A repositionable adhesive 106 is applied between the layers to enable easy removal without affecting the structure. It incorporates slip agents 108 to allow the duster to glide smoothly over the chalkboard, reducing unnecessary resistance. Simultaneously, anti-slip agents 110 comprising of silica nanoparticles, talc, rubber particles, pumice particles, and nano-clay, ensure adequate friction to effectively capture chalk dust during cleaning. These agents are balanced to optimize performance, offering both ease of movement and effective dust removal. This combination of features ensures the duster 100 remains functional, durable, and user-friendly over time, providing an eco-friendly and cost-effective system compared to traditional dusters.

[00030] Referring to Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the advanced chalkboard duster 100 is provided with duster base 102, which serves as the foundation for the entire structure. The duster base 102 provides a sturdy and ergonomic design for users to hold the duster comfortably while ensuring the integrity of the other components. It supports multiple polypropylene sheets (peel able layers) 104 and maintains their alignment during use. The duster base 102 interacts closely with the peel able layers, securing them firmly in place until the top layer needs to be peeled away.

[00031] Referring to Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the advanced chalkboard duster 100 is provided with polypropylene sheets (peel able layers) 104, which are the core functional component of the invention. These sheets 104 provide the dusting surface that users rely on to clean the chalkboard. The unique feature of these polypropylene sheets 104 is their multi-layered design, allowing each layer to be peeled off once worn, revealing a fresh surface beneath. The polypropylene sheets 104 are attached to each other with repositionable adhesive 106, allowing easy removal and replacement. The smooth edges of the polypropylene sheets (peelable layers) 104 ensures that the duster can be used without causing any damage or scratches to the chalkboard surface. This design element enhances the user experience by preventing rough or sharp edges from affecting the board. The smooth edges also facilitate easier handling when peeling off worn layers, ensuring a seamless renewal process. By incorporating smooth edges, the invention ensures that each layer remains functional and safe for continuous use. These sheets 104 work in conjunction with slip agents 108 and anti-slip agents 110 to ensure smooth movement across the chalkboard while maintaining effective cleaning performance.

[00032] Referring to Fig. 1, the advanced chalkboard duster 100 is provided with repositionable adhesive 106, which is applied between the polypropylene sheets (peel able layers) 104 to allow for easy peeling when a layer becomes worn. The repositionable adhesive 106 ensures that the layers are firmly attached during use but can be easily removed without damaging the underlying layers. It is an essential component for the peel able functionality of the duster, enabling the polypropylene sheets 104 to be peeled off one at a time. This adhesive works seamlessly with the duster base 102 to maintain the structural integrity of the duster while facilitating quick and user-friendly layer removal.

[00033] Referring to Fig. 1, the advanced chalkboard duster 100 is provided with slip agents 108, which are incorporated into the polypropylene sheets (peelable layers) 104 to ensure smooth movement of the duster across the chalkboard. The slip agents 108 reduce friction between the duster and the board, allowing for easy gliding without excessive effort from the user. These agents help balance the duster's ease of movement, working alongside the anti-slip agents 110 to optimize the overall performance. The slip agents 108 are crucial in reducing the drag on the board, making the dusting process more efficient.

[00034] Referring to Fig. 1, the advanced chalkboard duster is provided with anti-slip agents 110, which play a critical role in enhancing the duster's cleaning effectiveness by increasing friction where necessary. These agents are integrated into the polypropylene sheets (peel able layers) 104 to ensure that the duster can effectively grip the chalkboard surface, removing chalk dust without excessive sliding. In different embodiment, different anti-slip agents and their combinations are used to achieve optimal friction, each contributing to the overall functionality in specific ways.

[00035] In one of the embodiments, silica nanoparticles is used as anti-slip agents 110. These are fine particles added to enhance surface friction. These tiny particles increase the surface roughness of the polypropylene sheets 104, improving their ability to grip the chalkboard and remove dust efficiently. The small size of the silica nanoparticles allows them to blend seamlessly into the sheet material without affecting the smoothness required for easy movement.

[00036] In another embodiment, Talc is used as anti-slip agent 110. When added to the polypropylene sheets 104, talc increases the grip of the duster due to its unique plate-like structure, which creates more surface area for contact with the chalkboard. This enhances the friction between the duster and the board, ensuring more effective cleaning.

[00037] In another embodiment, rubber particles are also incorporated into the polypropylene sheets 104 as part of the anti-slip agents 110. The elasticity and texture of the rubber particles increase slip resistance, preventing the duster from skidding across the board. This allows for controlled movement and more effective chalk removal during use.

[00038] In yet another embodiment, Pumice particles made from crushed pumice stone, are used as anti-slip agent 110. These particles are slightly abrasive, providing additional texture to the polypropylene sheets 104, which improves the duster's grip on the chalkboard surface. The roughness of the pumice particles helps in scraping off stubborn chalk marks, making the duster more efficient.

[00039] In yet another embodiment nano-clay, composed of nanoscale clay particles, is used as anti-slip agent 110 to modify the surface properties of the polypropylene sheets 104. The nano-clay particles create micro-level surface adjustments that improve grip and reduce slipperiness. This enhances the duster's overall ability to maintain contact with the chalkboard while cleaning, working in harmony with the other anti-slip agents 110 to provide an effective dusting system.

[00040] In the description of the present invention, it is also to be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "fixed" "attached" "disposed," "mounted," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, and may for example be fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected, either mechanically or electrically.
