Abstract

The present invention relates to a smart gas detector and method thereof. The present invention comprises a gas detection sensor with high sensitivity configured to detect LPG gas leaks, providing real-time monitoring of gas concentration levels, an alarm system comprising audible alarms and LED indicators to alert users in the vicinity of the gas detector when abnormal gas levels are detected, a smart connectivity module configured to integrate with mobile applications or smart home systems, enabling remote monitoring and alerts by transmitting notifications to smartphones or other connected devices and further an automatic shutoff mechanism that is operable to turn off the gas supply upon detection of a gas leak to reduce the risk of accidents. Description:[001] The invention, in general, relates to the field of detection and measurements. More specifically, the present invention relates to a smart gas detector and method thereof.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[002] The following description provides the information that may be useful in understanding the present invention. [003] Generally, LPG gas cylinders are very important system in every house hold. Due these gas cylinders there is one of the most major consequences that is gas cylinder blasts due to gas leaks. Due to which many lives of human beings are lost, property damage, environment pollution occurs. So, these consequences have an urgent need for automatic safety measures in both domestic and industrial environment. The main aim of this idea is to provide a safety concern.
[004] The other drawback in g , Claims:1. A smart gas detection system for monitoring and responding to gas leaks, comprising:
A gas detection sensor with high sensitivity configured to detect LPG gas leaks, providing real-time monitoring of gas concentration levels;
An alarm system comprising audible alarms and LED indicators to alert users in the vicinity of the gas detector when abnormal gas levels are detected;
A smart connectivity module configured to integrate with mobile applications or smart home systems, enabling remote monitoring and alerts by transmitting notifications to smartphones or other connected devices;
An automatic shutoff mechanism that is operable to turn off the gas supply upon detection of a gas leak to reduce the risk of accidents.

2. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the gas detection sensor is configured with enhanced sensitivity to detect minute gas concentrations, providing early-stage leak detection to ensure proactive safety measures.
