feet, wherein the platform 3 integrated with multiple panels 4 overlapped with each other via motorized hinges 5 to deploy the panels 4 for transforming the platform 3 based on dimension of the feet in view of accommodating the user on the platform 3 in a standing orientation. The L-shaped telescopically operated rod 6 extend/retract for properly positioning a slab 7 on any portion of the vehicle chassis and the suction cups 8 are dedicated towards adherence of the frame 1on any portion of a vehicle whose ceiling needs to be cleaned and the vertical bar 9 arranged on the platform 3 that is integrated with a coiled spring 10 mounted with a cloth that the user needs to grab and move the cloth on the ceiling in view of cleaning out dirt/dust accumulated on the vehicle ceiling.

Various modifications of the disclosed embodiments, as well as alternate embodiments of the invention, will become apparent to persons skilled in the art upon reference to the description of the invention. , Claims:1) An assistive vehicle ceiling cleaning device, comprising:
i) a frame 1 installed with an artificial intelligence enabled image capturing module 2 integrated with a processor for capturing and processing multiple images of a feet portion of said user standing in close proximity of said frame 1 in view of determining dimension of said feet;
ii) a platform 3 installed with said frame 1 integrated with multiple panels 4 overlapped with each other via motorized hinges 5, wherein a microcontroller linked with said module 2, based on said determined dimension directs said motorized hinges 5 to deploy said panels 4 for transforming said platform 3 based on dimension of said feet in view of accommodating said user on said platform 3 in a standing orientation;
iii) a L-shaped telescopically operated rod 6 integrated with a slab 7 attached with said platform 3, wherein said slab 7 is configured with plurality of suction cups 8 that are dedicated towards adherence of said frame 1 on any portion of a vehicle whose ceiling needs to be cleaned; and
iv) a vertical bar 9 arranged on said platform 3 that is integrated with a coiled spring 10 mounted with a cloth, wherein soon after said user stands on said platform 3 and reaches to the height of said vehicle's ceiling, then said user needs to grab said cloth and move said cloth on said ceiling in view of cleaning out dirt/dust accumulated on said vehicle ceiling.
2) The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said L-shaped telescopically operated rod 6 is powered by a pneumatic unit, including an air compressor, air cylinders, air valves and piston which works in collaboration to aid in extension and retraction of said rod 6 in view of properly positioning said slab 7 on any portion of said vehicle chassis.
3) The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a battery is associated with said device that powers all electrical and electronically operated components of said device.
