The present invention is related to an automatic mattress cleaner designed to address deep-seated allergens and bacteria. This invention tackles deep-seated allergens and bacteria in mattresses with an innovative automatic cleaning device! It surpasses traditional methods by combining three functions: enzymatic cleaning, power vacuums, and UV light sanitization.

The enzymatic solution breaks down allergens and bacteria, the vacuum gets rid of debris, and the UV light eliminates remaining microorganisms. This complete approach reduces manual effort and promotes a healthier sleep environment by creating a cleaner mattress surface. Providing user safety and convenience, the enzymatic solution is a gentler alternative to harsh chemicals, and UV light disinfection eliminates irritating residues.

Additionally, the device offers automatic operation, programmable cleaning cycles, user-friendly controls, and automatic shut-off for a convenient experience. Sustainability is also addressed by minimizing reliance on harsh chemicals and disposable cleaning products. Development involves a CAD model for design, finite element analysis (FEA) to assess functionality, and material selection for durability and ease of manufacturing. Electronic and robotic aspects include control system design, sensor integration, and motor selection. This multifunctional robotic appliance signifies a significant advancement in automatic mattress cleaning and offers superior hygiene while prioritizing user convenience, safety, and sustainability.

The system comprises a sturdy base designed to support the entire structure, with a frame constructed from durable materials like steel or aluminum for enhanced stability and durability. A telescopic tubing system accommodates mattresses of various sizes, utilizing high-quality adjustable rods that can extend or retract according to mattress dimensions.

These rods include locking mechanisms to secure them in place during operation. A powerful suction cup, typically with a power input of 1200W, is installed on the telescopic tubing for effective cleaning, featuring a length of approximately one foot for optimal coverage and an inlet suction diameter of 0.5 inches. This setup integrates a vacuum system equipped with a strong motor to generate sufficient suction power for deep cleaning.

Additionally, a UV ray sterilization unit is incorporated to eliminate bacteria, viruses, and allergens from the mattress surface, with strategically placed UV lamps covering the entire mattress area during the cleaning process. Safety features, such as automatic shut-off sensors, are implemented to prevent UV exposure to humans.

A chemical enzyme spraying nozzle is included, along with a container for a water and chemical enzyme mixture, which will be used to apply the cleaning solution. This nozzle provides a fine mist for even distribution, supported by a reservoir and pump system for controlled spraying.

The user-friendly control panel features buttons or a touchscreen interface, allowing adjustments to telescopic tubing length, activation or deactivation of the suction cup, control of UV sterilization, and management of chemical enzyme spraying. A reliable power supply system is chosen, taking into account the electrical requirements of the vacuum motor, UV lamps, and chemical spraying pump, with safety features such as circuit breakers and surge protectors implemented.

The automatic mattress cleaner operates through the coordinated functioning of its main components: telescopic tubing, suction cup, nozzle enzyme spraying system, and UV ray light.
