Abstract

ABSTRACT A SOLAR PADDY TRANSPLANTING MACHINE The present invention discloses a Paddy Transplanting machine for transplanting the paddy into the field without manual effort and more time consumption. It also reduces the human’s effort. The paddy transplanter is a specialized equipment used to transplant the paddy into the field with a transplanter mechanism. The amount of area that can be planted is limited by manual method of paddy transplanting, which has poor paddy placement, inefficient spacing and causes severe back pain for the farmer. The paddy transplanting machine comprises of solar type rechargeable battery. The battery can be charged by using solar panel, when the climate is good ,and the climate is not good . It can be charged by using portable type charging method. The machine can perform the operation with the help of electric motor. Fig 1

Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of agricultural machineries and its systems. More specifically, the present invention related to a paddy transplanting machine for transplanting the paddy with equal density, without manual effort and more time consumption.
BACKGROUND
The most significant and widely cultivated food crop worldwide is paddy. For around 60% of the world's population it is the staple diet. Asia is where most rice grow and consumed. India is the country with the greatest area planted with paddy worldwide, ranking second in terms in production only after china. Due to it's labour intension, time consuming and costly nature, paddy transplanting can be challenging for farmers. A few of the consists of issues with the musculoskeletal system injury to the elbow and knee might result during manual transplantation. Using earmuffs increases the chance of elbow damage and wearing safety foot wear increases the risk of knee injury. Ineffective transplanting uneven plants stands with missing or too-far-apart plants are a sign of poorly transplanted fields. Taking a long time up to 50% of the total output cost maybe devoted to preparing the field for transplantation. Workforce forty to fifty man days per hectare may be needed for nursery transplanting. In order to get over these challenges, farmers can use technological innovations like transplanting machine. However, the fuel engine type of the transplanting machine is now quite expensive, therefore the machine can also function on batteries, which is more suitable for farmers needs. Additionally, the paddy can only be picked up by the transplanting machine for a maximum of 20 days . A picker size is up to approximately to 2.5 which is the major disadvantage of this machine, this picker pickups the paddy quality is very low, and the days are also almost 20 days. It only pickups the paddy at 20 days, and it does not grow well; it destroy step by step so the amount of paddy in the paddy field gets reduced, Another disadvantage of the machine is we did not hold the water into the field if we hold the water the paddy get destroy as soon ,This is insufficient to allow the paddy to grow to its full potential. Consequently, the machine is capable of efficiently transplanting paddy for a maximum of 30 to 40 days.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The primary object of the invention is to provide a solar with rechargeable battery. This battery can be used when the solar cell is hot or they can use charge the battery and use any time even the climate is not good.
The another object of the invention is to reduce the manual effort and time consumption.
Yet another object of the present invention is to without the man help it will transplant the paddy with equal density. It is the best part of this machine.
Another object of the present invention is to extend the paddy pickup time
Up to 30 to 40 days instead of 20 days. The another object of the present
invention is to improve efficiency and productivity of rice more.
Another goal of the current invention is to assist farmers in plowing
the sand before transferring the paddy to the field, as the sand can grow
the paddy effectively. This process can be performed by the machine by
swapping out the wheel.
SUMMARY
We have replaced the fuel engine in our machine with a solar type rechargeable battery. One advantages of the battery device is that it may be charged by the sun during hot weather ; in other cases, it can be charged via a portable power source.
The machine is also provided with solar panel on top roof of the seat where the driver is seated. The energy from the sunlight is turned to Direct current.(DC) electricity is produced on a roof by solar panels. The battery stores the dc electricity and help the electric motor to run the machine for our requirement. When there is insufficient sunlight the battery is charged using portable charge type.
We use lithium-ion battery in our machine . In favorable weather, they function as solar-type rechargeable battery, in adverse weather, they may be charged using a portable type . Hence the lithium - ion battery have the ability the above
said two functions , coming to the Paddy transplanting part the machine consist of six row with each gap distance up to 30cm .
To transfer seedlings from the tray to the soil , the machine use pickup prongs under seedling tray shifter. The tray shifter carries the seedling tray around like a typewriter.it uses forks for picking up the seedlings and place the seedlings in the soil after removing them from the tray.
We increase the forks or picker size up to 2.5 to 3.5 for the purpose to transplant the approximately 30 to 40 days grown paddy with equal density. Another goal of the current invention is to assist farmers in plowing the sand before
transferring the paddy to the field, as the sand can grow the paddy effectively. This process can be performed by the machine by swapping out the wheel.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
Fig 1 illustrates the isometric view of the paddy transplanting machine with solar type rechargeable battery to operate the machine with efficient manner according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Fig 2 illustrates the sectional view of the paddy transplanting machine ,It particularly shows the transplanting part of the machine according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Although the specific features of the present invention are shown in some drawings and not in others. This is done for convenience only as each feature may be combined with any or all of the other features in accordance with the present invention.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
The various embodiments and the other advancements and features are illustrated with the reference to the non-limiting details in the following detailed description. Illustration of processing techniques of well-known components are omitted so as to not unnecessarily obscure the embodiments herein. The examples used herein are intended to facilitate an understanding of ways in which the embodiments herein may be practiced and to further enable those of skill in the art to practice the embodiments herein.
Accordingly, the examples should not be construed as limiting the scope of the embodiments herein. The various embodiment of the present invention discloses a paddy transplanting machine with efficient transplanting part to transplant the paddy in to the fields for reducing the manual effort and time consumption. The paddy transplanting machine comprises a square shape roof containing solar panel in the top of the roof ,with the help of solar panel the battery in the front part of the machine stores the charge.
Here we use charge controller, the function of the charge controller is to regulate the voltage from the solar panel to the battery . The battery's positive and negative wires are connected to the charge controller, The charge controller flashes the light when the battery is charging.
The solar panel converts the sunlight into direct current(DC) electricity. Then the charge controller regulates the flow of electricity to the battery . With the help of Lithium-ion battery , the machine contain electric motor to perform the running operation. The machine also comprises an inner and outer frame as well as plurality of links .
The battery powers the motor, which rotates the wheels and moves the vehicle ahead, when the accelerator is depressed. The machine contain (EPS) Electric power steering is a fuel efficient alternative to conventional hydraulic systems for steering assistance. It works by using an electric motor. Utilizing sensors, the electric power steering detects steering wheel movement and adjusts the motor's assistance accordingly.
The machine consist of four wheels we can use this wheel as it as to perform the paddy transplanting mechanism . but the farmer need to perform the plowing operation by replace the wheel by weeder cage wheel it is made up of using heavy mild steel materials so it perform plowing operation efficiently.
We have attached one lever to perform the shifting operation of machine transplanting part , The lever is pulled to make the transplanting part came down to perform the transplanting operation In the field, the paddy
transplanting part is the main part of this machine hence here we can perform
the above said things.
Hence the Fig 1 illustrate the isometric view of the machine and here we explained the parts of the paddy transplanting machine as shown in the Fig 1.
The Fig 2 shows the sectional view of the complete paddy transplanting part of our machine . The seat is provided in the machine to make the driver feel
so comfortable to perform the driving operation. The Fig 2 comprises of seedling tray, the machine contain a six row seedling tray the gap of seedling tray one after another is placed with a distance of 30 cm.
The seedling tray is used to hold the paddy that are to be transplanted, on the top of the seedling tray the handle like structure is provided to hold the paddy because it get fell down due to the transplanting operation. The tray holder is used to protect the paddy before it get fell down. The machine contain skids which will help to moving the machine smoothly over the field without sinking into the soil. In the paddy transplanting machine is safely transplanted from the machine to the soil by using forks or picker , the picker size is up to 2.5 to 3. 5. The size of picker ranges from 2.5 to 3.5 can only able to transplant the paddy up to 30 to 40 days crop.
Six column and row of planting can be accomplished with the four link bar mechanism of the transplanting machine . The crank in the machine is driven by a chain that turns the crank to revolves by 360 degree. The crank
and the pair connector move in tandem, the pair connector moves first, followed by the shaft linkage.
The distance between the transplanter column part in the paddy transplanting machine can be determined by the picker's finger movements. the connecting bars extend to the picker's finger. Float is the supporting part
of the machine its supports the machine while its working in the field.
Ground wheel is attached in the paddy transplanting machine to moves the wheel forward to help the transplanting mechanism of the machine. Thus all parts of the machine will explained in the above detail description of the drawings. Although the embodiments herein are described with various specific embodiments , it will be obvious for a person skilled in the art to practice the embodiments herein with modifications.

We Claim,
1. A solar paddy transplanting machine comprising:
A square shaped solar panel with rechargeable battery it is used to provide an electric power to the electric motor to perform the requirement operations;
a paddy transplanting machine contains picker is used to pickup the paddy from seedling tray to transplant the paddy in the field A machine contain a wheel that is used for the movement of vehicle from one place to another the machine contains skids that is used to perform picking up process it contains float and picking up forks cranks with the help of cranks the picking up forks rotate easily and perform picking up process efficiently the float is helpful to protect the machine from sinking in to the ground while perform the transplanting mechanism; and,
a lever that is used to shift the paddy transplanting part up while performing the plowing operation in the machine.
