Abstract
The device for “Applying magnified mechanical force on pressing device’s vertically movable pressing part through mechanical advantage equipment” relates to Physical sciences. [0001] The following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed. Detailed description of construction details and functional features of the present invention are as follows.
Technical field:-
[0002] The present invention named as "Applying magnified mechanical force on pressing device's vertically movable pressing part through mechanical advantage equipment" relates to an economical model of "a Mechanical press" used for applying compressive pushing force like Hydraulic press. The present invention relates to Physical Sciences.
Back ground and present problems:-
[0003] Nowadays Hydraulic presses are being used for applying high magnitude compressive forces. But, initial cost of investment for hydraulic press is high.
[0004] We are in need of low cost economical model of pressing devices.
Objectives of the invention:-
[0005] Objective of the invention is to design and develop low cost economical model of mechanical pressing devices, by magnifying applied-force through mechanical advantage devices.
Summary of the invention :-
[0006] The present invention named as "Applying magnified mechanical force on pressing device's vertically movable pressing part through mechanical advantage equipment" relates to a low cost economical model of mechanical pressing devices, in which the force applied through external means is magnified through mechanical advantage devices, and applied to the mechanical pressing device.
[0007] In this device the force applied through any one means among the following.
1) Manual pulling of movable pressing part through a chain or lever arm.
2) Pulling through a chain winded around a drum fixed to driven gear of a load enhancement gear box and the said load enhancement gear box's driving shaft (160) is driven by an electronically controlled motorised driving unit (360).
3) Applying continuous pulling force by weight of objects (250) hanged at lower end of a long vertically hanging chain attached to driving means of the mechanical advantage device, and the magnified force is transmitted driven part of the mechanical advantage device through pulling chain or pushing lever arm attached to driving means or resistance arm (280) of the mechanical advantage device.

[0008] Detailed description of present invention named as "Applying magnified mechanical force on pressing device's vertically movable pressing part through mechanical advantage equipment" is as follows.
Brief Description of the Enclosed Drawings:-
[0009] Brief description of drawings of the present invention named as "Applying magnified mechanical force on pressing device's vertically movable pressing part through mechanical advantage equipment" are here with enclosed for better understanding of the present invention.

For want of easy understanding of basic outlines of the invention, only major parts are shown in the drawings. The drawings are not necessarily to scale and in some instances, and proportions may have been exaggerated in order to more clearly depict certain features of the invention. Like parts will contain like numbers throughout the figures.

[0012] Figure "1" shows a 'perspective view' of the device named as "Applying magnified mechanical force on pressing device's vertically movable pressing part through mechanical advantage equipment" consisting of an elevated base platform supported on pedestals and provided with cylindrical vertical pipes above base platform duly embedding each cylindrical vertical pipe for sufficient length into a pedestal, and the said cylindrical vertical pipes are used for holding and guiding movement of a vertically movable sliding frame holding the movable pressing part used for applying pressing force on the material or object placed on the base platform. Top ends of all cylindrical columns are interconnected by a rigid planar frame provided at their top ends. "Few short length chains are anchored to hooks provided at base of the vertically movable sliding frame and extended downwards through holes in the base platform and anchored to "a thick ring or a two way hook" which in turn is attached to a pulling load transmission chain to apply downward pulling force on the movable pressing part. Pulling force is applied on the load transmission chain through a load enhancement gear box driven by a motorised driving unit. "Objects having sufficient weight are hanged through hook to lower end of a chain" which is extended upwards and passed over two pulleys fitted to the pulley's holding frames held by elevated the elevated staging provided adjacent to the mechanical pressing device. The chain is turned downwards and connected through a few short length chains which are extended downwards through holes in the said fixed rigid planar frame provided at top end of the cylindrical columns, and anchored to hooks fixed on top of the said vertically movable pressing frame. After each one pressing action by the movable pressing part the upward pulling chains pulls up the movable vertically sliding frame to its initial position to complete each cycle of pressing by the movable pressing part of the pressing machine.
[0013] Figure "2" shows a 'perspective view' of the device named as "Applying magnified mechanical force on pressing device's vertically movable pressing part through mechanical advantage equipment" consisting of an elevated base platform supported on pedestals and provided with cylindrical vertical pipes above base platform duly embedding each cylindrical vertical pipe through pedestal vertically below it and the cylindrical vertical pipes are used for holding and guiding movement of a vertically movable sliding frame holding the movable pressing part which is used for applying pressing force on the material or object placed on the base platform. Top ends of all cylindrical columns are interconnected by a thick planar frame provided at their top ends. "Few short length chains are attached to hooks at base of the vertically movable sliding frame and extended downwards through holes in the base platform and anchored to a thick ring or a two way hook which in turn is attached to a pulling load transmission chain to apply downward pulling force on the movable pressing part. The load transmission chain is winded around a drum fixed to driven shaft of a load enhancement gear box. The driving shaft of the first load enhancement gear box is fitted with a big diameter teethed wheel which is driven by a small teethed wheel fixed to driving shaft of another load enhancement gear box which is fitted with a drum to its driving shaft. A chain is winded around the said drum fitted to the driving shaft and extended to a pulley rigidly fixed to driving shaft of the second load enhancement gear box which provided adjacent to a deep vertical pit such that the drum fixed to driving shaft holds the hanging chain near vertical axis of the said deep vertical pit. The driving shaft is extended upto another side outer end of the said deep vertical pit. The outer free end of the driving shaft is held in a pedestal bearing fixed on a pedestal adjacent to the deep vertical pit. The chain passed through the pulley is extended downwards into the deep vertical pit and attached with hanging loads at its lower end in the deep vertical pit or bore. The downward load exerted by weight of hanging loads gets magnified through the two load enhancement gear boxes and transmitted through load chain and few short length chains to the movable pressing part's holding movable vertical sliding frame to apply magnified pressing load on the objects placed on the base of the pressing device. "Objects having sufficient weight are hanged through hook to lower end of a chain" which is extended upwards and passed over two pulleys fitted to the pulley's holding frame held by elevated top member or elevated beam of an elevated staging provided adjacent to a mechanical pressing device. Two symmetrical hanging loads are placed on either side of vertical axis of the device. The chain is turned downwards and connected to a few short length chains which are extended downwards through holes in the said fixed rigid planar frame provided at top end of the cylindrical columns, and anchored to hooks fixed on top of the said vertically movable pressing platform. After each one pressing action by the movable pressing part the upward pulling chains pulls up the vertically movable frame to its initial position to complete each cycle of pressing by the movable pressing part of the pressing machine.
[0014] Figure "3" shows enlarged view of the base platform, supported on pedestals, circular columns embedded into the pedestals and used for guiding upward and downward movement of the vertically movable sliding frame. Top ends of all cylindrical columns are interconnected by a rigid planar frame provided at their top ends. The movable vertically sliding frame's upward pulling chains are also shown in the drawing. Figure "3" is enlarged view of the same parts used in 1st and 2nd drawings shown above.

A cylinder having bottom side closed is fixed through its base's extension to the base platform using fastening means. Another movable cylinder or ram closely fitting to periphery of the fixed cylinder is attached to the movable cylinder to apply downward pushing force on the material placed in the fixed cylinder. A vertical piston rod is fixed over top side closed face of upper movable cylinder or ram and attached through a hinge to outer end of resistance arm of a lever arm supported on a hinged fulcrum. A chain is connected through hook to outer end of effort arm of the lever arm which is extended upwards and passed over two pulleys fitted to the pulley's holding frame held by elevated top member or elevated beam of an elevated staging. The chain passed through the pulleys is extended downwards upto ground level and winded around a drum fixed to driven shaft of a load enhancement gear box, and anchored at its outer end to the said drum. The driving shaft of the first load enhancement gear box is fitted with a big diameter teethed wheel which is driven by a small teethed wheel fixed to driving shaft of another load enhancement gear box which is fitted with a drum to its driving shaft. A chain is winded around the said drum and extended to a pulley rigidly fixed to driving shaft of the second load enhancement gear box placed adjacent to a deep vertical pit. The driving shaft is extended upto another side outer end of its adjacent deep vertical pit and held and supported by a pedestal bearing fixed on a pedestal adjacent to the deep vertical pit. The chain passed through the pulley is extended downwards into the deep vertical pit and attached with hanging loads at its lower end in the deep vertical pit or bore. The downward load exerted by weight of hanging loads gets magnified through the two load enhancement gear boxes and transmitted through load chain and few short length chains to the movable pressing part's holding movable vertical sliding frame to apply magnified pressing load on the objects placed on the base of the pressing device. "Objects having sufficient weight are hanged through hook to lower end of a chain" which is extended upwards and passed over two pulleys fitted to the pulley's holding frame held by elevated top member or elevated beam of an elevated staging provided adjacent to said cylinder's holding base platform. The chain is turned downwards and connected through a few short length chains which are anchored to hooks fixed on top of the said vertically movable upper cylinder or ram. After each one pressing action by the movable pressing part the upward pulling chains pulls up the vertically movable cylinder or ram to its initial position to complete each cycle of pressing by the movable pressing part of the pressing machine.

A cylinder having bottom side closed is fixed through its base's extension to the base platform. Another movable cylinder or ram closely fitting to periphery of the fixed cylinder is attached to the movable cylinder to apply downward pushing force on the material placed in the fixed cylinder. A vertical piston rod is fixed over top side closed face of upper movable cylinder or ram and attached through a hinge to outer end of resistance arm of a set of two inter connected lever arms supported on hinged fulcrums. A chain is connected through hook to outer end of effort arm of the lever arm which is extended downwards and winded around a drum fixed to driven shaft of a load enhancement gear box, and anchored at its outer end to the said drum. The driving shaft of the said load enhancement gear box is driven by a motorised driving unit controlled through an electronic monitoring unit. The driving shaft it provided with ratchet wheel and means to allow its reverse rotation without transmitting force to the motor. "Objects having sufficient weight are hanged through hook to lower end of a chain" which is extended upwards and passed over two pulleys fitted to the pulley's holding frame held by elevated top member or elevated beam of an elevated staging provided adjacent to said cylinder's holding base platform. The chain is turned downwards and connected through a hook near outer free end of the resistance arm of the lever arm. After each one pressing action by the movable pressing part the upward pulling chains pulls up the vertically movable cylinder or ram to its initial position to complete each cycle of pressing by the movable pressing part of the pressing machine.

A cylinder having bottom side closed is fixed through its base's outward extension to the elevated base platform. Another movable cylinder or ram closely fitting to periphery of the fixed cylinder is attached to the movable cylinder to apply downward pushing force on the material placed in the fixed cylinder. "Few short length chains are attached through hooks fixed to the said movable cylinder's periphery at its lower end or near its upper closed face. The said short length chains are extended downwards through holes in the base platform and anchored to a thick ring or a two way hook which in turn is anchored to another hook provided at outer end of resistance arm of a set of two interconnected lever arms supported on a hinged fulcrum. A chain is connected to hook provided at outer end of effort arm of the said set of two interconnected lever arms. The chain is extended downwards and winded around a drum fixed to driven shaft of a load enhancement gear box, and anchored at its outer end to the said drum. The driving shaft of the said load enhancement gear box is driven by a motorised driving unit controlled through an electronic monitoring unit. "Objects having sufficient weight are hanged through hook to lower end of a chain" which is extended upwards and passed over two pulleys fitted to the pulley's holding frame held by elevated top member or elevated beam of an elevated staging provided adjacent to said cylinder's holding base platform. The chain is turned downwards and connected through a hook near outer free end of the resistance arm of the lever arm. After each one pressing action by the movable pressing part the upward pulling chains pulls up the vertically movable cylinder or ram to its initial position to complete each cycle of pressing by the movable pressing part (40) of the pressing machine.

A cylinder having bottom side closed is fixed through its base's outward extension to the elevated base platform using fasteners. Another movable cylinder or ram closely fitting to periphery of the fixed cylinder is attached to the movable cylinder to apply downward pushing force on the material placed in the fixed cylinder. "Few short length chains are attached through hooks fixed to the said movable cylinder's periphery at lower end or at upper closed face. The said short length chains are extended downwards through holes in the base platform and anchored to thick ring which in turn is attached through a hook to a load transmission chain which is passed through bottom side of an anchoring type pulley provided along vertical axis of the said cylinder. The pulley is anchored through anchoring means to the pedestals. The said load transmission chain is extended and winded around a drum fixed to driven shaft of a load enhancement gear box, and anchored at its outer end to the said drum. The driving shaft of the said load enhancement gear box is driven by a motorised driving unit controlled through an electronic monitoring unit. "Objects having sufficient weight are hanged through hook to lower end of a chain" which is extended upwards and passed over two pulleys fitted to the pulley's holding frame held by elevated top member of an elevated staging provided adjacent to said cylinder's holding base platform. The chain is turned downwards and connected through a hook near outer free end of the resistance arm of the lever arm. After each one pressing action by the movable pressing part the upward pulling chains pulls up the vertically movable cylinder or ram to its initial position to complete each cycle of pressing by the movable pressing part of the pressing machine.

[0022] Construction details and functional features of the mechanical pressing device applying pushing or pulling force on its movable pressing part through mechanical advantage devices is as follows.
CONSTRUCTION DETIALS :-
[0023] The device of the present invention named as "Applying magnified mechanical force on pressing device's vertically movable pressing part (40) through mechanical advantage equipment" relates to 'applying pressing force through mechanical force transmitting means' on movable pressing part (40) of the pressing device to transmit the said pressing force on to the objects or materials held on base platform (10) of the pressing device.
[0024] The mechanical pressing device is characterized by provision of the following components.
I. A base platform (10) provided to hold the object or material to be compressed is of any one type among the following.
1) A base platform (10) provided near ground level.
2) An elevated base platform (10) supported on pedestals (20).
II. The mechanical pressing device's movable pressing part (40) used to apply pressing force on the objects placed on the said base platform (10), and attachment of the said movable pressing part (40) along with means for applying force through it on the movable pressing part is of any one type among the following.
1) A movable pressing part (40) in the form of a container (340) closed along top side and closely fitting along inner or outer periphery of another container (330) fixed to the base platform (10). The movable pressing part is attached with plurality of chains which are extended downwards across holes (90) in the base slab and anchored to thick ring (120) which in turn is attached to a pulling load transmission chain (130).
2) A movable pressing part (40) in the form of piston rod (70) closely fitting along inner periphery of the fixed container (330) holding the material or object to be compressed, and attached through a piston rod (70) fixed to top side closed face of the movable pressing part (40) and piston rod (70) is attached through hinged joint (80) to outer end of resistance arm (280) of a lever arm (270) used to apply pushing force on it.
3) A movable pressing part (40) held by a vertically movable sliding frame (60) guided by cylindrical vertical pipes (50), and attached with any one means among the following.
a) Plurality of chains attached to the said vertically movable sliding frame (60) and the said chains are extended downwards across holes (90) in the base slab and anchored to thick ring (120) which in turn is attached to a pulling load transmission chain (130).
b) A piston rod (70) fixed to top side closed face of the movable pressing part (40) and piston rod (70) is attached through hinged joint (80) to outer end of resistance arm (280) of a lever arm (270) used to apply pushing force on it.
III. Means for applying mechanical force on the "movable pressing part (40)" is of any one type among the following.
1) Applying pushing or pulling force manually through the force magnifying means for mechanical advantage, and pushing force is applied through lever arms (270), and pulling force is applied through other type of means for mechanical advantage.
2) Applying pushing force transmitted through 'lever arms (270) or any other means' on to the hinged joint (80) at top end of a piston rod (70) fixed to top side closed face of the movable pressing part (40).
3) The load transmitting chain (130) attached at one end through plurality of short length chains (110) to the said movable pressing part (40) or its holding vertically movable sliding frame (60). The said load chain's another side is extended and anchored to and winded around a cylindrical drum (170) which is fixed to surround driven shaft (150) of a load enhancement gear box (140). The load enhancement gear box's driving shaft (160) is driven by a motorised driving unit (360).
4) The load transmitting chain (130) attached at one end through plurality of short length chains (110) to the said movable pressing part (40) or its holding vertically movable frame (60). The said load chain's another side is extended and anchored to and winded around a cylindrical drum (170) which is fixed to surround driven shaft (150) of a load enhancement gear box (140). The load enhancement gear box's driving shaft (160) is attached with a teethed wheel (180) which is driven by another teethed wheel (180) fixed to driven shaft (150) of another load enhancement gear box (140), and another load transmission chain (130) is anchored and winded around along its one side outer end to a cylindrical drum (170) fixed to the driving shaft (160) of the said second load enhancement gear box (140). The external force applying means is of any one type among the following.
a) 'For the devices applying moderate magnitude force on the movable pressing part (40)' the said load chain (130) winded around drum (170) of the second gear box (140) is extended and passed over a pulley (190) which is held by any one holding means among the following.
i. A pipe (200) fitted to a frame (210) attached to the elevated member of an elevated staging (230).
ii. A pipe (200) provided across the top side opening of a deep vertical pit or bore (260), and the said load chain (130) is extended vertically downwards for sufficient length to hang vertically in to the said pit or bore (260), and attached with hanging loads (250) at lower end to exert force on the vertically hanging chain (240).
b) 'For the devices requiring application of 'the huge force through the means for mechanical advantage' the said load chain (130) is attached to driven part or resistance arm (280) of a means for mechanical advantage', and the driving part or effort arm (290) of the said means for mechanical advantage is attached with another chain (240), and the said chain (240) is extended and passed over a pulley (190) which is held by any one holding means among "a pipe (200) fitted to a frame (210) held by the elevated member of an elevated staging (230), and a pipe (200) provided across the top side opening of a deep vertical pit or bore (260) and supported over pedestal bearings (220) provided at either side outer ends of the said deep vertical pit or bore (260)", and the said chain is extended downwards for sufficient length to hang vertically and s attached at its lower end with hanging loads (250) to exert downward pulling force on the vertically hanging chain (240). The said means for mechanical advantage is of any one type among the following.
i. A chain hoist (300) hanged form hook (100) attached to elevated member of an elevated supporting means.
ii. An inverted chain hoist (310) anchored to a pedestal (20) at ground level.
iii. A load enhancement gear box (140).
iv. A set of pulleys (190) and chains hanged from an elevated staging (230).
v. A lever arm (270), or a set of lever arms (270) interconnected through hinged joints (80).
IV. Means for holding and supporting the elevated pulley (190) is of any one type among is of any one type among the following.
1) The pulley's holding pipe (200) held by a frame (210) fixed to elevated top member or elevated beam (400) of the elevated staging (260)
2) The pulley's holding pipe (200) provided across the top side opening of a deep vertical pit or bore (260), and held in pedestal bearings (220) fixed on pedestals (20) provided at either side outer ends of the top side opening of a deep pit or bore (260), and the chain is extended downwards into the deep vertical tank.
3) A deep vertical tank provided vertically below the elevated staging (230). The pulley's holding pipe (200) is held by a frame (210) attached to the elevated top member or elevated beam (400) of an elevated staging (230) and extended downwards into a deep vertical pit provided below it
V. "Means for allowing "returning of the movable pressing part (40) of the mechanical pressing device" to initial position after every downward pressing operation of movable pressing part (40)" is of any one type among the following.
1) Objects (250) having sufficient weight hooked as hanging loads (250) to lower end of a hanging vertical chain (240) which is passed over a pulley (190) held near top end of a column (310), and the said chain (240) is turned downwards and attached to plurality of short length chains (110) which are attached to the mechanical pressing part (40) or its holding means at equal angular intervals around vertical axis of the mechanical pressing device. The said hanging objects (250) are of any one type among "solid material blocks, or solid material filled bags" or "a container filled with liquid". In embodiments using liquid filled containers the liquid is emptied near lowest position of hanging load and the liquid is collected in a storage tank provided below lowest allowable level of hanging load. The empty container's holding vertically hanging chain is lifted up using a small motor. The liquid in low level storage container is pumped into an elevated tank provided near the mechanical pressing device using a liquid pumpset using motorized driving unit (360). The empty container gets filled up as soon as it reaches its maximum allowable elevated position.
2) Few telescopic pipes inter-connecting "the outward projecting parts provided near the movable pressing part's base, or bottom side face of the movable vertically sliding frame (60) holding the movable pressing part (40)" to "top surface of the base platform (10) of the mechanical pressing device", and provided with a spring in each set of telescopic pipes, and each spring gets compressed during downward movement of the said movable pressing part (40), and expands after completion of each pressing action by movable pressing part (40) to pull up the movable pressing part (40) to its initial elevated position above base platform (10) or base frame (10) to repeat the pressing cycle.
VI. An electronic monitoring unit controlled through switching push button or sensor attached to the base platform (10) to serve as the means for operating and controlling on and off running of the motorized driving unit (360).
VII. An electronic monitoring unit controlled through switching push button or sensor attached near base of the hanging loads (250) to serve as the means for stopping downward movement of hanging loads (250) hooked to the vertical hanging chain (240), immediately after completion of each downward pressing action by the movable pressing part (40).
VIII. "In embodiments using the vertically hanging chain (240) attached with hanging loads (250) as the means for lifting up the hanging loads (250) attached at lower end of the vertically hanging chain (240)" a motorised driving unit (360) attached with means for mechanical advantage is used for lifting up "the vertically hanging chain (240) along with the objects (250) attached as hanging loads (250) at its lower end.
[0025] Detailed description of 'construction details and functional features' of the above-mentioned components of the device are as follows.
1) The base platform for holding the object or material to be compressed:-
[0026] The mechanical pressing device consists of a base platform 'used to hold the object or material to be compressed'. The base platform (10) is a thick metallic disc or rigid slab made of concrete or other rigid material.
[0027] The base platform (10) 'used to hold the object or material to be compressed' is of any one type among the following.
a. A 'platform (10)' supported on a footing provided at ground level. This type of platform (10) is used for the devices applying pushing force on the movable pressing part (40) of the mechanical pressing device.
b. A platform (10) supported on plurality of columns (310) consisting of two or more columns (310) is also used to 'used to hold the object or material to be compressed'. The said columns (310) are extended below ground level and held and supported "by footings, or by a raft slab" provided below ground level. All columns (310) are provided symmetrically at equal angular intervals around vertical axis of the mechanical pressing device. The said columns (310) are provided equal distance from vertical axis of the said platform (10). Metallic cylindrical columns (310) are provided as embedded into the said pedestals (20) provided to support the base platform (10). The said vertically movable pressing part (40) is held by a vertically movable frame (60) provided with grooves near outer corners to allow its upward and downward movement along its holding and movement guiding cylindrical columns (310). Top ends of said cylindrical columns (310) are rigidly interconnected with any one means among "linear outer tie wires or rods along with diagonal tie wires or rods, and rigid structural members, and planar frames" to hold the said all columns (310) (in mutually parallel planes. The said movable pressing part (40) is provided with attachments at its base for fixing all necessary specific types of equipment used to press the objects or material placed on top surface of the said base platform (10). These types of platforms (10) are preferably used for the devices applying downward pulling force on the movable pressing part (40) of the mechanical pressing device.
2) Mechanical pressing device's movable pressing part :-
[0028] The mechanical pressing device's movable pressing part (40) is held vertically along vertical axis of a vertically sliding frame (60). The said movable pressing part (40) moves up and down along with along with its holding means applying force on it for transmitting to the object or material to be pressed by the movable pressing object. The said movable pressing part (40) is used to apply pressing force on the objects placed on the said base platform (10). The said movable pressing part (40) is provided with attachments at its base for fixing their equipment used to compress the objects placed on base of the platform (10).
[0029] The said movable pressing part (40) is of any one type among the following.
a. The "mechanical pressing device" held by a vertically movable sliding frame (60) held by columns (310) fixed on its supporting base platform (10).
b. The "movable pressing part (40)" in the form of a piston rod (70) movable along inner periphery of a close-fitting fixed cylinder (330) which is anchored on its supporting base platform (10).
c. The "movable pressing part (40)" in the form of a movable cylinder (340) having top side closed and having its periphery closely fitting to periphery of another cylinder (330) fixed on the base platform (10), and the said movable part (40) is movable along periphery of the fixed cylinder (20).
[0030] Detailed description of above said three types of pressing parts (40) and their holding means is as follows.
a) The "movable pressing part" held by a vertically movable sliding frame held by columns mounted on its supporting base platform :-
[0031] In the embodiments consisting of the "movable pressing part (40) held by a vertically movable sliding frame (60) held by cylindrical columns (310) mounted on its supporting base platform (10)" consists of movable pressing part (40) held along vertical axis of a vertically sliding frame (60) which is held through grooves provided at its outer ends along the cylindrical columns (310) provided near outer periphery of the mechanical pressing device. The vertically movable frame (60) is movable up and down along its holding cylindrical columns (310). The cylindrical pipes (50) guide upward and downward movement of the vertically sliding frame (60).
b) The "movable pressing part" in the form of a piston rod held in a close fitting cylinder which is anchored on its supporting base platform :-
[0032] The embodiments using "the movable pressing part (40) in the form of a piston" consists of a piston rod (70) closely fitting to a cylinder's inner surface like a cylinder (330) and piston assembly. The cylindrical shaped part (330) is fixed to base platform (10) of the mechanical pressing device. The objects to be pressed down are kept in the fixed cylinder (330). The vertically movable pressing part (40) is movable up and down along inner periphery of the said fixed cylinder (330), to press down the object or material placed in the said fixed cylinder (330).
c) The "movable pressing part" in the form of a cylinder having top side closed and its periphery closely fitting to periphery of another cylinder fixed on the base platform, and movable along periphery of the fixed cylinder :-
[0033] In the embodiments using "the movable pressing part (40) in the form of a cylinder (340) having top side closed" the said inverted container shaped cylinder (340) closed along top side and open along bottom side. The inverted movable cylinder (340) is made to closely fit and slide up and down along periphery of another fixed cylinder (330) which is anchored to the base platform (10) of the mechanical pressing device. The objects to be pressed down are kept in the fixed cylinder (330). The said fixed cylinder (330) having is anchored to its supporting base platform (10) using nuts and bolts or other fasteners. Another movable cylinder (340) closely fitting to periphery of the said fixed cylinder (330) slides vertically up and down along side walls of the fixed cylinder (330). The vertically movable inverted cylinder (340) is the movable pressing part (40) which presses down the object or material placed in the said fixed cylinder (330).
3) Means for attaching the movable pressing part to the external force applying means :
[0034] The means for attaching the movable pressing part (40) to the external force applying or transmission means for 'force-transmission' from 'the mechanical force applying means' to the 'movable pressing part (40)' of the mechanical pressing device is of any one type among the following.
a) A downward pulling force applying means consisting of plurality of short length chains (110) having equal length attached through hooks (100) at their one side outer ends to hooks (100) attached to "the movable pressing part (40), or to the means holding the movable pressing part (40)". The said hooks (100) are provided symmetrically at equal angular intervals and at equal radial distances from vertical axis of the said movable pressing part (40). "During transmission of the heavy pulling force through the hooks (100) to the movable pressing part (40)" the said each one hook (100) is subjected to heavy pulling force. For transmission of the heavy pulling force through the hooks (100) to the vertical siding frame (60) the said each one hook (100) is made in the form of a long high tensile load resisting bolt provided with a bend or hook (100) at its base. The said each one bolt passed through holes (90) in the vertical movable frame (60) from top to bottom of the frame's base platform (10) and tightly anchored to the said vertically movable frame (60) by clamping nuts provided at top and bottom side faces of the said vertical movable frame (60) duly providing washers. Each one bolt's bottom side hook (100) is attached to another hook (100) at top end of a short length chain (110). The said all short length chains (110) hanged to hooks (100) are interconnected through hooks (100) at their another side outer ends to a two way hook (100) or a thick ring (120) or a two way hook (100) or other type of hooking means which in turn is attached to a load chain (130), and " the said set of chains consisting of a load chain (130) attached to the said plurality of short length chains (110)" is used for collectively transmitting of force from the external load applying means to the means holding movable pressing part (40) or to the means holding the movable pressing part (40) along its longitudinal axis. It is essential to prevent touching of each short length chain (110) to outer edges of holes (90) to avoid damage to the holes (90) provided in the slab of the elevated base platform (10). For this purpose a roller (320) held in between outer free ends of a pair of short length gusset plates (380) fixed to the slab of base platform (10) provided adjacent to each hole (90) to guide movement of each short length chain (110) along the to road prevent touching of short length chain (110) to outer ends of the hole (90).
b) A pushing force applying means consisting of the said mechanical pressing device's movable pressing part (40) fitted with a piston rod (70) along its upper closed face duly orienting longitudinal axis of the piston rod (70) to coincide with longitudinal axis of the movable pressing part (40). The said piston rod (70) is attached through a hinge (80) at its outer free end to the outer end of the pushing load applying resistance arm (280) of a set of one or more interconnected lever arms (270). The said set of interconnected lever arms (270) is connected to its outer effort arm (290) with a load chain (130) used for the force transmission from the external load applying means.
4) Means for applying mechanical force on the "movable pressing part" :-
[0035] The said means for applying mechanical pressing force on the "movable pressing part (40) of the mechanical pressing device through mechanical force transmitting means" to cause forced movement of the said movable pressing part (40) to pull or push it towards the base platform (10) of the mechanical pressing device for exerting pressing force on the object or material held on the base platform (10) of the pressing device.
[0036] The external force is applied on the "movable pressing part (40) of the mechanical pressing device" in any one manner among the following.
a) Applying manually exerted pulling or pushing force using any one means among "the chains, lever arms (270), and other external force applying means".
b) Applying pushing force on upper end of a piston rod (70) fitted to the top side closed face of the movable pressing part (40) along its vertical axis. Longitudinal axis of piston rod (70) coincides with longitudinal axis of the movable pressing part (40). The said piston rod (70) is attached through a hinge (80) near its outer elevated end to the pushing load applying resistance arm (280) of a set of one or more interconnected lever arms (270) along its vertical axis. The external pushing force applied on the outer effort arm (290) of the said set of interconnected lever arms (270) is transmitted through outer resistance arm (280) of the said set of interconnected lever arms (270) as pushing load to the said movable pressing part (40) through a hinged joint (80) provided at the top end of the said piston rod (70) which in turn is transmitted as the pushing load exerted by movable pressing part (40). 'For devices requiring high magnitude load application on the movable pressing part (40)' the said lever arms (270) are attached with equipment used as the means for mechanical advantage.
c) Applying pulling force on the said movable pressing part (40) of the mechanical pressing device through "plurality of short length chains (110) having equal length which are attached through hooks (100) provided at their top ends to the hooks (100) provided along bottom side face of the said movable pressing part (40) or the said movable pressing part's holding vertically sliding frame (60)". The said chains (110) anchoring hooks (100) are provided symmetrically 'at equal radial distances from vertical axis of the said movable pressing part (40), and also at equal angular intervals' around vertical axis of the said movable pressing part (40) of the said mechanical pressing device. All chains (110) are connected through hooks (100) provided at their lower ends to 'a two way hook (100) or a thick ring (120)' fixed to a load chain (130) provided for transmission of force from the external load applying means to "the said movable pressing part (40) or the said movable pressing part's holding movable vertically sliding frame (60)". 'The pulling force is applied on the chain' by any one means among the following.
i. Force applied on the chain by manually pulling means.
ii. The load chain (130) or cable is attached through plurality of short length chains (110) (to "the said movable pressing part (40), or the said movable pressing part's holding vertically sliding frame (60)". The load chain (130) or cable is anchored to the cylindrical drum (170) fixed to driven shaft (150) of a load enhancement gear box (140) (speed reduction gear box (140)) and winded around the said cylindrical drum (170) for at least '2' or more rounds extra length beyond the required length ensuring force transmitted through the chain or cable is tangential to circular cross section of the cylindrical drum (170) for ensuring tangential force transmission through the chain, the said cylindrical drum (170) is attached to the driven shaft (150) of the load enhancement gear box (140) such that longitudinal axis of the cylindrical drum (170) coincides with longitudinal axis of the driven shaft (150) of the load enhancement gear box (140). The driving shaft (160) of the said load enhancement gear box (140) is driven by a motorised driving unit (360) or stepper motor".
iii. A load chain (130) is anchored at one side outer end to a cylindrical drum (170) fixed to driven shaft (150) of a load enhancement gear box (140) such that their longitudinal axes coincide with each other, and it is winded around the said cylindrical drum (170) for at least '2' or more rounds extra length beyond the required length for ensuring tangential force transmission through the chain. The load enhancement gear box (140)'s driving shaft (160) is attached with a big diameter teethed wheel (180) which is driven by a small diameter teethed wheel (180) fixed to driven shaft (150) of another load enhancement gear box (140). Another chain is anchored along its one side outer end to a cylindrical drum (170) which is fixed to driving shaft (160) of the said second load enhancement gear box (140) such that longitudinal axis of the cylindrical drum (170) coincides with longitudinal axis of the driven shaft (150) of the load enhancement gear box (140). The said chain is windd around the said cylindrical drum (170) attached to the said driving shaft (160) of the said second load enhancement gear box (140) for ensuring tangential force transmission through the said chain or cable. The means for applying external force through the chain depends on magnitude of the force applied on the said movable pressing part (40). The means for applying external force through the chain is of any one type among the following.
a) 'For the devices requiring application of moderate magnitude force on the said movable pressing part (40)' "a load chain (130) anchored to drum (170) attached to driving shaft (160) of the said second load enhancement gear box (140) such that their longitudinal axes coincide with each other, and winded for rounds around the drum (170) of the second load enhancement gear box (140)" is extended and passed over a pulley (190). The said pulley (190) is held by any one holding means among the following.
i. A pipe (200) fitted to a frame (210) held by the elevated member of an elevated staging (230).
ii. A pipe (200) provided across the top side opening of a deep vertical pit or bore (260) and supported over pedestal bearings (220) provided at either side outer ends of the said deep vertical pit or bore (260).
The said chain passed over the said pulley (190) is extended vertically downwards for sufficient length to hang vertically downwards. The long vertically hanging chain (240) is attached at its lower end with objects (250) having sufficient weight as hanging loads (250) to continuously exert downward pulling force on the said chain.
b) 'For the devices requiring application of the magnified huge magnitude force through the means for mechanical advantage' the said chain 'anchored to and winded for few rounds around cylindrical drum (170) attached to driving shaft (160) of the second gear box (140)' and the said chain is extended and passed over a pulley (190) held by a frame (210) fixed to elevated top member or elevated beam (400) of an elevated staging (230), and the said chain passing over the pulley (190) is extended and attached to 'driven part or resistance arm (280) of a means for mechanical advantage'. The 'driving part or effort arm (290) of a means for mechanical advantage is attached with a chain' and the said chain is extended and passed over a pulley (190). The said pulley (190) is held by any one holding means among "a pipe (200) fitted to a frame (210) held by the elevated member of an elevated staging (230), and a pipe (200) provided across the top side opening of a deep vertical pit or bore (260) and supported over pedestal bearings (220) provided at either side outer ends of the said deep vertical pit or bore (260)", and the said chain is extended vertically downwards for sufficient length to hang vertically downwards, and the vertically hanging chain (240) is attached at its lower end with objects (250) having sufficient weight as hanging loads (250) to exert continuously downward pulling force on the said chain. The said means for mechanical advantage is of any one type among the following
i. A chain hoist (300) hanged form hook (100) attached to elevated member of an elevated supporting means.
ii. An inverted chain hoist (310) anchored to a pedestal (20) at ground level.
iii. A load enhancement gear box (140).
iv. A set of pulleys and chains hanged from an elevated supporting means.
v. "A lever arm (270), or a set of lever arms (270) interconnected through hinged joints (80)". The said lever arms (270) are of any one type among "vertically swinging lever arms (270), and the non-vertically swinging lever arms (270).
5) Means for holding the vertically hanging long chain attached with loads at its lower end:-
[0037] "The devices using a long vertical hanging chain (240) attached with objects (250) at its lower end to apply continuous downward pulling force on the said mechanical pressing device's movable pressing part (40) through other interconnecting means" is provided with a pulley (190) for holding and supporting elevated top end of "the long vertical part of the hanging vertical chain attached at its lower end with objects (250) having sufficient weight as hanging loads (250)".
[0038] The means for holding and supporting the said pulley (190) is of any type among the following.
a) A pipe (200) fitted to a frame (210) held by the elevated member of an elevated staging (230).
b) A pipe (200) provided across the top side opening of a deep vertical pit or bore (260) and supported over pedestal bearings (220) provided at either side outer ends of the said deep vertical tank, or a deep vertical pit or bore (260).
c) A pipe (200) fitted to a frame (210) held by the elevated member of an elevated staging (230) and extended downwards into a deep vertical tank provided vertically below the said elevated staging (230).
[0039] The chain's vertical hanging part's length is not less than the product of maximum allowable change in stroke length of the movable pressing part (40) multiplied by the resultant mechanical advantage of the all interconnected means for mechanical advantage used in the device". The said long vertical hanging chain (240) is attached with hanging loads (250) at its lower end' to apply continuous downward pulling force on said movable pressing part (40) through their interconnecting force transmitting means. Weight of the objects (250) attached at lower end of the said long chain is equal to the resultant of "the force to be exerted by movable pressing part (40) of the mechanical pressing device, divided by mechanical advantage of the means for mechanical advantage which is provided for magnified force transmission from the force applying means to the said movable pressing part (40)".
6) Means for allowing "returning of the movable pressing part of the mechanical pressing device" to initial position after every downward pressing operation :-
[0040] The means for causing returning of "the movable pressing part (40) of the mechanical pressing device to initial position after every downward pressing operation" is provided to complete each one cycle of pressing operation by the said mechanical pressing device's movable pressing part (40).
[0041] The said "means for causing returning of the movable pressing part (40) of the mechanical pressing device to initial position after every one pressing action by the mechanical pressing device's movable pressing part (40)" is of any one type among the following.
a) Objects (250) having sufficient weight are attached through a hook (100) or any other attaching means to lower end of a heavy duty chain or cable, which is extended upwards and passed over a pulley (190) held near outer end of a cantilevering beam (30) or pipe (200) fitted at top end of a columns (310) provided adjacent to the mechanical pressing device. The said heavy duty chain passing over the said pulley (190) is turned downwards and connected at its another side outer end through a two way hook (100) or a thick ring (120) or other attaching means provided at its free hanging part's bottom end to hooks (100) fitted at top end of a few short length chains (110) which are anchored at their lower ends to the hooks (100) provided along top side face of the movable pressing part (40) or its holding vertically sliding frame (60). The said "movable pressing part (40), or its holding vertically sliding frame (60)" is fitted along its top side face with hooks (100) provided at equal angular intervals around the said movable pressing part's vertical axis and also at equal radial distances around its vertical axis such that equal loads are shared by the said each one short length chain (110) attaching to a load bearing chain through all short length chain's interconnecting two way hook (100) or thick ring (120). "The weight of the objects (250) attached as hanging loads (250) to the lower end of the said heavy duty chain or cable" pulls up the movable pressing part (40) after end of each one pressing action by the mechanical pressing device's movable pressing part (40) "only when there is no external downward pulling force on the movable pressing part (40) of the mechanical pressing device due to temporary disconnection of downward pulling means or temporary stopping of downward pulling force applying motorized driving unit (360)" . Due to upward pulling force exerted through the said set of interconnected chains the movable pressing part (40) of the mechanical pressing device returns to its initial position to complete each one cycle of pressing by the movable pressing part (40) of the pressing machine.
b) Few telescopic pipes are provided to inter-connect "the outward projecting parts provided near the movable pressing part's base, or bottom side face of the movable vertically sliding frame (60) holding the movable pressing part (40)" to "top surface of the base platform (10) of the mechanical pressing device". The said telescopic pipes are provided at equal radial distances and at equal angular intervals around vertical axis of the movable pressing part (40) such that equal loads are shared by the said each one linearly interconnected set of telescopic pipes. Each one set of telescopic pipes is fitted along their inner cavity with a spring extending from top to bottom of the interconnected set of telescopic pipes. The spring held in telescopic pipes gets compressed during each and every downward pressing action of the movable pressing part (40). "Soon after completion of each and every pressing action" the compressive force gets released by expansion of the spring when there is no external downward pulling force on the movable pressing part (40) due to temporary disconnection of downward pulling means or temporary stopping of downward pulling force applying motorized driving unit (360)". Due to expansion of the said "compressed springs in telescopic pipes pushes up the movable pressing part's holding means" to return it to its initial position to complete each cycle of pressing by the movable pressing part (40) of the mechanical pressing device.
7) Means for controlling on and off running of the motorized driving unit, and the means for controlling downward movement of the vertical hanging chain attached with loads at its lower end:-
[0042] The "means for temporary disconnection or stopping of the movable pressing part's pulling force applying means after completion of every pressing action when there is no necessity of applying pulling force on it for economical usage of energy and also to allow the movable pressing part (40) to return to initial position" consists of an electronic monitoring unit controlled through switching push button or sensor attached to the base platform (10), such that the movable pressing part's movement towards the base frame (10) gets stopped immediately by stopping the movable pressing part's downward pulling means soon after completion of each and every pressing action by the movable pressing part (40).
[0043] The means controlling on and off running of the motorized driving unit (360) and the means for controlling downward movement of the chain attached with hanging loads (250) for economical usage of energy are as follows.
a) For devices applying force through a motorized driving unit (360) the power supply to motor gets stopped through electronic monitoring unit immediately after completion of each downward pressing action.
b) For devices applying force through a vertically hanging chain (240) 'immediately after completion of each downward pressing action by the movable pressing part (40)' the pawl and ratchet mechanism's pawl's free locking end gets pulled down towards the ratchet wheel's teeth through electronic monitoring unit and locks the ratchet wheel's rotation and thereby stops downward movement of the vertical hanging chain (240) attached with hanging loads (250).
8) Means for lifting up the chain along with the objects attached as hanging loads at its lower end :-
[0044] "The means for upward pulling of the long vertical chain consisting of electronic monitoring unit attached with hanging loads (250) gets activated when the chain reaches its maximum allowable lowest position from its holding pulley (190). The said "chain along with the objects (250) attached as hanging loads (250) at its lower end" are lifted up to maximum allowable elevated position in any one manner among the following
A. A motorised driving unit (360) attached with means for mechanical advantage used for lifting up "the chain along with the objects (250) attached as hanging loads (250) at its lower end".
B. "In devices using hanging load at lower end of the vertically hanging chain (240)" objects (250) having sufficient weight are hanged through hook (100) to lower end of a chain which is extended upwards and passed over two pulleys (190) fitted to the pulley's holding pipe's holding frame (210) held by elevated top member or elevated beam (400) of an elevated staging provided adjacent to a mechanical pressing device. Two symmetrical hanging loads (250) are placed on either side of vertical axis of the device. The chain is turned downwards and connected to a few short length chains (110) which are extended downwards through holes (90) in the said fixed rigid planar frame (210) provided at top end of the cylindrical columns (310), and anchored to hooks (100) fixed on top of the said vertically movable pressing platform (10). After each one pressing action by the movable pressing part (40) the upward pulling chains (350) pulls up the vertically movable frame (40) to its initial position to complete each cycle of pressing by the movable pressing part (40) of the pressing machine. The said hanging objects (250) are of any one type among "solid material blocks, or solid material filled bags" or "a container filled with liquid".
"In devices using a container filled with liquid as the object attached as hanging load at lower end of the vertically hanging chain (240)" the liquid filled in the said container is emptied by discharging the liquid filled in it into a liquid storage tank which is provided below and adjacent to the bottom most allowable position of the lower end of hanging loads (250) attached to lower end of the chain, and then the said empty container is lifted up to its top most allowable elevated position just below its elevated end's holding pulley (190) using a motorized driving unit (360). The empty container reaching its top most allowable elevated position gets filled up with the same liquid by pumping of liquid from the liquid storage tank through long vertical pipe conduit supported by a tall columns (310). The said liquid storage tank is provided below and adjacent to the lowest allowable position of hanging loads (250) attached to lower end of the vertical hanging part of the chain. The activity of emptying the container at its lowest position and filling of the container at its elevated position is done in any one manner among the following.
i. An electronically controlled monitoring unit coupled with a motorised driving unit (360) operated through sensors or switches attached to objects (250) provided near lowest position and elevated positions of the said container filled with liquid, and the said electronically controlled monitoring unit coupled with a motorised driving unit (360) opens liquid outlet valve fitted at lower end of the said container when the container is near its lower position and fills the container at its top most elevated position, and
ii. Manual monitoring and operating the motorised driving unit (360) to empty the container near its lower position and filling it at its top most elevated position.

1) The device of the present invention named as "Applying magnified mechanical force on pressing device's vertically movable pressing part through mechanical advantage equipment" relates to 'applying pressing force through mechanical force transmitting means' on movable pressing part (40) of the pressing device to transmit the said pressing force on to the objects or materials held on base platform (10) of the pressing device, and
the mechanical pressing device is characterized by provision of the following components, and
a base platform (10) provided to hold the object or material to be compressed is of any one type among:
a base platform (10) provided near ground level, and
an elevated base platform (10) supported on pedestals (20), and
the mechanical pressing device's movable pressing part (40) used to apply pressing force on the objects placed on the said base platform, and attachment of the said movable pressing part (40) along with means for applying force through it on the movable pressing part is of any one type among:
a movable pressing part (40) in the form of a container (340) closed along top side and closely fitting along inner or outer periphery of another container (330) fixed to the base platform (10), and the movable pressing part is attached with plurality of chains which are extended downwards across holes (90) in the base slab and anchored to thick ring (120) which in turn is attached to a pulling load transmission chain (130), and
a movable pressing part (40) in the form of piston rod (70) closely fitting along inner periphery of the fixed container (330) holding the material or object to be compressed, and attached through a piston rod (70) fixed to top side closed face of the movable pressing part (40) and piston rod (70) is attached through hinged joint (80) to outer end of resistance arm (280) of a lever arm (270) used to apply pushing force on it, and
a movable pressing part (40) held by a vertically movable sliding frame (60) guided by cylindrical vertical pipes (50), and attached with any one means among:
plurality of chains attached to the said vertically movable sliding frame (60) and the said chains are extended downwards across holes (90) in the base slab and anchored to thick ring (120) which in turn is attached to a pulling load transmission chain (130), and

applying pushing or pulling force manually through the force magnifying means for mechanical advantage, and pushing force is applied through lever arms (270), and pulling force is applied through other type of means for mechanical advantage, and
applying pushing force transmitted through 'lever arms (270) or any other means' on to the hinged joint (80) at top end of a piston rod (70) fixed to top side closed face of the movable pressing part (40), and
the load transmitting chain (130) attached at one end through plurality of short length chains (110) to the said movable pressing part (40) or its holding vertically movable sliding frame (60), and the said load chain's another side is extended and anchored to and winded around a cylindrical drum (170) which is fixed to surround driven shaft (150) of a load enhancement gear box (140), and the load enhancement gear box's driving shaft (160) is driven by a motorised driving unit (360), and
the load transmitting chain (130) attached at one end through plurality of short length chains (110) to the said movable pressing part (40) or its holding vertically movable frame (60), and the said load chain's another side is extended and anchored to and winded around a cylindrical drum (170) which is fixed to surround driven shaft (150) of a load enhancement gear box (140), and the load enhancement gear box's driving shaft (160) is attached with a teethed wheel (180) which is driven by another teethed wheel (180) fixed to driven shaft (150) of another load enhancement gear box (140), and another load transmission chain (130) is anchored and winded around along its one side outer end to a cylindrical drum (170) fixed to the driving shaft (160) of the said second load enhancement gear box (140), and the external force applying means is of any one type among:
'for the devices applying moderate magnitude force on the movable pressing part (40)' the said load chain (130) winded around drum (170) of the second gear box (140) is extended and passed over a pulley (190) which is held by any one holding means among:
a pipe (200) fitted to a frame (210) attached to the elevated member of an elevated staging (230), and
a pipe (200) provided across the top side opening of a deep vertical pit or bore (260), and the said load chain (130) is extended vertically downwards for sufficient length to hang vertically in to the said pit or bore (260), and attached with hanging loads (250) at lower end to exert force on the vertically hanging chain (240), and
'for the devices requiring application of 'the huge force through the means for mechanical advantage' the said load chain (130) is attached to driven part or resistance arm (280) of a means for mechanical advantage', and the driving part or effort arm (290) of the said means for mechanical advantage is attached with another chain (240), and the said chain (240) is extended and passed over a pulley (190) which is held by any one holding means among "a pipe (200) fitted to a frame (210) held by the elevated member of an elevated staging (230), and a pipe (200) provided across the top side opening of a deep vertical pit or bore (260) and supported over pedestal bearings (220) provided at either side outer ends of the said deep vertical pit or bore (260)", and the said chain is extended downwards for sufficient length to hang vertically and s attached at its lower end with hanging loads (250) to exert downward pulling force on the vertically hanging chain (240), and the said means for mechanical advantage is of any one type among:
a chain hoist (300) hanged form hook (100) attached to elevated member of an elevated supporting means, and
an inverted chain hoist (310) anchored to a pedestal (20) at ground level, and
a load enhancement gear box (140), and
a set of pulleys (190) and chains hanged from an elevated staging (230), and
a lever arm (270), or a set of lever arms (270) interconnected through hinged joints (80), and
means for holding and supporting the pulley's holding pipe (200) is of any one type among:
the said pulley's holding pipe (200) held by a frame (210) fixed to elevated top member or elevated beam (400) of the elevated staging (260), and
the said pulley's holding pipe (200) provided across the top side opening of a deep vertical pit or bore (260), and held in pedestal bearings (220) fixed on pedestals (20) provided at either side outer ends of the top side opening of the deep pit or bore (260), and the chain is extended downwards into the deep vertical tank, and
a deep vertical tank provided vertically below the elevated staging (230), and the pulley's holding pipe (200) is held by a frame (210) attached to the elevated top member or elevated beam (400) of an elevated staging (230) and extended downwards into a deep vertical pit provided below it, and
"means for allowing "returning of the movable pressing part (40) of the mechanical pressing device" to initial position after every downward pressing operation of movable pressing part (40)" is of any one type among:
objects (250) having sufficient weight hooked as hanging loads (250) to lower end of a hanging vertical chain (240) which is passed over a pulley (190) held near top end of a column (310), and the said chain (240) is turned downwards and attached to plurality of short length chains (110) which are attached to the mechanical pressing part (40) or its holding means at equal angular intervals around vertical axis of the mechanical pressing device, and the said hanging objects (250) are of any one type among "solid material blocks, or solid material filled bags" or "a container filled with liquid", and "in the embodiments using liquid filled containers" the liquid is emptied near lowest position of hanging load and the liquid is collected in a storage tank provided below lowest allowable level of hanging load, and the empty container's holding vertically hanging chain is lifted up using a small motor, and the liquid in low level storage container is pumped into an elevated tank provided near the mechanical pressing device using a liquid pumpset using motorized driving unit (360), and the empty container gets filled up as soon as it reaches its maximum allowable elevated position, and
few telescopic pipes inter-connecting "the outward projecting parts provided near the movable pressing part's base, or bottom side face of the movable vertically sliding frame (60) holding the movable pressing part (40)" to "top surface of the base platform (10) of the mechanical pressing device", and provided with a spring in each set of telescopic pipes, and each spring gets compressed during downward movement of the said movable pressing part (40), and expands after completion of each pressing action by movable pressing part (40) to pull up the movable pressing part (40) to its initial elevated position above base platform (10) or base frame (60) to repeat the pressing cycle, and
an electronic monitoring unit controlled through switching push button or sensor attached to the base platform (10) to serve as the means for operating and controlling on and off running of the motorized driving unit (360), and
an electronic monitoring unit controlled through switching push button or sensor attached near base of the hanging loads (250) to serve as the means for stopping downward movement of hanging loads (250) hooked to the vertical hanging chain (240), immediately after completion of each downward pressing action by the movable pressing part (40), and
"in embodiments using the vertically hanging chain (240) attached with hanging loads (250) as the means for lifting up the hanging loads (250) attached at lower end of the vertically hanging chain (240)" a motorised driving unit (360) attached with means for mechanical advantage is used for lifting up "the vertically hanging chain (240) along with the objects (250) attached as hanging loads (250) at its lower end.
2) The "mechanical pressing device applying downward mechanical force on its movable pressing part (40)" as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said mechanical pressing device consists of a base platform (10) 'used to hold the object or material to be compressed', and the said base platform (10) is a thick metallic disc or rigid slab made of concrete or other rigid material, and
the said base platform (10) 'used to hold the object or material to be compressed' is of any one type among:
a 'platform (10)' supported on a footing provided at ground level, and this type of platform (10) is used for the devices applying pushing force on the movable pressing part (40) of the mechanical pressing device, and
a platform (10) supported on plurality of columns (310) consisting of two or more columns (310) is also used to hold the object or material to be compressed, and the said columns (310) are extended below ground level and held and supported "by footings, or by a raft slab" provided below ground level, and the said all columns (310) are provided symmetrically at equal angular intervals around vertical axis of the mechanical pressing device, and the said columns (310) are provided equal distance from vertical axis of the said platform (10), and metallic cylindrical columns (310) are provided as embedded into the said pedestals (20) provided to support the base platform (10), and the said vertically movable pressing part (40) is held by a vertically movable frame (60) provided with grooves near outer corners to allow its upward and downward movement along its holding and movement guiding cylindrical columns (310), and top ends of said cylindrical columns (310) are rigidly interconnected with any one means among "linear outer tie wires or rods along with diagonal tie wires or rods, and rigid structural members, and planar frames" to hold the said all columns (310) (in mutually parallel planes, and the said movable pressing part (40) is provided with attachments at its base for fixing all necessary specific types of equipment used to press the objects or material placed on top surface of the said base platform (10), and these types of platforms (10) are preferably used for the devices applying downward pulling force on the movable pressing part (40) of the mechanical pressing device.
3) The "mechanical pressing device applying downward mechanical force on its movable pressing part" as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said mechanical pressing device's movable pressing part (40) is held vertically along vertical axis of a vertically sliding frame (60), and the said movable pressing part (40) moves up and down along with along with its holding means applying force on it for transmitting to the object or material to be pressed by the movable pressing object, and the said movable pressing part (40) is used to apply pressing force on the objects placed on the said base platform (10), and the said movable pressing part (40) is provided with attachments at its base for fixing their equipment used to compress the objects placed on base of the platform (10), and
the said movable pressing part (40) is of any one type among:
the "mechanical pressing device" held by a vertically movable sliding frame (60) held by cylindrical columns (310) mounted on its supporting base platform (10), and
the "movable pressing part (40)" in the form of a piston rod (70) movable along inner periphery of a close-fitting cylinder (330) which is anchored on its supporting base platform (10), and
the "movable pressing part (40)" in the form of a cylinder (340) having top side closed and having its periphery closely fitting to periphery of another cylinder (330) fixed on the base platform (10), and the said movable cylinder (340) is movable along periphery of the cylinder (330) fixed to its holding base platform (10).
4) The "mechanical pressing device applying downward mechanical force on its movable pressing part" as claimed in claim 1, wherein the embodiments consisting of the "movable pressing part (40) held by a vertically movable sliding frame (60) held by cylindrical columns (310) mounted on its supporting base platform (10)" consists of movable pressing part (40) held along vertical axis of a vertically sliding frame (60) which is held through grooves provided at its outer ends along the cylindrical columns (310) provided near outer periphery of the mechanical pressing device, and the vertically movable pressing part (40) is movable up and down along its holding cylindrical columns (310), and the cylindrical pipes (50) guide upward and downward movement of the vertically sliding frame (60).
5) The "mechanical pressing device applying downward mechanical force on its movable pressing part" as claimed in claim 1, wherein the embodiments using "the movable pressing part (40) in the form of a piston" consists of a piston rod (70) closely fitting to a cylinder (330) like a cylinder (330) and piston assembly, and the cylindrical shaped lower part (330) is fixed to base platform (10) of the mechanical pressing device, and the objects to be pressed down are kept in the fixed cylinder (330), and the vertically movable pressing cylindrical part (340)) is movable up and down along inner periphery of the said fixed cylinder (330), to press down the object or material placed in the said fixed cylinder (330).
6) The "mechanical pressing device applying downward mechanical force on its movable pressing part" as claimed in claim 1, wherein the embodiments using "the movable pressing part (40) in the form of a cylinder (340) having top side closed" the said inverted container shaped cylinder (340) closed along top side and open along bottom side. The inverted movable cylinder (340) is made to closely fit and slide up and down along periphery of another fixed cylinder (330) anchored to the base platform (10) of the mechanical pressing device, and the objects to be pressed down are kept in the fixed cylinder (330), and the said fixed cylinder (330) having is anchored to its supporting base platform (10) using nuts and bolts or other fasteners, and another movable cylinder (340) closely fitting to periphery of the said fixed cylinder (330) slides vertically up and down along side walls of the fixed cylinder (330), and the vertically movable inverted cylinder (340) is the movable pressing part (40) which presses down the object or material placed in the said fixed cylinder (330).
7) The "mechanical pressing device applying downward mechanical force on its movable pressing part" as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said means for transmitting the force applied by external mechanical force applying means to "the said movable pressing part (40) of the mechanical pressing device" is of any one type among:
'the downward pulling force applying means' consisting of plurality of short length chains (110) having equal length attached through hooks (100) at their one side outer ends to hooks (100) attached to "the movable pressing part (40), or to the means holding the movable pressing part (40)", and the said hooks (100) are provided symmetrically at equal angular intervals and at equal radial distances from vertical axis of the said movable pressing part (40), and "during transmission of the heavy pulling force through the hooks (100) to the movable pressing part (40)" the said each one hook (100) is subjected to heavy pulling force, and for transmission of the heavy pulling force through the hooks (100) to the vertical siding frame (60) the said each one hook (100) is made in the form of a long high tensile load resisting bolt provided with a bend or hook (100) at its base, and the said each one bolt passed through holes (90) in the vertical movable frame (60) from top to bottom of the base frame (10) and tightly anchored to the said vertically movable frame (60) by clamping nuts provided at top and bottom side faces of the said vertical movable frame (60) duly providing washers, and the said each one bolt's bottom side hook (100) is attached to another hook (100) at top end of a short length chain (110), and the said all short length chains (110) hanged to hooks (100) are interconnected through hooks (100) at their another side outer ends to a thick ring or a two way hook (120) which in turn is attached to a load chain (130), and " the said set of chains consisting of a long load transmission chain (130) attached to the said plurality of short length chains (110)" is used for collectively transmitting of force from the external load applying means to the means holding movable pressing part (40) or to the means holding the movable pressing part (40) along its longitudinal axis, and it is essential to prevent touching of each short length chain rollers (320) held in between outer free ends of a pair of short length gusset plates (380) fixed to the slab of base platform (10) provided adjacent to each hole (90) to guide movement of each short length chain (110) through the hole (90) prevent touching of short length chain (110) to outer ends of the hole (90) for avoiding abrasion of chain to outer edges of the hole (90).
'the pushing force applying means' consisting of the said mechanical pressing device's movable pressing part (40) fitted with a piston rod (70) along its upper closed face duly orienting longitudinal axis of the piston rod (70) to coincide with longitudinal axis of the movable pressing part (40), and the said piston rod (70) is attached through a hinge (80) at its outer free end to the outer end of the pushing load applying resistance arm (280) of a set of one or more interconnected lever arms (270), and the said set of interconnected lever arms (270) is connected to its outer effort arm (290) with a load chain (130) used for the force transmission from the external load applying means.
8) The "mechanical pressing device applying downward mechanical force on its movable pressing part" as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said means for applying mechanical pressing force on the movable pressing part (40) of the mechanical pressing device' to pull or push it towards the base platform (10) of the mechanical pressing device for exerting pressing force on the object or material held on base platform (10) of the pressing device, and
the external force is applied on the "movable pressing part (40) of the mechanical pressing device" in any one manner among:
applying manually exerted pulling or pushing force using any one means among "the chains, lever arms (270), and other external force applying means", and
applying pushing force on upper end of a piston rod (70) fitted to the top side closed face of the movable pressing part (40) along its vertical axis, and longitudinal axis of piston rod (70) coincides with longitudinal axis of the movable pressing part (40), and the said piston rod (70) is attached through a hinge (80) near its outer elevated end to the pushing load applying resistance arm (280) of a set of one or more interconnected lever arms (270) along its vertical axis, and the external pushing force applied on the outer effort arm (290) of the said set of interconnected lever arms (270) is transmitted through outer resistance arm (280) of the said set of interconnected lever arms (270) as pushing load to the said movable pressing part (40) through a hinged joint (80) provided at the top end of the said piston rod (70) which in turn is transmitted as the pushing load exerted by movable pressing part (40), and for devices requiring high magnitude load application on the movable pressing part (40)' the said lever arms (270) are attached with equipment used as the means for mechanical advantage, and
applying pulling force on the movable pressing part (40) of the mechanical pressing device through plurality of short length chains (110) having equal length which are attached through hooks (100) provided at their top ends to the hooks (100) provided along bottom side face of the said movable pressing part (40) or the said movable pressing part's holding vertically sliding frame (60)", and the said chains anchoring hooks (100) are provided symmetrically "at equal radial distances from vertical axis of the said movable pressing part (40), and also at equal angular intervals around vertical axis of the said movable pressing part (40)" of the said mechanical pressing device, and the said all chains (110) are connected through hooks (100) provided at their lower ends to 'a two way hook (100) or a thick ring (120)' fixed to a load chain (130) provided for transmission of force from the external load applying means to the said movable pressing part (40) or the said movable pressing part's holding movable vertically sliding frame (60), and 'the pulling force is applied on the chain' by any one means among:
force applied on the chain by manually pulling means, and
the load chain (130) attached through plurality of short length chains (110) to the said movable pressing part (40) or the said movable pressing part's holding vertically sliding frame (60), and the said load chain (130) or cable is anchored to the cylindrical drum (170) fixed to driven shaft (150) of a load enhancement gear box (140) and winded around the said cylindrical drum (170) for at least '2' or more rounds extra length beyond the required length ensuring force transmitted through the chain or cable is tangential to circular cross section of the cylindrical drum (170) for ensuring tangential force transmission through the chain, and the said cylindrical drum (170) is attached to the driven shaft (150) of the load enhancement gear box (140) such that longitudinal axis of the cylindrical drum (170) coincides with longitudinal axis of the driven shaft (150) of the load enhancement gear box (140), and the load enhancement gear box's driving shaft (160) is driven by a motorised driving unit (360), and
the said load chain (130) or cable is anchored at one side outer end to the cylindrical drum (170) fixed to driven shaft (150) of a load enhancement gear box (140) such that their longitudinal axes coincide with each other, and the said cable wire is winded around the said cylindrical drum (170) for at least '2' or more rounds extra length beyond the required length ensuring tangential force transmission through the chain, and the said cylindrical drum (170) is fixed to driven shaft (150) of a load enhancement gear box (140) such that axis of the cylindrical drum (170) coincides with longitudinal axis of the driven shaft (150) of the speed reduction gear box (140), and the said driving shaft (160) of the said load enhancement gear box (140) is attached with a big diameter teethed wheel (180) which is driven by another small diameter teethed wheel (180) fixed to driven shaft (150) of another load enhancement gear box (140), and another chain is anchored along its one side outer end to a cylindrical drum (170) which is fixed to driving shaft (160) of the said second load enhancement gear box (140) longitudinal axis of the cylindrical drum (170) coincides with longitudinal axis of the driven shaft (150) of the load enhancement gear box (140), and the said chain is winded around the said cylindrical drum (170) attached to the said driving shaft (160) of the said second load enhancement gear box (140) for ensuring tangential force transmission through the said chain or cable, and the said means for applying external force through the chain depends on magnitude of the force applied on the said movable pressing part (40), and the means for applying external force through the chain is of any one type among:
'for the devices requiring application of moderate magnitude force on the said movable pressing part (40)' the said chain anchored to drum (170) attached to driving shaft of the second load enhancement gear box (140) such that their longitudinal axes coincide with each other and winded for few rounds around drum (170) of the second load enhancement gear box (140) and extended and passed over a pulley (190), and the said pulley (190) is held by any one holding means among "a pipe (200) fitted to a frame (210) held by the elevated member of an elevated staging (230)", and "a pipe (200) provided across the top side opening of a deep vertical pit or bore (260) and supported over pedestal bearings (220) provided at either side outer ends of the said deep vertical pit or bore (260)"", and the said chain passed over the said pulley (190) is extended vertically downwards for sufficient length to hang vertically downwards, and the vertically hanging chain (240) is attached at its lower end with objects (250) having sufficient weight as hanging loads (250) to continuously exert downward pulling force on the said chain, and
'for the devices requiring application of the magnified huge magnitude force through the means for mechanical advantage' the said chain 'anchored to and winded for few rounds around cylindrical drum (170) attached to driving shaft (160) of the second gear box (140)', and the said chain is extended and passed over a pulley (190) held by a frame (210) fixed to elevated top member or elevated beam (400) of an elevated staging (230), and the said chain passing over the pulley (190) is extended and attached to 'driven part or resistance arm (280) of a means for mechanical advantage', and the driving part or effort arm (290) of the said means for mechanical advantage is attached with another chain, and the said chain is extended and passed over a pulley (190), and the said pulley (190) is held by any one holding means among "a pipe (200) fitted to a frame (210) held by the elevated member of an elevated staging (230), and a pipe (200) provided across the top side opening of a deep vertical pit or bore (260) and supported over pedestal bearings (220) provided at either side outer ends of the said deep vertical pit or bore (260)", and the said chain is extended vertically downwards for sufficient length to hang vertically downwards, and the vertically hanging chain (240) is attached at its lower end with objects (250) having sufficient weight as hanging loads (250) to continuously exert downward pulling force on the said chain, and the said means for mechanical advantage is of any one type among:
a chain hoist (300) hanged form hook (100) attached to elevated member of an elevated supporting means, and
an inverted chain hoist (310) anchored to a pedestal (20) at ground level, and
a load enhancement gear box (140), and
a set of pulleys and chains hanged from an elevated staging (230), and
a lever arm (270), or a set of lever arm (270) interconnected through hinged joints (80), and the said lever arms (270) are of any one type among "vertically swinging lever arms (270), or non-vertically swinging lever arms (270)".
9) The "mechanical pressing device applying downward mechanical force on its movable pressing part (40)" as claimed in claim 1, wherein "the devices using a long vertical hanging chain (240) attached with objects (250) at its lower end to apply continuous downward pulling force on "the said mechanical pressing device's movable pressing part (40) through other interconnecting means" is provided with a pulley (190) for holding and supporting elevated top end of "the long vertical part of the hanging vertical chain attached at its lower end with objects (250) having sufficient weight as hanging loads (250)", and
the means for holding and supporting the said pulley (190) is of any type among:
a pipe (200) fitted to a frame (210) held by the elevated member of an elevated staging (230), and
a pipe (200) provided across the top side opening of a deep vertical pit or bore (260) and supported over pedestal bearings (220) provided at either side outer ends of the said deep vertical tank, or a deep vertical pit or bore (260), and
a pipe (200) fitted to a frame (210) held by the elevated member of an elevated staging (230) and extended downwards into a deep vertical tank provided vertically below the said elevated staging (230).
10) The "mechanical pressing device applying downward mechanical force on its movable pressing part (40)" as claimed in claim 1, wherein the long vertical hanging chain (240)'s vertical hanging part's length is not less than the product of maximum allowable change in stroke length of the movable pressing part (40) multiplied by the resultant mechanical advantage of the all interconnected means for mechanical advantage used in the device", and 'the said long vertical hanging chain (240) is attached with objects (250) at its lower end' to apply continuous downward pulling force on said movable pressing part (40) through their interconnecting force transmitting means, and the weight of the objects (250) attached at lower end of the said long chain is equal to the resultant of "the force to be exerted by the said movable pressing part (40) of the mechanical pressing device, divided by mechanical advantage of the means for mechanical advantage which is provided for magnified force transmission from the force applying means to the said movable pressing part (40)".
11) The "mechanical pressing device applying downward mechanical force on its movable pressing part" as claimed in claim 1, wherein "the said means for causing returning of the movable pressing part (40) of the mechanical pressing device to initial position after every downward pressing operation" is provided to complete each one cycle of pressing operation by the mechanical pressing device's movable pressing part (40), and
the said "means for causing returning of the movable pressing part (40) of the mechanical pressing device to initial position after every one pressing action by the mechanical pressing device's movable pressing part (40)" is of any one type among:
"objects (250) having sufficient weight are attached through a hook (100) or any other attaching means to lower end of a heavy duty chain or cable, which is extended upwards and passed over a pulley (190) held near outer end of a cantilevering beam (30) or pipe (200) fitted at top end of a column (310) provided adjacent to the mechanical pressing device, and the said heavy duty chain passing over the said pulley (190) is turned downwards and connected at its another side outer end through a two way hook or a thick ring (120) provided at its free hanging part's bottom end to hooks (100) fitted at top end of a few short length chains (110) which are anchored at their lower ends to the hooks (100) provided along top side face of the movable pressing part (40) or its holding vertically sliding frame (60), and the said "movable pressing part (40), or its holding vertically sliding frame (60)" is fitted along its top side face with hooks (100) provided at equal angular intervals around the said movable pressing part's vertical axis and also at equal radial distances around its vertical axis such that equal loads are shared by the said each one short length chain (110) attaching to a load bearing chain through all short length chain's interconnecting two way hook (100) or thick ring (120), and "the weight of the objects (250) attached as hanging loads (250) to the lower end of the said heavy duty chain or cable" pulls up the movable pressing part (40) after end of each one pressing action by the mechanical pressing device's movable pressing part (40) "only when there is no external downward pulling force on the movable pressing part (40) of the mechanical pressing device due to temporary disconnection of downward pulling means or temporary stopping of downward pulling force applying motorized driving unit (360)", and due to upward pulling force exerted through the said set of interconnected chains (350) the movable pressing part (40) of the mechanical pressing device returns to its initial position to complete each one cycle of pressing by the movable pressing part (40) of the pressing machine., and
few telescopic pipes are provided to inter-connect "the outward projecting parts provided near the movable pressing part's base, or bottom side face of the movable vertically sliding frame (60) holding the movable pressing part (40)" to "top surface of the base platform (10) of the mechanical pressing device", and the said telescopic pipes are provided at equal radial distances and at equal angular intervals around vertical axis of the movable pressing part (40) such that equal loads are shared by the said each one linearly interconnected set of telescopic pipes, and the said each one set of telescopic pipes is fitted along their inner cavity with a spring extending from top to bottom of the interconnected set of telescopic pipes, and the said spring held in telescopic pipes gets compressed during each and every downward pressing action of the movable pressing part (40), and "soon after completion of each and every pressing action" the compressive force gets released by expansion of the spring when there is no external downward pulling force on the movable pressing part (40) due to temporary disconnection of downward pulling means or temporary stopping of downward pulling force applying motorized driving unit (360), and due to expansion of the said compressed springs in telescopic pipes pushes up the movable pressing part (40) along with its holding means" to return it to its initial position to complete each cycle of pressing by the movable pressing part (40) of the mechanical pressing machine.
12) The "mechanical pressing device applying downward mechanical force on its movable pressing part" as claimed in claim 1, wherein "the said means for temporary disconnection or stopping of the movable pressing part's pulling force applying means after completion of every pressing action when there is no necessity of applying downward pulling force on it for economical usage of energy and also to allow the movable pressing part (40) to return to initial position" consists of an electronic monitoring unit controlled through switching push button or sensor attached to the base platform (10), such that the movable pressing part's movement towards the base frame (10) gets stopped immediately by stopping the movable pressing part's downward pulling means soon after completion of each and every pressing action by the movable pressing part (40) of the mechanical pressing device, and
the said means controlling on and off running of the motorized driving unit (360) and the means for controlling downward movement of the chain attached with hanging loads (250) for economical usage of energy are of any one type among:
for devices applying force through a motorized driving unit (360), the power supply to motor gets stopped through electronic monitoring unit immediately after completion of each downward pressing action, and
for devices applying force through a vertically hanging chain (240) "immediately after completion of every pressing action by the movable pressing part (40)" the pawl and ratchet mechanism's pawl's free locking end gets pulled down towards the ratchet wheel's teeth through electronic monitoring unit and locks the ratchet wheel's rotation and thereby stops downward movement of the vertical hanging chain (240) attached with hanging loads (250).
13) The "mechanical pressing device applying downward mechanical force on its movable pressing part" as claimed in claim 1, wherein "the means for upward pulling of the long vertical chain consisting of electronic monitoring unit attached with hanging loads (250) gets activated when the chain reaches its maximum allowable lowest position from its holding pulley (190), and the said "chain along with the objects (250) attached as hanging loads (250) at its lower end" are lifted up to maximum allowable elevated position in any one manner among:
a motorised driving unit (360) attached with means for mechanical advantage used for lifting up "the chain along with the objects (250) attached as hanging loads (250) at its lower end", and
"in the devices using hanging load at lower end of the vertically hanging chain (240)" objects (250) having sufficient weight are hanged through hook (100) to lower end of a chain which is extended upwards and passed over two pulleys (190) fitted to the pulley's holding pipe's holding frame (210) held by elevated top member or elevated beam (400) of an elevated staging provided below and adjacent to a mechanical pressing device. Two symmetrical hanging loads (250) are placed on either side of vertical axis of the device, and the said chain is turned downwards and connected to a few short length chains (110) which are extended downwards through holes (90) in the said fixed rigid planar frame (210) provided at top end of the cylindrical columns (310), and anchored to hooks (100) fixed on top of the said vertically movable pressing platform (10), and after each one pressing action by the movable pressing part (40) the upward pulling chains (350) pulls up the vertically movable frame (40) to its initial position to complete each cycle of pressing by the movable pressing part (40) of the pressing machine, and the said hanging objects (250) are of any one type among "solid material blocks, or solid material filled bags" or "a container filled with liquid".
"in devices using a container filled with liquid used as the object attached as hanging load at lower end of the vertically hanging chain (240)" the liquid filled in the said container is emptied by discharging the liquid filled in it into a liquid storage tank which is provided below and adjacent to the bottom most allowable position of the lower end of the hanging loads (250) attached to lower end of the chain, and then the said empty container is lifted up top most allowable elevated position just below its elevated end's holding pulley (190) using a motorized driving unit (360), and the said empty container reaching its top most allowable elevated position "gets filled up with the same liquid by pumping of liquid from the liquid storage tank through long vertical pipe conduit supported by a tall column. The said liquid storage tank is provided below and adjacent to the lowest allowable position of hanging loads (250) attached as hanging loads (250) at lower end of the vertical hanging part of the chain, and the said activity of emptying the container at its lowest position, and filling of the container at its elevated position is done through any one monitoring means among:
an electronically controlled monitoring unit coupled with a motorised driving unit (360) operated through sensors or switches attached to objects (250) provided near lowest position and elevated positions of the said container filled with liquid, and the said electronically controlled monitoring unit coupled with a motorised driving unit (360) opens liquid outlet valve fitted at lower end of the said container when the container is near its lower position and fills the container at its top most elevated position, and
manual monitoring and manually operating the motorised driving unit (360) to empty the container near its lower position and filling it at its top most elevated position.
