Abstract

There is provided an apparatus, said apparatus comprising means for receiving measurement values from a plurality of user equipments at a source node, providing, from the source node to a respective one of a plurality of target nodes, a handover request for each of the plurality of user equipments, the handover request including a request to measure incident load, determining to perform a handover for a subsequent user equipment to a subsequent target node, determining a predicted incident load based on the received measurement values and measured incidence loads, using the predicted incident load in mobility decisions and providing the predicted incident load to the subsequent target node in a handover request for the subsequent user equipment.
