ABSTRACT AMPHIPHILIC COMPOUNDS, A SENSOR AND PROCESSES THEREOF The present disclosure provides a compound of Formula I, its salts, or solvates thereof, wherein R1 and R2 are independently selected from C16-20 alkyl, C16-20 5 alkenyl, or C16-20 alkynyl, R1’, R1”, R2’, and R2”, are independently selected from C1-2 alkyl, and n is an integer selected from 6 to 14. The present disclosure further provides a sensor comprising: a) the compound as disclosed herein; and b) a hydrophobic compound. Furthermore, the present disclosure provides a composition comprising: the compound as disclosed herein and a method of 10 detecting an analyte.
