An AI-driven model, FloorPlanX, for converting 2D architectural floor plans into comprehensive 3D visualizations, comprising:
A generative model that accepts scanned 2D plans as input and outputs 3D designs covering structural, plumbing, electrical, and interior design components.
2. A multi-module generative AI model as claimed in Claim 1, wherein:
The model includes structural design, plumbing planning, electrical planning, and interior design modules, each producing detailed 3D representations for the respective elements.
3. A structural design module within the AI model that generates 3-5 structural layout options for user selection, based on architectural and aesthetic preferences.
4. A plumbing planning module within the AI model that automatically maps water flow, covering overhead tanks, drains, and underground storage connections.
5. An electrical planning module within the AI model that designs an efficient wiring layout, covering power outlets, ceiling installations, and minimizing cable length
