The present invention relates to an emergency response system. Particularly, the present invention provides a one click or one scan of the QR code. The problem of identifying victim, informing their family, activating ambulance and taking to the nearby hospital are solved in one action.

An advantage of the present invention is to provide a peace of mind of the friends and family with the hope that in any emergency the person will be attended quickly and possibly taken to the hospital within "golden hour" which can be a difference between life and death. Another advantage of the present invention is for anyone who want to be a good samaritan there is no strings attached. He can save a life without worrying about any possibly irritable consequences.

Typically in any emergency situation, say a in a road accident, a person willing to help the victim faces a few challenges. First would be to, identify the victim. Second would be to, find out and reach out to the victim's family and friends to whom the information regarding the emergency needs to be informed. Even then it would be very difficult to explain the position in the state of anxiety the news will put them in. Third problem, is if an ambulance is called for, who will pay for the ambulance and also what type of ambulance will need to be called for. Finally if the victim is taken to the hospital immediately, still some information needs to be given like existing medical condition for the triage process and importantly who will pay for the emergency treatment. Our product attends to all the above stated challenges in one click or one scan of the QR code. On scanning, a chain of events are triggered, right from identifying the Lifesaver (a passerby) to identifying the victim, to informing his/her friends and family instantaneously and activating the appropriate ambulance service and directing the ambulance to the nearest hospital and also providing the medical information to the hospital. All these are done seamlessly and automatically by the software, which is attached to the QR code kit provided at the time of enrolment of services.
Fig. 1 discloses a flowchart for an user and life saver flow. The user flow comprises receiving QR code, downloading an application with the help of the QR code from play store. Register on the application by entering phone number, and validating via getting an OTP, filling profile details like basic medical details, filling emergency contact details and activating the pin to get activate emergency calls in case of accident. The call can be made to an ambulance, an emergency contact and an insurer. The ambulance takes the subscriber to a nearest hospital when the PIN is activated.
