BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FLOWCHART
The flowchart starts with the Start point, where the user initiates the system and is prompted to select a mode that best fits their needs. The Mode Selection node provides three options for the user: Focus Mode, Analyze Mode, and Talk Mode. Each of these modes offers specific features and functions to enhance the learning experience, depending on the user's objectives at that moment.
If the user chooses Focus Mode, the system provides tools to support concentration and track study activities. Within Focus Mode, the user must choose between two options: Physical Mode or Digital Mode. If Physical Mode is selected, the user can scan pages from physical study materials, allowing the system to capture the content for tracking purposes. The system then applies Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to convert the scanned images into editable text. The session's length and the topics studied are recorded, and this information is saved for further analysis of focus. Alternatively, if Digital Mode is selected, the system initiates Background Tracking, which passively monitors the digital materials accessed on the user's device. This tracking is done without interrupting the user's workflow. Similar to Physical Mode, session length and study topics are saved. Both modes include Real-Time Focus Support, providing reminders and time prompts to help the user maintain concentration. At the end of each session, Data Collection and Tracking aggregates information on study duration, topics, and concentration levels, leading to a Final Report summarizing the session. The flow then checks if the user wants to go back to the main menu; if so, the system loops back to Mode Selection, otherwise it exits.
