Abstract
ABSTRACT A SMART BIKE SEAT The smart bike seat comprises a reservoir tank (1) which is used to store the water in this tank for flow the water in to the copper tube and cool the bike seat or heat it up according to the temperature of the climate and after the function of temperature control the water again store in the reservoir tank. The Solenoid valve (2) used to flow the water when the heater mode is on it enable the valve and to flow the water to the copper tube via the heater. The heater is made up of the nichrome wire filament to produce the heat in the copper tube and it operates by the 12v relay module connected with the microcontroller operating voltage is 12v. The Copper tube (3) is connected with the solenoid valve and compressor and the nichrome wire is winded on this copper tube to heat the water for control the temperature. The compressor pump 12v (4) which is used to pump the water to the copper tube from the reservoir tank (1) and circulates the water until the temperature gets reached and also maintain the constant temperature for heat (30 to 33 degree)and for cooling (20 to 24 degree). TECHNICAL FIELD
The introduction of the smart bike seat which is used to control the temperature by using the IOT control with the help of the water via the copper tube and cool the bike seat and also heat the seat according to the weather climate with real time temperature monitoring also with voice control using IOT platform.
BACKGROUND
A seat without a temperature control system it will be a uncomfortable to the rider in the extreme weather it causes the more drawback during in the winter season the bike seat become very cold and give the numbness and also the stiffness of the seat will also increases in this condition the rider will have a lots of the health issue like joint pain , numbness and it will also has wet condition in the seat due to this the seat flexibility and the grip ness of the seat will be reduced it will surely leads to give the discomfort to the rider while riding with the ordinary seat in winter season. In the summer season the seat will absorbs the excess amount of the heat because of the cushion and the mattress are leads to absorbs the excess amount of the heat and also the bike seat colour is major disadvantage of the seat because the black will absorbs the large heat an it will take a time to exhaust the heat in the temperature and this will also reduces the grip of the seat and gives the irritating feel while driving the bike in summer season and increasing the sweating ,burning sensation will occurs and gives some health issue . especially in long trips this will increase the physical pain to the rider affecting their focus and comfort without temperature control of the seat in extreme condition it will uncomfortable and potentially un safe to the rider
The materials which are used in the bike is also have a major role to give a comfort to the driver because most of the materials in the bike seat are made of a leather, sponge , fiber etc..., it will be absorbs the heat easily and give burning feel and the sponge and they are using mobile while driving with map or any other purpose but there is no contact with mobile and seat . Traditional motorbike seats don't offer much flexibility in terms of adjusting for comfort, especially in extreme weather conditions. Lots of people may suffer in hot and cold weather during drive the bike and also in long travel there are lots of trouble will be faced by the people. In bike seat it will also have a comfort challenge with extreme climate in the region .it will also reduces the comfort level of the driver. Seat without temperature control system struggles to keep up with changing weather and give discomfort and in extreme climates the ordinary seat it will don't give the comfort to the rider without the cooling system.
OBJECTIVE OF THE INVENTION
The primary objective is to improves the comfort and the convenient of the bike riders by using the advanced technology is used in this smart bike seat. The ordinary bike seat didn't give the much flexibility in terms of adjusting the temperature for comfort , In the extreme weather condition a smart bike seat will solves the problems by the unique features like heating , cooling , voice command and IOT technology for remotely control allowing the rider to customize the seat temperature based on the surrounding environment.
Another objective is to control its temperature. in the summer season the normal will be discomfortable to the rider and in cold season the seat in the extreme cold and get over stiffness but using this smart bike seat the sensor will monitor the temperature of the seat an it can be adjustable remotely by using the IOT platform and also in the voice command in the mobile can adjust the weather like take the seat get heat or cold.
It will ensure the over long journey the riders can control the seat temperature using smartphone app, which provides the option for adjusting the temperature of the seat rather heat or cold condition and it will allow for a good riding experience while driving in this smart bike seat.
The smart bike seat is connected with the iot technology. it can control the temperature remotely riders can also adjust the temperature by the mobile app application and also with an features of the voice command to control the seat . to introducing this features easy to make quick adjustment of the seat temperature. Riders can control the seat function simply by speaking via the smartphone like "heat the seat" or "cool the seat". this is the main important features that's the seat have and makes the riders can focus on the road and improving the both safety and convenient. In future the smart bike seat system could automatically adjust based on the weather like hot or cold and this seat is made up of the waterproof and heat resistant material it can withstand in the different weather condition . It will solves the discomfort of the ordinary seat and they offers the riders an enhanced, customizable experience and convenient for both daily and long travelling of the riders.
SUMMARY

A Solenoid valve used to flow the water when the heater mode is on it enable the valve and to flow the water to the copper tube via the heater The heater is made up of the nichrome wire filament to produce the heat in the copper tube and it operates by the 12v relay module connected with the microcontroller operating voltage is 12v. the Copper tube is connected with the solenoid valve and compressor and the nichrome wire is winded on this copper tube to heat the water for control the temperature.
A Compressor pump 12v which is used to pump the water to the copper tube from the reservoir tank and circulates the water until the temperature gets reached and also maintain the constant temperature for heat and also for cooling Copper tube is major part used to control the temperature heat or cool the copper tube is important part in this seat the water is get heat or cold it will sucks out by the compressor pump and pump water.
The copper tube from the reservoir tank Is connected with the outlet of the copper tube for store the water again to the reservoir tank after temperature control. The Solenoid valve is used for cooling the seat and connected between the reservoir tank and the chiller part for flow the water to the chiller part by the compressor pump to cool the water.
A Chiller part is used for cool the water and pump the water to the copper tube by using the compressor pump. a reservoir tank has capacity to store the water to flow the water in the copper tube. solenoid valve has a 12v DC power supply has a various types used for enable the water flow to the tube in this smart bike seat.
The copper tube has In the zig zag form or various types of the method that used in this seat may be in vertical form according to the size of the seat it will change
compressor pump has a 12v power supply to suck and pump the water to the tube and maintains the input temperature from the microcontrol its can be used has a single channel relay for each function or the multi-channel can be also used a microcontroller is used in this smart bike seat like as a ESP32,ESP8266,Arduino varients, raspberry pi varients and a temperature sensor used in this seat are DHT11,DHT22 like temperature sensors are used for monitor the temperature of the in real time. It will works on the external battery connected with bike battery for rechargeable function the type of batteries can be used are lithium ion,lead acid batteries can be used. This smart bike seat can be accessed by the open source software app like esp rain maker, bylnk can be used to control this seat and easy to interface with it by the users and this smart bike seat can be made by all kind of the programming language must be built in to the microprocessor by the manufacturing side and ready to interfacing with the app the language of the coding for this are all type programming will be used. This technology helps make motorbike rides more enjoyable, especially for those who travel long distances or face changing weather conditions.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[01] The reservoir tank which is used to store the water in this tank which occupies the less amount of the water in side about to 500ml of water can be store in this tank and flow the water to the copper tube.
[02] Solenoid valve is used to flow the water via the tube and operates on supply of the 12v by using the iot platform with help of the component of relay.
[03] Heater tube which is connected with the [02] Solenoid valve when the valve is open the water should be heated by the nichrome wire and flows to the copper tube by the compressor.
[04] The Compressor is used to flow the water to the copper tube from the reservoir tank both heat and cold water will flows through by this compressor pump.
[05] The copper tube is fitted on the seat in the form of the zig zag and water flows via the copper tube and stored again the tank and connected with the the compressor.

[07] Solenoid valve is connected with the chiller part in to help the water to flow via the chiller to cool the water.
[08] The chiller part is used to chill water the chiller element is inside this chiller and give the temperature of 24 to 30 degree of chillness by the compressor.
[09] The Solenoid valve is connected with the chiller outlet point after the flow of the water to the compressor it cut the flow of water to the pump by using relay with control of iot.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION
Bike driving is a most popular one which is used for transportation and enjoyment of riders but due to weather change and extreme climate, it makes uncomfortable to the drivers (i.e) seat temperature related. During winter season ,it has severe cold weather and it may discomfort to the rider while driving the motor bike because the seat is having the wet and freezing temperature leads to numbness or other health issues and it makes the ride uncomfortable and stiffness of material is reducing comfort of seat and has low flexibility. On the snowy region it would be wet and uncomfortable to sit. On cold days, riders may feel chilly, which can be uncomfortable. Traditional bike seats do not have any options to change these conditions, leading to distractions and even accidents.
