[0022] Referring to Figure 1, a perspective view of an adaptable vehicle movement locking assistive device is illustrated, comprising a pair of rectangular bodies 101 developed to be positioned in between a pair of tires of a dual axle vehicle, a microphone 102 integrated in said body, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 103 integrated in said bodies 101, a lead screw arrangement 104 integrated with each of said bodies 101 and configured with a DC motor 106, and a speaker 105 installed on said bodies 101.

[0023] The device disclosed herein includes a pair of rectangular bodies 101 that are developed to be positioned in between a pair of tires of a dual axle vehicle whose movement is to be restricted/locked. The rectangular bodies 101 as mentioned herein is an enclosure encasing various components associated with the device, wherein the housing is made up of material that includes but not limited to stainless steel, which in turn ensures that the device is of generous size and is light in weight.

[0024] In order to activate functioning of the device, a user is required to manually switch on the device by pressing a button positioned on the bodies 101, wherein the button used herein is a push button. Upon pressing of the button, the circuits get closed allowing conduction of electricity that leads to activation of the device and vice versa.

[0025] Upon activation of the device by the user, an inbuilt microcontroller embedded within the bodies 101 and linked to the switch generates a command to activate a microphone 102 integrated in the body for enabling a user to provide input voice commands regarding a requirement of locking of tires of the vehicle. The microphone 102 contains a small diaphragm connected to a moving coil. When sound waves of the user hit the diaphragm, the coil vibrates. This causes the coil to move back and forth in the magnet's field, generating an electrical current. The signal of which are sent to the microcontroller for processing the input voice command of the user regarding a requirement of locking of tires of the vehicle.

[0026] Based on input commands of the user, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 103 integrated in the bodies 101 is activated by the microcontroller to determine distance of the tires from the body. The imaging unit 103 comprises of an image capturing arrangement including a set of lenses that captures multiple images in surrounding of the body, and the captured images are stored within memory of the imaging unit 103 in form of an optical data. The imaging unit 103 also comprises of a processor that is integrated with artificial intelligence protocols, such that the processor processes the optical data and extracts the required data from the captured images. The extracted data is further converted into digital pulses and bits and are further transmitted to the microcontroller. The microcontroller processes the received data and determines distance of the tires from the body.

[0027] Each of the bodies 101 are a lead screw arrangement 104 and configured with a DC motor 106 that provides rotational movement to the screw arrangement 104 to regulated extension/retraction of the bodies 101. In accordance to the determined distance of the tires from the body, the microcontroller actuates the DC motor 106 is activated by the microcontroller to provide rotation to the screw arrangement 104 for positioning the bodies 101 in contact with the tire's surface. The two-axis lead screw arrangement 104 utilizes two lead screws to control the movement and positioning of the bodies 101 in two axes. The two-axis lead screw arrangement 104 comprises of a pair of lead screws both are positioned perpendicular each other. Each screws have its own dedicated lead screw and corresponding nut assembly. Each lead screw is driven by a motor 106 for positioning of the bodies 101 in contact with the tire's surface.

[0028] A pressure sensor embedded on the body's monitor's pressure applied by the bodies 101 on the tire. The pressure sensor comprises of a sensing element known as diaphragm that experiences a force exerted by the bodies 101 on the tire while securing the tire in between the bodies 101. This force leads to deflection in the diaphragm that is measured by the sensor and converted into an electrical signal which is sent to the microcontroller for determining the pressure applied by the bodies 101 on the tire.

[0029] The microcontroller further processes the determined data to compare the determined pressure to a threshold value stored within a database linked with the microcontroller. In case the applied pressure recedes the threshold value, the microcontroller directs actuation of the motor 106 to rotate for further applying pressure over the tire by the bodies 101, to get adhered, thus securing the bodies 101 in between the tires, thereby facilitating in locking of the tires to restrict movement, for enhancing stability of the vehicle over a ground surface.

[0030] A temperature sensor embedded in the bodies 101 monitors the temperature of the tires and axle. The temperature sensor mentioned herein is an infrared (IR) based temperature sensor that operates by detecting infrared radiation emitted by the tires and axle. The sensor includes an IR detector that receives radiation from the tires and axle and converts the radiation into an electrical signal. This signal's intensity correlates with the temperature of the tires and axle, as hotter the tires and axle emit more IR radiation, which is then sent to the microcontroller in the form of an electrical signal. The microcontroller processes the signal to determine temperature of the tires and axle.

[0031] In case the monitored temperature is detected to exceed a threshold value stored within the database, the microcontroller actuates a speaker 105 installed on the bodies 101 for producing audio signals to notify the user regarding the exceeded temperature of tires and the axle. The speaker 105 works by receiving signals from the microcontroller, converting them into sound waves through a diaphragm's vibration, and producing audible sounds with the help of amplification and control circuitry in order to notify the user regarding a need of inspection of tire of the vehicle.

[0032] The bodies 101 are arranged with a dust sensor embedded on the bodies 101 that detects deposition of dust on fender of the vehicle. The dust sensor used herein is based on an optical sensing method to detect dust. The dust sensor consists of a photo sensor and an infrared light-emitting diode (IR LED). The IR- LED emits the IR rays on the fender and the photo-sensor receive the reflected IR LED rays from the fender' surface. The reflected rays are processed by the microcontroller to detect the presence of the dust over the fender. Based on the detected dust, the microcontroller activates the speaker 105 to notify the user regarding a requirement of cleaning of the fender.

[0033] In case the vehicle corresponds to a single axle vehicle, the microcontroller directs activation of the speaker 105 for guiding the user to place the bodies 101 in proximity to fender and tire of the vehicle, respectively, in view of securing the bodies 101 in between the fender and tire, thus restricting movement of the vehicle.

[0034] Lastly, a battery is installed within the device which is connected to the microcontroller that supplies current to all the electrically powered components that needs an amount of electric power to perform their functions and operation in an efficient manner. The battery utilized here, is preferably a dry battery which is made up of Lithium-ion material that gives the device a long-lasting as well as an efficient DC (Direct Current) current which helps every component to function properly in an efficient manner. As the device is battery operated and do not need any electrical voltage for functioning. Hence the presence of battery leads to the portability of the device i.e., user is able to place as well as moves the device from one place to another as per the requirements.

Upon activation of the device by the user, the microcontroller generates command to activate microphone 102 for enabling user to provide input voice commands regarding requirement of locking of tires of the vehicle. Based on input commands of the user, the artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 103 is activated by the microcontroller to determine distance of the tires from the body. In accordance to the determined distance of the tires from the body, the microcontroller actuates the DC motor 106 is activated by the microcontroller to provide rotation to the screw arrangement 104 for positioning the bodies 101 in contact with the tire's surface. Pressure sensor monitors pressure applied by the bodies 101 on the tire. The microcontroller further processes the determined data to compare the determined pressure to threshold value. In case the applied pressure recedes the threshold value, the microcontroller directs actuation of the motor 106 to rotate for further applying pressure over the tire by the bodies 101, to get adhered, thus securing the bodies 101 in between the tires, thereby facilitating in locking of the tires to restrict movement, for enhancing stability of the vehicle over ground surface. Temperature sensor monitors the temperature of the tires and axle. In case the monitored temperature is detected to exceed threshold value stored, the microcontroller actuates speaker 105 installed on the bodies 101 for producing audio signals to notify the user regarding the exceeded temperature of tires and the axle. Dust sensor detects deposition of dust on fender of the vehicle. Based on the detected dust, the microcontroller activates the speaker 105 to notify the user regarding requirement of cleaning of the fender. In case the vehicle corresponds to single axle vehicle, the microcontroller directs activation of the speaker 105 for guiding the user to place the bodies 101 in proximity to fender and tire of the vehicle, respectively, in view of securing the bodies 101 in between the fender and tire, thus restricting movement of the vehicle.
