ANTIBODY, FUSION PROTEIN AND USE THEREOF

Abstract

Provided are an antibody, a fusion protein and the use thereof. The antibody comprises a CDR sequence selected from at least one of the following: a CDR sequence of a light chain variable region: SEQ ID NOs: 1-3, SEQ ID NOs: 7-9 and SEQ ID NOs: 83-85, and a CDR sequence of a heavy chain variable region: SEQ ID NOs: 4-6, SEQ ID NOs: 10-12, SEQ ID NOs: 86-88, and SEQ ID NOs: 89-91. The fusion protein comprises: a neutral antibody and one or more PLA2R antigen epitope peptides, wherein the neutral antibody comprises an antibody FC segment or the aforementioned antibody, and the PLA2R antigen epitope peptides are linked to the neutral antibody. The antibody provided in the present invention has a low antigen-binding activity and a high expression level.
