Abstract

The present invention relates to an AI intelligent athletic wear for enhanced training and recovery with integrated sensor technology and method thereof. The present invention comprises a smart athletic wear system that integrates multiple sensors into a single garment, providing real-time monitoring of muscle activity, hydration levels, core body temperature, heart rate, and movement patterns during physical activity. A system that provides personalized training recommendations based on real-time analysis of muscle activity, hydration status, and body temperature, adjusting workout intensity and form to optimize performance and recovery for the user. A system that ensures secure transmission and storage of the athlete’s data through encryption, giving users full control over what data is shared and who can access it, ensuring privacy compliance for sensitive performance and health metrics. Traditional methods of monitoring physical activity, such as manual observation or delayed feedback through external devices, fail to provide real-time insights necessary for making immediate adjustments during training.
