Recommender systems have become integral to a wide range of applications, including e-commerce platforms, online content streaming, and social media services. Traditional approaches in recommender systems , Claims:1. A personalized recommendation system, comprising:
a data collection module configured to gather explicit user preferences and implicit behavior data, including at least one of user ratings, clicks, browsing history, and purchasing behavior;
an AI-driven recommendation engine utilizing machine learning models, including neural networks and reinforcement learning, to analyze the collected data and generate personalized recommendations;
a contextual awareness layer integrated into the recommendation engine to incorporate contextual information, including at least one of time of day, user location, device type, and environmental conditions, to refine the recommendations;
a real-time feedback loop that continuously updates the recommendation model based on user interactions, ensuring dynamic adaptation of the system to changing user preferences.
