Abstract
The present invention relates to systems and methods for a smart workplace. The present invention comprises an Internet of Things (IoT) to create a responsive and adaptive workplace environment and a network of sensors, including DHT22 for temperature and humidity, MQ-135 for air quality, PIR for occupancy detection, a sound level meter for noise monitoring, and a light sensor for brightness control. The data collected by these sensors is processed in real-time using an Arduino-based control system to automatically adjust environmental parameters, such as temperature, lighting, and noise levels, based on occupancy and predefined thresholds. The integration of noise cancellation features ensures a quieter workspace, while adaptive lighting optimizes visibility according to natural light availability. Accompanied Drawing [FIG. 1]

Description:[001] The present disclosure, in general, relates to an enterprise Internet-of-Things (IoT) application development platform. More specifically, the present invention relates to a system and method for a smart workplace.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[003] In the modern era, workplaces are evolving beyond traditional environments to meet the needs of an increasingly dynamic workforce. The rise of remote work, flexible schedules, and a focus on employee well-being has prompted organizations to seek innovative solutions that enhance productivity and comfort.
[004] Modern workplaces face challenges related to environmental comfort, energy efficiency, and employee well-being. Inconsistent temperature , Claims:1. A Smart Workplace system comprising:
a network of sensors including temperature and humidity sensors (DHT22), air quality sensors (MQ-135), PIR occupancy detection sensors, sound level meters, and light sensors;
an Arduino board configured to process data from said sensors;
an automated control mechanism for HVAC systems, lighting, and noise-cancellation systems.
2. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said temperature and humidity sensors continuously monitor environmental conditions, and the Arduino board adjusts the HVAC systems based on predefined optimal parameters.
3. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said air quality sensors detect levels of pollutants and trigger air purification systems when pollutant levels exceed a predetermined threshold.
4. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the PIR sensors detect occupancy in real-time and adjust lighting levels based on the presence or absence of individuals in designated areas.
