Abstract

The present invention relates to an identification of currency note for blind people and method thereof. The present invention comprises capturing an image or signal from the currency note using a camera or sensor, processing the captured image to detect key features of the currency note, such as the central denomination number, logo, and specific tactile features, analysing the identified features to determine the denomination of the currency and providing feedback to the user via audible or tactile signals to announce the denomination of the note. Description:[001] The invention, in general, relates to the field of accounting. More specifically, the present invention relates to an identification of currency note for blind people and method thereof.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[002] The following description provides the information that may be useful in understanding the present invention. [003] The ability to accurately identify currency notes is essential for everyday transactions. However, individuals who are visually impaired or blind face significant challenges when distinguishing between different denominations of paper currency. Most currency notes lack tactile features or physical markers that can help the blind identify them, leading to dependence on others for assistance or an increased risk of financial fraud and mistakes in transactions.
[004] Several , Claims:1. A system for identifying currency notes for visually impaired individuals, comprising:
A currency notes recognition module for detecting and identifying key features of a currency note;
A tactile marking system embedded on the currency notes, with distinct tactile markers representing different denominations;
A processing unit capable of analysing captured images or signals of the currency note;
A feedback module that provides information to the user via auditory output or haptic feedback to announce the detected denomination.

2. A system for image-based currency note recognition, comprising:
A camera or optical sensor for capturing images of currency notes;
An image processing unit configured to identify visual features of the currency note, including denomination, logos, or security marks;
A voice feedback system for announcing the recognized denomination of the currency to the visually impaired user;
A tactile feedback system capable of delivering distinctive haptic signals correspond
