Abstract

Abstract The Al-Personalized Seed Priming for Enhanced Germination and Vigor (SPEGV) system is a revolution in the world of agricultural technology. The advanced system utilises a network of sensors and automatic controls to tailor an environment to individual seeds. By monitoring different environmental conditions and responses of the seeds within, the SPEGV hardware will be able to automatically alter parameters including temperature, humidity, light intensity and nutrient composition to optimise the germination rates and seedling health. This tailored methodology guarantees an ideal seed enhancement for which in turn allows for the increased crop yield, minimal seed wastage and boosting the sustainability of agriculture. The SPEGV system proposes a virtual georeferenced environment based on a complete set of hardware components and software algorithms. Its features include a controlled environment chamber, seed germination sensors and automated nutrient and water delivery system with an in-built data analysis and control system. These elements combine to support an agile infrastructure that undergoes ongoing tuning based on real-time data. The system can adapt its monitoring and control of environmental conditions in real time, to suit different environmental conditioning needs changing from one type of seed to the next being treated. By adopting the SPEGV system, farmers cautiously waited to realize higher levels of crop production with minimal reliance on open pollinated varieties. This technology could significantly change the way agriculture is done and make it a greener and efficient practice of seed priming and crop production.

Specification

Description:Title: Al-Personalized Seed Priming for Enhanced Germination and Vigor (SPEGV) with Seed Germination Sensors

Field of Invention: Agriculture and Plant health
Background Art including citations of prior art: There are no inventions existing similar to the digital displays which varies with respect to the people having refractive errors.

Objective of invention (the invention's objectives and advantages, or alternative embodiment's of the invention): To enhance the accessibility and usability of digital displays for individuals with refractive vision difficulties, without the need for corrective eyewear such as spectacles/lenses/eye surgery.

Summary of Invention:

The Al-Personalized Seed Priming for Enhanced Germination and Vigor (SPEGV) system is a pioneering innovation in agricultural technology. The system capitalizes on a state-of-the-art network of sensors and automated controls that work together to provide an environment for each seed type after broadcast. The SPEGV can then optimize temperature, humidity, light and the nutrient composition based on this monitored data and seed behaviour to get high germination rates with healthy seedlings. That means seeds are custom primed in a better way which results in fruitful crops and less wastage of seed which results in agricultural sustainability.

To deliver on its ambitions, SPEGV combines hardware elements with software algorithms. It consists of a controlled environment (growth) chamber, sensor system for seed germination, an automatic nutrient and water control system and the data analytics-cum-control system. They constitute a highly interactive environment that can dynamically evolve and improve over time through real-time data feedback. The fact that the system is able to monitor and modify environmental factors as they change in real-time, thus continuing to optimize seed priming results.

With the adoption of the SPEGV system, farmers can have high crop yield, good seed quality and they are less dependent on traditional methods which is a less effective way of seed treatment. The tool could set new standards in agriculture as an environmentally friendly and efficient method for seed priming and crop production.

Detailed description of the invention:

The proposed invention consists of various components and sensors. Seed (1) which needs to be seeded before sprouting and some specific soil mix (2) as required for optimum seed germination condition are loaded in the transparent box (3). This ensures the seeds soil is properly placed for visual observation to keep an eye on the germination. The water sprayer (4) is actuated by a program controlled automated water delivery system to deliver the proper number of gallons or ounces of water to keep soils and plants at moisture levels. Temperature Controller (5) We change the temperature inside the chamber to maintain an optimum environment perfect for seed germination. Soil Mixture (6) - A specially formulated soil mixture used to give the seeds nutrients and support for growth. Power Supply (7) - supplies power to all components of the new system, An Automated Control System (8) reads data from the sensors, interprets this information and control shows other plants of the system according to optimize conditions. The Nutrient Containers (9) supply N, P and K solutions to the seeds as required. Camera (10) constantly watches over the seeds to document images and statistics on germination status, seedling growth stage in addition to overall health of the plants. Water pump 11 provides water to the sprayer as ordered by the automatic control system. Nutrient Pump (12) feeds the necessary doses of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium solutions in the soil depending on the calculation made by the control system.
