The present invention relates to lunch box. The present invention specifically relates to smart lunch box which includes heating elements to keep the food warm, sensors to sense temperature and display the same on the display unit embedded in the cap along with charger within itself. The present invention is further characterized with a feature where the lunch box is convertible into a plate.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
While the basic lunch box emerged in 1902, the first lunchbox that featured characters was released in 1935. Television made lunch boxes even more popular with cartoons and fictional designs. Much of the Western world has discovered alternate lunchbox design, like a tiffin box, for example. Tiffins originated from Asia, and typically consist of two to five compartments stacked on top of one another, topped with a carrying handle. Tiffins get their name from the tiffin meals found in India, which place between breakfast and dinner. These are traditionally light snacks, reminiscent of tea time. Today, tiffin is used interchangeably with lunch, and working adults use tiffin carriers to eat their mid-day meal.
Modern-day lunchboxes have focused on exteriors and interiors. Most of today's lunchboxes use a plastic exterior, foam insulation and an aluminum or vinyl interior. While metal lunchboxes still exist, they're not nearly as popular as they once were. Many modern-day lunchboxes keep food cool and include multiple compartments for an entree, sides and snacks.
Constant evolution of lunch boxes started including several features like with technology. Insulation has been introduced and made lunch boxes incredibly effective. If your food will be unrefrigerated for a while, you may want to look for lunchboxes that can keep food fresh for several hours.
Then came the era of leakproof lunch boxes which were much needed for Indian cuisine's, present day lunch boxes hold liquids better. Further evolvement includes providing accessories like some lunchboxes include an extra water bottle, a fork, knife and spoon set. With lunch boxes undergoing constant development several research has been conducted in inventing these and several prior arts discuss designs which are innovative like the prior art US2014332527A titled as "Lunch box" discuss a lunch box design comprising a first container and a second container where one or more hands are provided connecting the first and second containers such that the first and second containers are rotatable relative to each other to a plurality of positions.
Another prior art WO15042995 A1 titled as "LUNCH BOX" discusses a lunch box comprising lunch box main body along with box cover. The box cover is provided with a steam overflow hole and an overflow hole cover for covering the steam overflow hole. The overflow hole cover comprises a mounting column fixed on the lunch box cover, and an elastic umbrella-shaped cover cap disposed at one end of the mounting column and sealing the overflow hole inside. When the top of the umbrella-shaped cover cap is pressed, the umbrella-shaped cover cap is deformed inversely to make the overflow hole cover in an open state.
The lunch box cover is provided with the steam overflow hole, so that the lunch box cover can be prevented from rushing out due to hot air when food in the lunch box is heated, and a user is prevented from being scalded because too much inside hot air is suddenly released when the lunch box is opened. The steam overflow hole is provided with the overflow hole cover, dust or another pollutant is prevented from falling into the lunch box from the steam overflow hole, and it is also avoided that rice and dishes in the lunch box are in direct contact with external air to reduce the fresh-keeping performance.
Yet another prior art WO15043000 A1 titled as "LUNCH BOX" discusses a lunch box comprises a housing and an internal container disposed inside the housing. A first screw hole is disposed in the bottom of the housing. A second screw hole corresponding to the screw hole is disposed in the bottom of the internal container . The internal container and the housing are fixed by using a screw. A rubber plug inserted into the first screw hole is disposed at one end corresponding to the bottom surface, of the first screw hole . A bottom end of the rubber plug protrudes out of the bottom surface of the housing .
In the present invention, the rubber plug is disposed in the screw hole and the bottom end of the rubber plug is disposed to protrude out of the bottom surface of the housing when the rubber plug is to prevent water, thereby forming a non-slip mat; and the arrangement makes the rubber plug simultaneously have two functions, so that the structure of the lunch box is simplified and an additional non-slip rubber is not needed to be glued to the bottom of the lunch box, thereby reducing the cost and improving the assembly efficiency.
Though several prior arts discuss various designs of lunch boxes however none of them a tiffin box that seamlessly transforms into a convenient plate. The present invnetion revolutionizes the traditional tiffin box concept by incorporating a collapsible feature that allows it to unfold into a flat, spacious plate. OBJECTIVE
The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a smart lunch box system and design which provides insulation via self-charging and displays food temperatures as well.
It is also another objective of the present invention to provide a smart lunch box which is convertible into plate.
It is yet another objective of the present invention to provide a smart lunch box comprising temperature display, charger, magnetic connection for heating, plurality of boxes , heating functionality and convertible into plate.

one or more containers with open tops for holding food,

a circuit board, embedded in the said cap and connected to the sensor;
a magnetic device, and
a charger,
wherein the food is stored in containers and the top container has a removable cap with display, the sensors sense the temperature and communicate via the circuit board which displays the temperature of the food in real-time via the display, and the charger is configured to charge the box.

2. The smart lunch box as claimed in claim 1, wherein the heating element is a thermostat, configured to maintain the temperature in the range of .. ..to ....degrees centigrade.

3. The smart lunch box as claimed in claim 1, wherein the smart lunch box is configured to be converted to a plate.

4. The smart lunch box as claimed in claim 1, wherein the display is configured to display the temperature of food, battery level and other details.

5. The smart lunch box as claimed in claim 1, wherein the magnetic element or device is configured to conduct heat from the heating element to keep the food warm.

6. The smart lunch box as claimed in claim 1, wherein the smart lunch box is cylindrical in shape.
