Description:FIELD OF DISCLOSURE
[0001] The present disclosure generally relates to fastening equipment and specifically relates to a screwable bolt.
BACKGROUND OF THE DISCLOSURE
[0002] Embodiments of the present invention generally relate to a system and method to a multifunctional screwable bolt.
[0003] Traditional exercise routines often lack real-time feedback and personalized guidance, leaving users to rely on generic fitness advice that may not align with their specific goals or physical conditions. There is a need for fitness equipment that can overcome these limitations by offering data-driven insights into exercise performance, helping users optimize the workouts based on accurate, real-time feedback. For example, by tracking metrics such as heart rate, movement intensity, and calories burned, smart equipment allows users to adjust their workouts instantly to stay within safe and effective thresholds, ultimately leading to better results and fewer injuries. Thus, there is a growing demand for personalized, efficient, and safe fitness solutions.
[0004] One of the other problems associated with that exercise equipment addresses is the risk of overexertion and injury. Many people, especially beginners or those with health conditions, may unknowingly push themselves too hard during exercise, potentially leading to strain, fatigue, or even more serious health complications. Thus, there is need for equipment that are integrated with health monitoring sensors, and have capability to continuously track vital signs like heart rate and alert users when they are reaching unsafe limits.
[0005] Another challenge is the lack of personalization in fitness plans. Generic workout programs often do not account for individual differences in fitness levels, goals, or progress. There is need for equipment, that can collect and analyzes data specific to each user, such as workout history, intensity, and performance trends, and can offer personalized exercise goals, suggest workout modifications, and provide tailored recommendations that evolve with the user's progress. Thus, there is need to make exercise more engaging to help users stay motivated while achieving personal fitness objectives.
[0006] Therefore, there is a need of an effective smart exercise system.
